Abstract

The label comprises a sheet of material which is sufficiently rigid so as to have a tendency to remain plane, but sufficiently flexible to be elastically deformed due to a twisting face. The label has two parts which can be bent towards each other around a transverse line (2). The ends of the label have holes (5, 5a) which form the inner ends of slots (6, 6a). The holes (5, 5a) and the slots (6, 6a) are arranged so that in the bent over position the holes coincide and the slots are inclined in opposite directions towards the transverse line.
