Abstract

The card (1) is provided with a slot (4) on each side. The strap made from a flexible thermoplastic, has a basic shape comprising a long strip or tongue (2) having one end radiused and the other end enlarged to form a head (3). The strip passes through one slot, over the article (P) and through the second slot. It is pulled tight against the head, this being on the back of the card, and the loose end is fixed down by stapling, adhesive or heat welding. Holes may be provided so the strip may be secured by a peg, or notches interlocking with others in the head.
