Abstract

1. Procedimiento para la obtención de albúmina granulada, caracterizado porque comprende combinar, en una primera etapa, de 0,4 a 2 partes en peso de harina de pepita de algarrobo con la cantidad correspondiente hasta 100 partes en peso de caseina; en una segunda etapa se amasa el polvo procedente de la primera etapa con aproximadamente 100 partes de agua; granular a continuación la masa así obtenida y secarla bajo la obtención de gránulos con un tamaño de partícula comprendido entre 0,5 y 5 mm y, finalmente, revestir los gránulos, en caso dado, con una capa de grageado y/o que contenga vitaminas.
