Abstract

Procedimiento con su dispositivo de realización para acondicionar productos deformables, del tipo de bolsas flexibles, en particular para el acondicionamiento en cajas de cartón, caracterizado porque consiste en disponer, de manera que no estén juntos, en forma de hileras y en la misma ordenación que en la caja, sobre un transportador, un número de producto igual que el que corresponde a una capa de una caja, disponiéndose cada hilera perpendicularmente al sentido de avance del transportador, llevar luego cada hilera de productos, por movimiento del transportador, debajo de un aparato de presión contactar los productos mediante ventosas a fin de realizar la presión de los mismos, desplazar el dispositivo de prensión para transferir los productos hacia una caja en una dirección perpendicular al sentido de avance del transportador, asegurando al mismo tiempo la aproximación de las ventosas, de modo que los productos se junten, y, finalmente, depositar los productos en esta posición en la cajapor descenso del dispositivo de presión y corte de la depresión a nivel de las ventosas.
