Abstract
Un procedimiento de fabricación de una pantalla de superficie curvada que tiene una forma curva deseada usando un panel (100a) de visualización plano que tiene un primer sustrato (110) y un segundo sustrato (120), que comprende: recortar las superficies externas del primer sustrato (110) y el segundo sustrato (120), excepto en las porciones de borde del primer sustrato (110) y el segundo sustrato (120) para reducir, en las porciones recortadas, los espesores del primer sustrato (110) y el segundo sustrato (120) a un espesor predeterminado; unir un polarizador (170) en al menos una de las superficies exteriores recortadas del primer sustrato (110) y el segundo sustrato (120); caracterizado por unir al panel de visualización una placa (140, 150) de refuerzo que tiene la misma forma curva que la forma curva deseada y tiene características de transmisión de luz usando una capa (191, 193) adhesiva que se forma a lo largo de los bordes del panel de visualización en forma de una figura cerrada en un estado en que el panel de visualización plano recortado al que está unido el polarizador (170) está doblado a la forma curva deseada; y formar sobre una superficie del polarizador (170) un elemento (180) de presa que soporta una superficie interna de la capa (191, 193) adhesiva después de unir el polarizador (170) antes de formar la capa (191, 193) adhesiva, en el que la placa (140, 150) de refuerzo está unida al panel de visualización en un estado separado de la superficie exterior recortada de uno de entre el primer sustrato (110) y el segundo sustrato (120) para formar un espacio de aire entre los mismos.
