Abstract

Comprimido que comprende los siguientes componentes (1) a (4): (1) como ingrediente eficaz, un derivado de 4,5-epoximorfinano representado por la fórmula (I): **(Ver fórmula)** [en la que, la línea doble compuesta por una línea punteada y una línea continua representa un doble enlace o un enlace simple; R1 representa alquilo C1-C5, cicloalquilalquilo C4-C7, cicloalquenilalquilo C5-C7, arilo C6-C12, aralquilo C7-C13, alquenilo C4-C7, alilo, furan-2-ilalquilo C1-C5 o tiofen-2-ilalquilo C1-C5; R2 representa hidrógeno, hidroxi, nitro, alcanoiloxi C1-C5, alcoxi C1-C5, alquilo C1-C5 o -NR7R8; R7 representa hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C5; R8 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C5 o -C(>=O)R9; R9 representa hidrógeno, fenilo o alquilo C1-C5; R3 representa hidrógeno, hidroxi, alcanoiloxi C1-C5 o alcoxi C1-C5; A representa -N(R4)C(>=X)-, -N(R4)C(>=X)Y-, -N(R4)- o -N(R4)SO2- (en la que X e Y representan, independientemente, NR4, S u O; R4 representa hidrógeno, alquilo lineal o ramificado C1-C5 o arilo C6-C12; y R4 en la fórmula puede ser igual o diferente); B representa un enlace de valencia o alquileno C1-C14 lineal o ramificado (con la condición de que el alquileno esté opcionalmente sustituido con, como mínimo, un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo que comprende alcoxi C1-C5, alcanoiloxi C1-C5, hidroxi, flúor, cloro, bromo, yodo, amino, nitro, ciano, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi y fenoxi, y que 1 a 3 grupos metileno puedan estar sustituidos por uno o más grupos carbonilo), hidrocarburo insaturado acíclico lineal o ramificado C2-C14 que contiene de 1 a 3 enlaces dobles y/o enlaces triples (con la condición de que dicho hidrocarburo insaturado acíclico esté opcionalmente sustituido con, como mínimo, un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo que comprende alcoxi C1-C5, alcanoiloxi C1-C5, hidroxi, flúor, cloro, bromo, yodo, amino, nitro, ciano, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi y fenoxi, y que de 1 a 3 grupos metileno pueden estar sustituidos por uno o más grupos carbonilo) o hidrocarburo saturado o insaturado lineal o ramificado C1-C14 que contiene de 1 a 5 enlaces tioéter, enlaces éter y/o enlaces amino (con la condición de que un heteroátomo no se una directamente a A, y que de 1 a 3 grupos metileno puedan estar sustituidos por uno o más grupos carbonilo); R5 representa hidrógeno o un grupo orgánico que tiene un esqueleto básico que se muestra a continuación (con la condición de que el grupo orgánico esté opcionalmente sustituido con, como mínimo, un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo que comprende alquilo C1-C5, alcoxi C1-C5, alcanoiloxi C1-C5, hidroxi, flúor, cloro, bromo, yodo, amino, nitro, ciano, isotiocianato, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi y metilendioxi), **(Ver fórmula)** y R6 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C5 o alcanoílo C1-C5.] o una sal de adición de ácido farmacológicamente aceptable del mismo; (2) tiosulfato sódico; (3), como mínimo, uno seleccionado del grupo que comprende sacáridos y alcoholes de azúcar; y (4) crospovidona, carboximetilalmidón sódico o una mezcla de los mismos, en el que el contenido de dicho componente (4) es del 1 al 20% en peso por unidad de peso que contiene dicho ingrediente eficaz.
