Abstract

Tapa (1) para un recipiente, en particular para contener alimentos líquidos, en particular para niños, que comprende: - un cuerpo principal (3), que comprende: a) una pared de cierre tubular (2), cerrada en un lado y provista de una abertura de entrada (6) en el otro, provista internamente de una rosca (4) para enroscar la tapa al recipiente, b) un precinto de garantía (14), unido en rotación con la pared de cierre (2) acoplable con elementos resistentes del recipiente y provisto de partes rompibles por la rotación de la tapa en relación con dichos elementos resistentes, c) una pared de sujeción (20) que rodea la pared de cierre (2), radialmente distante y solidaria en rotación con dicha pared de cierre (2), con el fin de definir con la misma un compartimento interior (22) abierto hacia el exterior en el lado de la abertura de entrada (6) por medio de una abertura principal (24) y en el otro lado por medio de una abertura auxiliar (26) que tiene un borde libre (28); - unos pasajes de seguridad (58) hechos encima para permitir el paso de aire desde el exterior en caso de ingestión; caracterizada porque la tapa (1) comprende un dispositivo de juguete (40) que tiene un compartimiento del juguete (44) y un elemento de juguete (42) libre para moverse por la agitación de la tapa en dicho compartimiento del juguete (44) y confinado en el mismo, realizándose los pasajes de seguridad (58) entre el dispositivo de juguete (40) y el borde libre (28) de la abertura auxiliar (26); y porque los pasajes (55) están hechos entre el compartimiento del juguete (44) y el compartimiento interior (22), y en la que el elemento de juguete (42) tiene dimensiones tales como para no ser adecuado para atravesar el pasaje (55) desde el compartimiento auxiliar (44) al compartimento interno (22).
