Abstract

Estructura para la fijación para un mango, que puede fijar de manera desmontable un mango (30) de una herramienta de corte a un orificio tubular (2) de fijación del mango con un único movimiento, teniendo dicho mango (30) en una parte de extremo de la base de la misma una parte cóncava (31) para sostener una parte de un elemento de acoplamiento (15), y estando formado el orificio (2) de fijación del mango de tal modo que: el elemento de acoplamiento (15) sobresale en sentido radial hacia el interior desde una superficie periférica interior del orificio (2) de fijación del mango y se puede desplazar en sentido radial hacia el exterior del mismo; la dirección longitudinal del orificio (2) de fijación del mango se extiende en una parte del cuerpo de un porta-herramientas en la dirección axial del porta-herramientas; y el extremo de la punta del orificio (2) de fijación del mango se abre en la superficie del extremo de la punta de la parte del cuerpo, un orificio (3) de suministro de refrigerante está formado en una parte central de la parte del cuerpo en una dirección radial de la parte del cuerpo y es adyacente a un lado del extremo de la base del orificio (2) de fijación del mango de tal modo que un extremo de la punta del orificio (3) de suministro de refrigerante comunica con el orificio (2) de fijación del mango; estando la estructura para la fijación del mango caracterizada porque: está dispuesto un cuerpo (5) de la válvula en una parte del extremo de la punta del orificio (3) de suministro de refrigerante, de manera que es desplazable hacia un lado del extremo de la base, y está dispuesto un elemento de cierre estanco (4) en una posición del orificio (3) de suministro de refrigerante que es más próxima a un lado del extremo de la punta que el cuerpo (5) de la válvula, y contacta con el cuerpo (5) de la válvula para formar una situación estanca a los fluidos entre el cuerpo (5) de la válvula y el elemento de cierre estanco (4); está dispuesta una primera pieza tubular (20) en el orificio (2) de fijación del mango de tal modo que: un extremo de la base del mango (30) contacta con un extremo de la punta de la primera pieza tubular (20) para hacer que la primera pieza tubular (20) se desplace en la dirección axial hacia el lado del extremo de la base; una parte de empuje contacta con el cuerpo (5) de la válvula mediante este movimiento de la primera pieza tubular (20) para hacer que el cuerpo (5) de la válvula se separe del elemento de cierre estanco (4); en una situación en que el mango (30) no está en contacto con el extremo de la punta de la primera pieza tubular (20), una superficie periférica exterior de la primera pieza tubular (20) que tiene un diámetro exterior sustancialmente igual al diámetro del orificio (2) de fijación del mango hace que el elemento de acoplamiento (15) se desplace en sentido radial hacia el exterior desde una superficie periférica interior del orificio (2) de fijación del mango; y en el orificio (2) de fijación del mango está dispuesto un elemento de accionamiento del cuerpo (5) de la válvula que tiene en un extremo de la base del mismo la parte de empuje que empuja el cuerpo (5) de la válvula para hacer que el cuerpo (5) de la válvula se separe del elemento de cierre estanco (4), y que tiene en un extremo de la punta del mismo una superficie de contacto que es contactada por el mango (30).
