Abstract

Procedimiento para determinar deformaciones de una pieza de trabajo de acero o de una aleación de acerodebido a un conformado, en el que se aplica un barniz coloreado sobre la pieza de trabajo, se conforma lapieza de trabajo y a continuación se produce un análisis de deformación óptico midiendo el barnizcoloreado aplicado, caracterizado porque antes del conformado de la pieza de trabajo se administra un barniz coloreado con unporcentaje de Al de más del 30% en peso sobre la pieza de trabajo, se calienta la pieza de trabajo para elconformado hasta una temperatura de conformado en caliente y se enfría la pieza de trabajo después de odurante el conformado.
