Abstract

Tapón de rosca inviolable en una sola pieza de materia termoplástica, compuesto de un cuerpo principal de tapón con rosca interior cuya falda presenta sobre su cara terminal de base una garganta anular continua o en segmentos separados y de dos segmentos de inviolabilidad que están enganchados enganchados cada uno al bajo de la falda del cuerpo principal por una patilla formando charnela y que presentan cada uno, hacia por lo menos una de sus extremidades, una lengüeta capaz de entrar en la garganta terminal de la falda y de ser termosoldada o pegada en ella, teniendo la sección de cada segmento un perfil que le permite al roscarse enclavarse sin rotura bajo el contra-anillo del cuello de recipiente a taponar, mientras que el aflojamiento a rosca del tapón provoca la rotura de las lengüetas soldadas o pegadas y la apertura de los segmentos de inviolabilidad que permanecen enganchados al cuerpo del tapón por su patilla formando charnela.
