Abstract
Se obtienen composiciones de materias grasas vertibles, que comprenden espesadores, que tienen una buena duración de conservación en estado cerrado, si las composiciones tienen la siguiente composición: 0-45% en peso de hierbas, especias, frutos secos o semillas; 5-60% en peso de espesador; 0-5% en peso de emulsionante; 0-10% en peso de proteínas lácteas; 0-10% de yema de huevo en polvo; 1-10% en peso de sal, 50-89% de una mezcla de materia grasa, que comprende: (i) 90-99,8% en peso de aceite líquido; (ii) 10-0,2% en peso de materia grasa dura, que puede formar una red cristalina; 0-20% en peso de composiciones aromatizantes.
