Abstract

Elemento de cilindro, por ejemplo una camisa de cilindro (1), un pistón (5), una faldilla de pistón (41), o un segmento de pistón (19), para uso en un motor de combustión interna del tipo diesel, particularmente un motor de cruceta de dos tiempos, cuyo motor del tipo diesel tiene una presión máxima de combustión que sobrepasa 100 bares a plena carga, y en el cual el pistón está provisto de varios segmentos de pistón y se mueve con movimiento alternativo en una camisa de cilindro con una carrera de por lo menos 600 mm, cuyos segmentos de pistón tienen un diámetro externo de por lo menos 150 mm estando montados en gargantas anulares que tienen una altura, en dirección axial, que sobrepasa la altura del segmento, teniendo cada segmento del pistón una superficie exterior radial que se desliza a lo largo de la superficie interna (13) de la camisa, estando provisto el elemento del cilindro por lo menos con una capa depositada por pulverización térmica sobre una parte por lo menos del lado del elemento del cilindro, caracterizado porque el elemento del cilindro (1, 5, 19, 41) se recubre por pulverización por lo menos con dos capas de Al-bronce, cuya capa exterior es una capa de rodaje (37) que tiene una dureza media de como máximo 330 HV20 y la capa subyacente (36) es una capa de desgaste que tiene una dureza media que sobrepasa la dureza de la capa de rodaje y es por lo menos de 130 HV20.
