Abstract
METODO Y APARATO PARA LA CODIFICACION PREDICTIVA COMPENSADA DEL MOVIMIENTO DE UNA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN. UN APARATO PARA LA CODIFICACION PREDICTIVA DE COMPENSACION DEL MOVIMIENTO QUE INCLUYE UN DETECTOR DEL MOVIMIENTO PARA COMPARAR UN DATO DE UN ELEMENTO DE IMAGEN EN UNA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN CON EL DATO DEL ELEMENTO DE IMAGEN DE LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN ANTERIOR PARA GENERAR UN VECTOR DE MOVIMIENTO. EL VECTOR DE MOVIMIENTO INDICA LAS DIFERENCIAS EN EL DESPLAZAMIENTO ENTRE LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN Y LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN ANTERIOR. LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN PUEDE ESTAR ORGANIZADA EN BLOQUES DE DATOS ELEMENTOS DE IMAGEN PARA UN SOLO CAMPO O PARA MULTIPLES CAMPOS CUANDO LA DETECCION DEL MOVIMIENTO LA REALIZA EL DETECTOR DEL MOVIMIENTO EN LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN. UN FILTRO SUSTRACTIVO GENERA UNA SEÑAL DE ERROR DE LA COMPENSACION DE LA PREDICCION A BASE DE RESTAR EL DATO DEL ELEMENTO DE IMAGEN DE LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN ANTERIOR DEL DATO DE ELEMENTO DE IMAGEN DE LA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN. UN CODIFICADOR RECIBE LA SEÑAL DE ERROR DE LA COMPENSACION DE LA PREDICCION Y GENERA UNA SALIDA CODIFICADA APROPIADA. EL APARATO PUEDE INCLUIR TAMBIEN UN MECANISMO DE BLOQUEO ADAPTIVO PARA RECIBIR LA SEÑAL DE ERROR DE LA COMPENSACION DE LA PREDICCION Y ORGANIZAR LOS DATOS DE LA SEÑAL EN BLOQUES DE UNA O VARIAS MANERAS SEGUN DICTE EL VECTOR DE MOVIMIENTO.
