Abstract
LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN METODO Y DE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA EL RECONOCIMIENTO RAPIDO DE SOBRECARGAS TERMICAS DE UNA PIEZA A LA HORA DEL ESMERILADO (QUEMADO DEL ESMERILADO). SEGUN LA INVENCION, SE DETERMINA LA ELEVACION DE TEMPERATURA EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL ESMERILADO SOMETIDA AL PROCESO DE ESMERILADO Y SE COMPARA ESTE VALOR REAL CON EL VALOR DE REFERENCIA QUE SE DETERMINA BAJO EL MISMO PARAMETRO DEL PROCESO DE ESMERILADO CON UNA MUELA DE AFILAR, LA CUAL SIRVE PARA EL RESURGIMIENTO DEL QUEMADO DEL ESMERILADO EN LA PIEZA REFERENCIAL. EL PROCESO DE ESMERILADO SE TERMINA CON CADA MUELA DE AFILAR EN TANTO EN CUANTO SE DETERMINE LA ELEVACION DE TEMPERATURA AL TENER EN CUENTA LA DISTANCIA DE SEGURIDAD ESTABLECIDA QUE CORRESPONDE CON UNA TEMPERATURA QUE INFLUYE EN EL QUEMADO DEL ESMERILADO CRITICO. PARA DETERMINAR EL VALOR REAL Y EL VALOR REFERENCIAL, SE PUEDEN ESTABLECER CAMBIOS GEOMETRICOS DE LA PIEZA DEPENDIENDO DE LA ELEVACION DE TEMPERATURA GENERADA MEDIANTE EL PROCESO DEL ESMERILADO. EL DISPOSITIVO INVENTADO SE CARACTERIZA POR LA REALIZACION ESPECIAL DEL SISTEMA DE MEDICION PARA LA MEDICION DE LOS CAMBIOS DE FORMA GEOMETRICOS DE LA PIEZA.
