Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4), comprenant:
    un segment d'affichage (41) configuré pour afficher, dans un champ bidimensionnel (51) constitué par une longueur et une épaisseur d'un défaut de fil comme axes de coordonnées, une limite de nettoyage (52) qui est une ligne limite qui définit s'il y a lieu d'éliminer un défaut de fil d'un fil;
    un segment de traitement (42) configuré pour générer, lorsqu'au moins un premier point de consigne est sélectionné parmi une pluralité des premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4) par lesquels passe la limite de nettoyage (52) et au moins un deuxième point de consigne est entré comme destination de déplacement de l'au moins un premier point de consigne sélectionné, une limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par l'au moins un deuxième point de consigne au lieu de l'au moins un premier point de consigne sélectionné, et amener le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher la limite de nettoyage nouvellement générée (52); et
    une première unité d'entrée (51) configurée pour accepter l'addition d'au moins un troisième point de consigne lorsque le segment d'affichage (41) affiche la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par les premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4),
    dans lequel
    le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour générer la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par les premiers points de consigne et l'au moins un troisième point de consigne ajouté par la première unité d'entrée (51) et amène le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher la limite de nettoyage nouvellement générée (52), où la première unité d'entrée (51) est le champ bidimensionnel (51) affiché sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  2. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour amener le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher simultanément les premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4) et la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par les premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4), et l'au moins un deuxième point de consigne et la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par l'au moins un deuxième point de consigne.
  3. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant une deuxième unité d'entrée (51, 55) configurée pour accepter la sélection de l'au moins un premier point de consigne, et une troisième unité d'entrée (60) configurée pour accepter l'entrée de l'au moins un deuxième point de consigne.
  4. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la deuxième unité d'entrée (51) est le champ bidimensionnel (51) affiché sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  5. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel
    le segment d'affichage (41) est configuré pour afficher une pluralité de boutons (55) qui correspondent respectivement aux premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4), et
    la deuxième unité d'entrée (55) est constituée des boutons (55) affichés sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  6. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans lequel
    le segment d'affichage (41) est configuré pour afficher une zone de fonctionnement (60) qui comporte une pluralité de boutons de réglage de direction de déplacement (61) qui montrent les directions de déplacement et accepte la sélection des directions de déplacement, et
    la troisième unité d'entrée (60) est la zone de fonctionnement (60) affichée sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  7. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    comprenant une quatrième unité d'entrée (51, 55) configurée pour accepter la suppression d'au moins un premier point de consigne lorsque le segment d'affichage (41) affiche la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par les premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4),
    dans lequel
    le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour générer la limite de nettoyage (52) qui passe par les premiers points de consigne autres que l'au moins un premier point de consigne supprimé par la quatrième unité d'entrée (51, 55) et amène le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher la limite de nettoyage nouvellement générée (52).
  8. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la quatrième unité d'entrée (51) est le champ bidimensionnel (51) affiché sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  9. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel
    le segment d'affichage (41) est configuré pour afficher une pluralité de boutons (55) qui correspondent respectivement aux premiers points de consigne (NSL1 à NSL6 et T1 à T4), et
    la quatrième unité d'entrée (55) est constituée des boutons (55) affichés sur le segment d'affichage (41).
  10. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    comprenant un segment de mémoire (43) configuré pour y mémoriser les données de défaut de fil contenant la longueur et l'épaisseur de chacun d'une pluralité de défauts de fil,
    dans lequel
    le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour calculer, lors de la nouvelle génération de la limite de nettoyage (52) par rapport à la limite de nettoyage actuellement définie (52), un premier résultat de traitement de fil à l'aide des données de défaut de fil et de la limite de nettoyage actuellement définie (52), et calcule un deuxième résultat de traitement de fil à l'aide des données de défaut de fil et de la limite de nettoyage nouvellement générée (52), et pour amener le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher le premier résultat de traitement de fil calculé et le deuxième résultat de traitement de fil.
  11. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel
    le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour générer une ligne directrice (75) à l'aide des données de défaut de fil, et pour amener le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher la ligne directrice générée (75) ensemble avec les points qui représentent les défauts de fil.
  12. Dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    comprenant un segment de mémoire (43) configuré pour y mémoriser les données de défaut de fil contenant la longueur et l'épaisseur de chacun d'une pluralité de défauts de fil,
    dans lequel
    le segment de traitement (42) est configuré pour générer une ligne directrice (75) à l'aide des données de défaut de fil, et pour amener le segment d'affichage (41) à afficher la ligne directrice générée (75) ensemble avec les points qui représentent les défauts de fil.
  13. Machine de bobinage de fil (1), comprenant:
    une pluralité d'unités de bobinage de fil (2) comportant, chacune,
    un segment d'alimentation de fil (21) configuré pour alimenter un fil;
    un segment de bobinage (24) configuré pour bobiner le fil pour former une bobine; et
    un segment de surveillance de fil (22) configuré pour surveiller le fil entre le segment d'alimentation de fil (21) et le segment de bobinage (24) pour détecter un défaut de fil; et
    un dispositif de réglage de limite de nettoyage (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
