Claims (10)
- Emballage de contenant présentant un contenant (1) pour la réception d'un produit de remplissage et un capuchon de fermeture (2), dans lequel le contenant (1) comprend un corps de contenant (3), un épaulement de contenant (4) et un applicateur (5) relié solidement à l'épaulement de contenant (4), dans lequel l'applicateur (5) présente une partie de base d'applicateur (5.1) et une partie de distribution d'applicateur (5.2) avec une ouverture de distribution (6), et l'applicateur (5) présente un filetage extérieur dans la zone de la partie de base d'applicateur (5.1), dans lequel le capuchon de fermeture (2) présente une partie d'enveloppe (2.1) et une partie de couvercle (2.2), et le capuchon de fermeture (2) présente, dans sa partie d'enveloppe (2.1), un filetage intérieur correspondant au filetage extérieur de la partie de base d'applicateur (5.1), dans lequel l'ouverture de distribution (6) est disposée de manière décalée par rapport à l'axe de rotation (D) du filetage extérieur de la partie de base d'applicateur (5.1), dans lequel le capuchon de fermeture (2) présente, dans la zone de sa partie de couvercle (2.2) tournée vers la partie d'enveloppe (2.1), une rainure périphérique (7) s'étendant de manière concentrique à l'axe de rotation (D), dans lequel la rainure (7) coopère avec la partie de distribution d'applicateur (5.2) de telle sorte qu'en cas de vissage ayant lieu à l'aide du filetage extérieur de la partie de base d'applicateur (5.1) et du filetage intérieur de la partie d'enveloppe (2.1) du capuchon de fermeture (2) entre le capuchon de fermeture (2) et le contenant (1), la partie de distribution d'applicateur (5.2) se met en prise avec son ouverture de distribution (6) dans la rainure (7) et que l'ouverture de distribution (6) est fermée dans la rainure (7), dans lequel la rainure (7) présente une largeur (B) et l'ouverture de distribution (6) présente un diamètre extérieur (A), caractérisé en ce que la largeur (B) de la rainure (7) est au maximum de 1,2 fois le diamètre extérieur (A) de l'ouverture de distribution (6).
- Emballage de contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (5) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec l'épaulement de contenant (4).
- Emballage de contenant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon de fermeture (2) est réalisé en tant que pièce moulée en plastique.
- Emballage de contenant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le contenant (1) et l'applicateur (5) se composent de plastique ou métal, en particulier d'un laminé plastique, d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Emballage de contenant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (5) est relié solidement à l'épaulement de contenant (4) et est en particulier réalisé de manière apposée sur l'épaulement de contenant (4).
- Emballage de contenant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur (5) est réalisé en tant que pièce moulée en plastique.
- Emballage de contenant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le contenant (1) et/ou l'applicateur (5) se composent de plastique ou métal, en particulier d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Emballage de contenant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé qu'en ce que le contenant (1) est un tube (1), le corps de contenant (3) est un corps de tube (3), et l'épaulement de contenant (4) est un épaulement de tube (4).
- Emballage de contenant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (B) de la rainure (7) est au maximum de 1,1 fois, de préférence au maximum de 1,05 fois le diamètre extérieur (A) de l'ouverture de distribution (6).
- Emballage de contenant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le centre (Z) de l'ouverture de distribution (6) est réalisé de manière décalée vers l'extérieur de plus de 25 % du diamètre extérieur (AD) de la partie de base d'applicateur par rapport à l'axe de rotation D.
