Definitions
- the invention relates to a support profile with a tilting element for adjusting the inclination of panel elements.
- Railing plates are known, in particular for all-glass railings, which are largely free-standing and are only held in their foot area, i.e. at their lower edge, in a U-shaped holding profile anchored to a part of the building and are also braced in this.
- the heavy glass panes are firmly anchored in the U-shaped retaining profile so that they can reliably absorb the loads acting on the glass panes and transfer them to the structure, in order to meet the requirements, for example as fall protection.
- the EP 1 277 894 A2 discloses a clamped railing in which a disc-shaped panel is clamped in a lower edge portion in a U-shaped support body, in which a pair of wedge-shaped bodies with abutting adjustable slopes is arranged between the inside of a lateral web and the disc-shaped panel.
- the disc-shaped filling is held pressed between the pair of wedge-shaped bodies at the web and another second web.
- the clamping force with which the disk-shaped filling is held can be adjusted by shifting the two wedge-shaped bodies relative to one another.
- the clamping force is defined with an adjustment screw, with which one of the wedge-shaped bodies can be adjusted against the other.
- EP 1 277 894 disclosed wedge combination an adjustment of the clamping force, but not an angular adjustment of the disc-shaped filling is disclosed.
- the described wedges are shifted in the direction of the underside of the support body when they are introduced and slide further and further down. The deeper these wedges are pushed down inside the supporting body, the more unstable the mounting of the disc-shaped filling becomes.
- the U.S. 2016/298337 A1 discloses a hinged glass handrail sill.
- the invention relates to a double-jointed sill for adjustably attaching the panels of a handrail system to a floor, the sill having a U-shaped channel.
- a pair of hinge plates are pivotally mounted in the channel.
- a cylindrical hinge member is provided at the lower end of each of the hinge plates and extends the length of the hinge plate.
- a groove is provided on the underside of the sill for receiving the cylindrical hinge member.
- the pair of hinged plates are aligned as a mirror image within the sill.
- a series of adjustment and locking screws are provided along the length of the sill, extending from either the top of the sill or from the sides of the sill, and are readjusted to selectively bear against the pair of hinge plates to move the plates backward Inside moveable against a glass pane or outwardly away from a glass pane for vertical alignment and locking.
- hinge sills are located at the bottom of the U-shaped profile and act at the bottom of the U-shaped profile on a sealing device within which the glass sheet is placed and therefore only indirectly on the glass sheet. The effect at this point is minimal and only with difficulty allows the desired adjustment option, since the angle for tilting the higher glass pane is not sufficient at this point.
- the WO 2016/024299 A1 relates to a fixing system for glass panes with bilateral adjustment with respect to a vertical axis.
- the fastening system for glass panes with bilateral adjustment in relation to a vertical axis comprises an external aluminum profile and a box-shaped body housed in the profile on opposite sides of the panel and provided with two autonomous clamps also located on opposite sides of the panel, so that both the rotation of the panel with respect to the vertical axis by acting on only one of the tightening devices and the locking of the panel in the position of use by acting on both tightening devices is possible.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide an angle adjustability for a panel, in particular a railing panel.
- this object is achieved by a support profile with a tilting element for adjusting the inclination of panel elements according to claim 1.
- a support profile is disclosed with a first profile leg and a second profile leg and a support profile base for holding a plate element, the support profile having at least one tilting element which is arranged on at least one profile leg.
- the tilting element is designed to be arranged in the support profile for a panel element so that the angle of the panel element can be adjusted.
- This tilting element is arranged on at least one profile leg of a support profile at its upper end on the inside of the profile leg.
- a plate element is arranged inside the support profile between the tilting element and the other profile leg, which can also have a tilting element.
- the plate element can be a glass pane, but also made of other materials such as wood, plastic, metal or the like. be trained. Said plate element should be held clamped by the profile legs of the support profile.
- the tilting element is thus arranged between the profile leg and the plate element. This allows both the inclination to be adjusted and the plate element to be fixed.
- the tilting element has an end on which force can be applied for tilting, and a pivot point at which the tilting element is fixed to the profile leg or a mounting device.
- the free end can be engaged in latching devices until the force of a screw element acts on it and tilts the tilting element from its initial position.
- the plate element for an all-glass railing of a railing or facade construction or the like. is inserted into the support profile and is initially aligned at an angle deviating from the vertical for assembly reasons. That After the alignment between the two profile legs of the support profile, the plate element should be held clamped in the foot area of the support profile approximately vertically or in a desired angular position deviating from this.
- a profile shoe made of flexible material is arranged at least in regions between the support profile and the plate element. This profile shoe can also be arranged, for example, only in a lower area of the support profile.
- the tilting element can have different shapes. It is wedge-shaped and can have a trapezoidal, a rounded teardrop shape, a thicker or thinner design pointing in the direction of the printing area on the plate element, and can have straight surfaces or bevels for contact with the screw elements. Narrow designs can be chosen for the tilting element, so that the space required within the support profile between the respective leg and the plate element is not very large.
- the wedge tip of the tilting element can point in the direction of the support profile down to the bottom of the profile or up to the opening.
- the tilting element has no edges that could interfere with the insertion of the plate element. If long designs are selected, a fine adjustment and a precisely defined setting of the panel elements is possible, particularly in the case of very high panel elements to be clamped.
- the tilting element can be arranged on one or both profile legs, each on their inside. If the tilting element is only arranged on one profile leg, the other profile leg has a fixed pressure element.
- the tilting element is arranged in a region of the profile leg pointing downwards towards the profile base of the support profile, for example in a depression in the profile leg, in such a way that it can rotate or tilt in the direction away from the profile leg and towards the plate element and can therefore be moved or is tiltable.
- the tilting element thus has a pivot point about which it can be tilted when the force is applied by a screw element acting from above.
- the pivot point is thus arranged either in at least one leg or in at least one mounting element. Due to the arrangement of the tilting element on the lower support, the point of application, i.e. the pressure area on the plate element, precisely defined. The pressure range thus remains in the upper range. Therefore, shortening of the clamping can no longer occur.
- the tilting element can therefore be clipped in or on in order to be able to carry out its tilting movement.
- the desired position can be secured with the selected inclination of the panel element and the panel element can be clamped.
- the tilting element can also be pushed in from the side after the plate element has been inserted and then tilted.
- the holes can be drilled either from the upper tip or from the outside on the respective side. These holes can be straight or slanted. This depends on the geometric shape of the tilting element and on the surface on which the screw element introduced into the bore is intended to act. It is thus possible for the screw element to act on the tilting element on straight and sloping surfaces.
- the profile legs can have different configurations, that is to say they can be of the same thickness throughout or, for example, thicker in the lower area and thinner in the upper area.
- the openings, in particular bores, preferably have a thread.
- the screw element can be arranged therein.
- the desired angular adjustability can be achieved by the screw element and its application of force to the tilting element.
- the screw element is designed in particular as a grub screw. This screw element acts on the tilting element to be arranged to adjust the inclination of the glass pane, which is acted upon to different extents by the arrangement of the screw element and, above all, by the insertion or screwing depth of the screw element. Depending on the screwing depth of the screw element, the tilting element is thereby moved in the direction of the plate element and thus presses on the plate element, so that its vertical inclination can be adjusted.
- the screw element can engage in the profile legs of the support profile from above and/or from the side.
- the tilting element is designed in such a way that it is arranged in a built-in element such as a mounting element and the entire mounting element can be inserted into the respective profile leg of the support profile.
- a built-in element such as a mounting element
- the entire mounting element can be inserted into the respective profile leg of the support profile.
- the angular adjustability of the vertical or horizontal inclination of the panel element can be made.
- the tilting element according to the invention has the advantage that a precise fine adjustment of the plate element can be carried out by the application of force by screwing in the screw element with the leverage of the tilting element. This enables greater ease of assembly due to the suitable structural design of the support profile for screwing in in combination with the effect of the tilting element, as well as considerable time savings during assembly.
- a tilting element 10 is shown.
- the tilting element 10 is clipped into a mounting element 12 and has a trapezoidal shape.

- the screw element 20 still has a certain distance to the tilting element 10.
- the screw element 20 presses on the surface 22 of the tilting element 10, which is thereby pressed out or unclipped from its upper holder. As a result, the tilting element 10 is tilted about its pivot point 18 and brought up to the plate element 36 . There it comes into contact with the plate element 36 in the pressure area 40 . By screwing in the screw element 20 , a force can be applied to the tilting element 10 and thereby further to the plate element 36 .
- the desired vertical positioning of the plate element 36 is reached.

- the plate element 36 is inserted within the first profile leg 24 and the second profile leg 32 and the two tilting elements 10.
- the plate element 36 sits on the support profile shoe 34 in the area of the support profile sole 38 .
- the profile shoe 34 is designed as a small supporting profile shoe 34 which surrounds the lower region of the plate element 36 .
- the two screw elements 20 are screwed in further and thus press against the surfaces 22 of the tilting elements 10, 10', so that these are unclipped by the application of force and are tilted about their pivot point in such a way that they rest against the plate element 36 and thereby exert a force on both sides of the Plate elements 36 is applied, through which the inclination of the plate element 36 can be changed.
- In 24 1 shows how the trapezoidal tilting element 10 is tilted further about its pivot point 18 by the pressure of the screw element 20 and is pressed against the plate element 36 . Since the screw element 20 on the first profile leg 24 is screwed in further than the screw element 20 on the second profile leg 32, the force applied to the plate element 36 at the pressure region 40 on the side of the first profile leg 24 is greater than that on the opposite side. The inclination of the plate element 36 is therefore adjusted in the direction of the second profile leg 32 in its angular range.

Description
US 2016/298337 A1 offenbart einen aufklappbaren Glas-Handlaufschweller.

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein Kippelement 10 dargestellt.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine andere Ausbildung des Kippelements 10.
Fig. 13 zeigt ein unten rundlich tropfenförmig ausgebildetes Kippelement 10. -
Fig. 17 stellt ein weiter eingeschraubtes Schraubelement 20 dar. - In
- In
- In
- In
