Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung für die Installation und Wandmontage eines Waschbeckens (23) oder dergleichen, wobei ein Unterputzkasten (1) für Anschlüsse des Waschbeckens (23) und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen des Waschbeckens (23) an der Wand (24) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Unterputzkasten (1) eine tragfähige Rückenwand (2) aufweist, die mit einer mit der Wand (24) fest verankerbaren Montageschiene (4) versehen ist, und die Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) für das Waschbecken (23) trägt, wobei der Unterputzkasten (1) die Anschlüsse für Wasserzulauf (6, 7) und -ablauf (30) aufweist, und wobei der Unterputzkasten (1) an seiner Vorderseite zur Gänze von der Rückwand (31) des Waschbeckens (23) nach dem Befestigen an der Wand abgedeckt ist.

Description

Anordnung für die Installation und Wandmontage eines Waschbeckens oder dergleichen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung für die Installation und Wandmontage eines Waschbeckens oder dergleichen, wobei ein Unterputzkasten für Anschlüsse des Waschbeckens und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen des Waschbeckens an der Wand vorgesehen sind.
Derartige Anordnungen dienen dazu, Waschbecken oder ähnliche Vorrichtungen möglichst einfach, schnell und kostensparend an der Wand zu montieren und dabei auch die notwendigen Anschlüsse für Wasserzufluss und Wasserabfluss vorzusehen. Die heute bekannten Waschbecken haben den Nachteil, dass sie relativ aufwendig montiert werden müssen, und ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass die unter dem Waschbecken angeordneten Armaturen wie Anschlusshähne, Zu- und
Abflussschläuche, Siphon etc. frei sichtbar und daher optisch unattraktiv sind.
Es ist bekannt, für die Wandanschlüsse und den Siphon des Ablaufes gesonderte oder mit dem Waschbecken verbundene Abdeckungen vorzusehen. Diese Abdeckungen erfordern entweder eigens dafür konstruierte Unterschränke oder Auswölbungen aus der Unterseite des Waschbeckens, wodurch die Waschbecken sehr voluminös und schwer werden. Die Montage der Waschbecken erfordert viele Tätigkeiten und ist aufwendig. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Waschbecken vorzusehen, das die vorher genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist. Insbesondere sollen die Anschlüsse des Waschbeckens ohne zusätzliche Abdeckelemente unsichtbar sein. Dies betrifft sowohl die Wasserzulaufanschlüsse als auch den Ablauf. Die sonst zur Montage notwendigen zusätzlichen Materialien wie Verlängerungsschläuche, gesonderte Siphone etc. sollen vermieden werden. Der Verbau von Waschbecken durch Unterkästen soll nicht durch die Anschlüsse behindert werden. Weiters soll eine behindertengerechte Bedienung möglich sein und Vandalismus erschwert werden.
Die Grundidee der Erfindung liegt darin, dass vom Waschbecken sämtliche Anschlüsse abgedeckt werden. Insbesondere ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterputzkasten eine tragfähige Rückenwand aufweist, die mit einer mit der Wand fest verankerbaren Montageschiene versehen ist, und die Befestigungsvorrichtung für das Waschbecken trägt, dass der Unterputzkasten die Anschlüsse für Wasserzulauf und - ablauf aufweist, und dass der Unterputzkasten an seiner Vorderseite zur Gänze von der Rückwand des Waschbeckens nach dem Befestigen an der Wand abgedeckt ist.
Die Befestigungsvorrichtung sind bevorzugt Schraubbolzen, die mit der Rückenwand des Unterputzkastens oder mit der Montageschiene fest verbunden und aus der Wand vorstehend und mit Montagelöchern des Waschbeckens fluchtend vorgesehen sind.
Weiters sind bevorzugt die Wasseranschlüsse mit ihren Absperrhähnen und
Anschlussfittingen für die Wasserarmaturen vollständig im Unterputzkasten
aufgenommen und die Wasserarmaturen über ein oder mehrere flexible Schläuche anschließbar.
Der Wasserablauf ist bevorzugt durch einen Unterputzsiphon gebildet, dessen
Siphonkopf mit seiner verschließbaren Zugangsöffnung im Unterputzkasten angeordnet ist.
Der Siphonkopf kann eine selbstdichtende Einschubmanschette zur Aufnahme eines im Waschbecken angeordneten Abflussrohres aufweisen. Nach weiteren Merkmalen der Erfindung weist das Waschbecken zumindest ein, bevorzugt zwei von außen zugängliche Ausnehmungen anschließend an die
Montagelöcher auf. Die Montageschiene kann mit der Wand fest verbindbar sein und zur Verbindung mit einer Leichtbauwand mit senkrecht stehenden Wandstützen derart ausgebildet sein, dass dessen Enden beidseitig in oder an Wandstützen angepasst befestigbar sind.
Ein besonderer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion liegt in der raschen Montage. Dies ist von besonderem Vorteil, wenn z.B. in einer großen Wohn- oder Hotelanlage eine Vielzahl gleicher Waschbecken montiert werden soll. Durch die schnelle Montage der erfindungsgemäßen Waschbecken sind erhebliche
Kosteneinsparungen möglich. Für die Montage sind keinerlei Bohrungen nötig, so dass das Risiko des Anbohrens von Leitungen vermieden ist. Die Montage kann von einer Arbeitskraft vorgenommen werden.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen beispielhaft näher erläutert.
Figur 1 ist eine Frontansicht auf die Anordnung, wie sie in eine Wand eingebaut oder einbaubar ist.
Figur 2 zeigt die gleiche Anordnung zwischen den Stützen einer Leichtbauwand und
Figur 3 zeigt einen Schnitt nach III-III in Figur 2 in eingebautem Zustand.
Figur 4 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie B-B in Figur 1 , bevor das Waschbecken aufgesetzt ist.
Figur 5 zeigt den Schnitt nach der Linie A-A in Figur 1 mit aufgesetztem und montiertem Waschbecken und die
Figur 6 einen Schnitt durch die Anordnung mit montiertem Waschbecken unter
Sichtbarmachung der Zu- und Abflüsse.
Die Figur 1 zeigt den mit der Wand zu verbindenden oder fix verbundenen
Installationsteil der Erfindung. Der Unterputzkasten 1 besteht aus einer tragfähigen Rückenwand 2 und ist in bevorzugter Weise nach oben, nach unten und zu beiden Seiten von Seitenwänden 3 abgeschlossen, um einen Freiraum abzugrenzen. An der Rückseite der Rückenwand 2 ist eine Montageschiene 4 befestigt. Die Montageschiene 4 überragt an beiden Seiten die Rückenwand 2 und die Montageschiene 4 trägt fest mit ihr verbundene Befestigungsbolzen 5. An der Rückenwand 2 sind innen die
Wasseranschlüsse 6, 7 angeordnet und weiters ist ein Unterputzsiphon 8 vorgesehen, dessen Siphonkopf 9 in den Hohlraum des Unterputzkastens 1 vorsteht und dort zugänglich ist. Für die manchmal erforderliche Reinigung des Siphons 8 liegt dessen Zugangsöffnung 10 ebenfalls innerhalb des Unterputzkastens 1 . Die Schraube 33 verbindet den Siphon 8 mit der Rückenwand 2.
Die Figur 1 ist so zu verstehen, dass der Unterputzkasten 1 zusammen mit seiner Montageschiene 4 und dem unteren Teil des Siphons 8 in die Mauer eingemauert ist, oder im Falle von Leichtbaumauern nach vorne seitlich von Abdeckplatten 22
abgedeckt ist. In allen Fällen bleibt beim Einbau die vordere Öffnung des
Unterputzkastens 1 offen.
Die Wasserzuleitungen 1 1 , 12 sind die wasserführenden Rohre, von denen beim Öffnen der Hähne 13, 14 das Wasser zu den in Fig. 1 nicht gezeigten Zuleitungen zu den Wasserarmaturen zugeleitet wird. Die Anschlussfittinge tragen die Bezugszeichen 15, 16. Die Wasserzuleitungen sind teilweise nur strichliert angedeutet.
Die Figur 4 zeigt den Schnitt nach Linie B-B in Figur 1 , wobei der Unterputzkasten 1 in eine Massivmauer eingebaut wurde. In Figur 4 ist gut erkennbar, dass
Wasserzuleitungen 1 1 , 12 vom Inneren der Mauer den Wasseranschlüssen 6, 7 mit den Hähnen 13, 14 zugeleitet werden. Weiters sieht man, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung als Schraubbolzen 5 nach vorne aus der Wand herausstehen, wobei die Länge der Schraubbolzen 5 davon abhängig ist, wie weit das zugehörige Waschbecken 23 von der Wand weggezogen werden kann, ohne mit dem Bolzen außer Eingriff zu gelangen.
Weiters ist erkennbar, dass der Siphon 8 in seinem unteren Teil eingemauert und mit der Abflussleitung 18 verbunden ist, während der Siphonkopf 9 nach oben in den Innenraum des Unterputzkastens 1 hineinragt. Durch die Zugangsöffnung 10 kann der Siphon 8 gegebenenfalls gewartet und gereinigt werden. Die Einschubmanschette 19 dient zur dichtenden Aufnahme eines mit dem Waschbecken 23 verbundenen
Abflussrohres 32.
Die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen die Einbausituation bei Leichtbauwänden, wobei die
Montageschiene 4 an ihren äußeren Enden mit senkrecht stehenden
Befestigungsprofilen 20 verbunden wird. Die Befestigungsprofile 20 dienen der sicheren Befestigung an senkrechten Wandstützen 34, die Teil der Leichtbauwand sind. Durch die Abdeckplatten 21 , 22, die beispielsweise Gipskartonplatten sein können, werden die Zu- und Ablaufleitungen und die Befestigungsprofile mit der Montageschiene 4 nach außen abgedeckt, wohingegen die vordere Öffnung des Unterputzkastens 1 offenbleibt.
Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen die Anordnung gemäß Erfindung in fertig montiertem
Zustand, wobei also das Waschbecken 23 fertig angeschlossen und montiert ist.
Die Figur 5 zeigt die Anordnung zur Befestigung des Waschbeckens 23 an der Wand 24, wobei das Waschbecken 23 Montagelöcher 25 und daran anschließende
Ausnehmungen 26 aufweist. Der wasseraufnehmende Abschnitt des Waschbeckens 23 ist mit 27 bezeichnet. Bevorzugt ist das Waschbecken 23 symmetrisch gebaut, so dass für jeden der Schraubbolzen 5 eine Ausnehmung 26 vorgesehen ist, die bevorzugt von unten den Eingriff für die Betätigung der Schraubmutter erlaubt.
Die Befestigung des Waschbeckens 23 erfolgt auf einfache Weise derart, dass das Waschbecken 23 mit seinen Montagelöchern 25 über die Befestigungsbolzen 5 bis an die Wand geschoben und dann mit den Schraubmuttern festgeschraubt wird. Für den Abbau des Waschbeckens 23 ist es sehr einfach möglich, durch Öffnen der
Schraubmuttern das Waschbecken 23 wieder vom Befestigungsbolzen 5 abzuziehen.
Die Figur 6 zeigt die Anordnung im Bereich der Wasser- und Abwasseranschlüsse. Die Wasserzuleitungen erfolgen mittels flexibler Schläuche 28 vom Anschlussfitting 15, 16 bis zum zugehörigen Anschluss an der Wasserarmatur 29. Im Waschbecken 23 ist das Abflussrohr 32 vorgesehen, welches über einen flexiblen Schlauch 28 mit steifem Einschubteil in die Einschubmanschette 19 dichtend eingeschoben werden kann, wenn das Waschbecken 23 über die Schraubbolzen 5 an die Wand herangeschoben wird. Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind Ergänzungen und Abänderungen der in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsformen möglich. Beispielsweise kann es vorteilhaft sein, die Rückenwand 2 und/oder die Montageschiene 4 mit Pratzen oder Dübel auszustatten, um den Halt im Mauerwerk zu verbessern. Statt der Schraubbolzen 5 können auch Gewindestangen oder Stangen vorgesehen sein, auf denen Schraubmuttern oder Klemmelemente verklemmt werden können. Die tragende Rückenwand 2 und die Montageschiene 4 müssen ausreichend stabil sein, um das Waschbecken 23 tragen zu können. Die Seitenwände 3 können aus Kunststoff oder dünnem Blech sein, da sie nur dazu dienen, beim Einbau in die Mauer den Innenraum des Unterputzkastens 1 zu definieren.
Die Wasseranschlüsse 6, 7 können auch um beispielsweise 180° verdreht montiert werden, um die Wasserzuleitung von oben zu erleichtern. Bei Anordnung an
Wandstützen 34 wird die Montageschiene 4 bevorzugt angeschweißt oder
angeschraubt.
Für die Erfindung nicht wesentliche Teile sind nicht dargestellt, wie z.B. die
Ausgussarmatur zwischen wasseraufnehmenden Abschnitt 27 zum Abflussrohr 32.

Anordnung für die Installation und Wandmontage eines Waschbeckens (23) oder dergleichen, wobei ein Unterputzkasten (1 ) für Anschlüsse des Waschbeckens (23) und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen des Waschbeckens (23) an der Wand (24) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterputzkasten (1 ) eine tragfähige Rückenwand (2) aufweist, die mit einer mit der Wand (24) fest verankerbaren Montageschiene (4) versehen ist, und die Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) für das
Waschbecken (23) trägt, dass der Unterputzkasten (1 ) die Anschlüsse für Wasserzulauf (6, 7) und -ablauf (30) aufweist, und dass der Unterputzkasten (1 ) an seiner Vorderseite zur Gänze von der Rückwand (31 ) des Waschbeckens (23) nach dem Befestigen an der Wand abgedeckt ist.
2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Befestigungsvorrichtung Schraubbolzen (5) sind, die mit der Rückenwand (2) des Unterputzkastens (1 ) oder mit der Montageschiene (4) fest verbunden und aus der Wand (24) vorstehend und mit Montagelöchern (25) des Waschbeckens (23) fluchtend vorgesehen sind.

Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasseranschlüsse (6, 7) mit ihren Absperrhähnen (13, 14) und Anschlussfittingen (15, 16) für die Wasserarmaturen (29) vollständig im Unterputzkasten (1 ) aufgenommen sind und die Wasserarmaturen (29) über ein oder mehrere flexible Schläuche (28) anschließbar sind.
4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasserablauf (30) durch einen Unterputzsiphon (8) gebildet ist, dessen Siphonkopf (9) mit seiner verschließbaren Zugangsöffnung (10) im Unterputzkasten (1 ) angeordnet ist.
5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siphonkopf (9) eine selbstdichtende Einschubmanschette (19) zur Aufnahme eines im Waschbecken (23) angeordneten Abflussrohres (32) aufweist.
6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Waschbecken (23) zumindest ein, bevorzugt zwei von außen zugängliche Ausnehmungen (26) anschließend an die Montagelöcher (25) aufweist.
7. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageschiene (4) mit der Wand (24) fest verbindbar ist.
8. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verbindung mit einer Leichtbauwand mit senkrecht stehenden Wandstützen (20) die Montageschiene (4) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dessen Enden beidseitig in oder an den Wandstützen (20) befestigbar sind.
