Der Ausziehvorgang lƤsst sich bequem mit einer Hand durchfĆ¼hren. In der Verschlussposition 26 der Schottwand befindet sich das Backblech in der Ausziehposition im Wesentlichen vollstƤndig auƟerhalb des GehƤuses 12, ist jedoch noch an der Schottwand 22 angeordnet. Die Schottwand 22 schirmt das Innere des GehƤuses 12 ab, sodass dieses schnell wieder auf Temperatur gebracht werden kann. Das Backblech kann durch AushƤngen der Hakenelemente 32a, 32b aus den zugeordneten EinhƤngegliedern 47 an der Schottwand 22 von der Schottwand 22 abgenommen werden, dabei kann auch seitlich gegriffen werden, wodurch sich eine ungĆ¼nstige SchrƤglage ergibt, die eventuell mit FlĆ¼ssigkeit wie Bratensaft oder der gleichen bedeckten Auflageabschnitts 20 des Backblechs vermieden werden kann.   2. Heating device according to claim 1, characterised in that the hook mounting (33a, 33b) on the rear wall (14), in particular bulkhead, has several suspension members (47) lying one above the other in the vertical direction of the rear wall (14) for hanging an assigned hook element (32a, 32b).
  3. Heating device according to claim 2, characterised in that the suspension members (47) are arranged in at least one mounting slot (48a, 48b) made in the rear wall (22) and running vertically, and pass through the slot width of the mounting slot (48a, 48b).
  4. Heating device according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the suspension members (47) are pin-like in form.

Heating device according to claim 5, characterised in that the hook element or elements has or have a base section (36a, 36b) fixed by mounting means to the shelf (19) at a mounting interface (35a, 35b), and a hook section (41a, 41b), adjoining in the axial direction of the hook element (32a, 32b) and extending to the rear from the rear edge of the shelf (19).
  7. Heating device according to claim 6, characterised in that the mounting interface (35a, 35b) is located in the area of a longitudinal edge of the shelf (19).
  8. Heating device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that it is in the form of a baking oven
