Danach wird mittels Handhabung am GarguttrƤger selber dieser aus der GehƤuseƶffnung des GehƤuses des Backofens herausgezogen, wobei das FĆ¼hrungsgestƤnge dafĆ¼r sorgt, dass die Schottwand samt dem GuttrƤger nach vorne hin verlagert wird. Der GuttrƤger wird also von der eingeschobenen Betriebsposition 15 mittels der FĆ¼hrungseinheiten 13a, 13b in die herausgezogene Ausziehposition 16 verfahren. Dabei werden Arretierstange und zugeordnetes FĆ¼hrungsgestƤnge 18a relativ zueinander verschwenkt. Wie in Figur 1 gezeigt, befindet sich der Arretiervorsprung 31 zunƤchst am vorderen Ende des LƤngsschlitzes. Beim Herausziehen des GarguttrƤgers wird der Arretiervorsprung 31 in Richtung der Engstelle 37 verlagert und rastet dann in der vorgesehenen Ausziehposition selbststƤndig Ć¼ber die beiden ArretiervorsprĆ¼nge 38 in die Arretierkerbe 32 ein. Eine ungewollte RĆ¼ckbewegung in Richtung der Betriebsposition, beispielsweise durch Handhabung am Gargut des GarguttrƤgers wird durch die beiden ArretiervorsprĆ¼nge verhindert. Die RĆ¼ckbewegung erfordert eine durch den Benutzer aufzubringende definierte Kraft, sodass der Halsabschnitt 39 des Arretiervorsprungs wieder Ć¼ber die ArretiervorsprĆ¼nge 38 zurĆ¼ckschnappt, sodass eine Weiterbewegung beziehungsweise Einfahrbewegung in die Betriebsposition 15 mƶglich ist.In order to gain access to the food to be cooked on the food carrier, the door of the oven, in particular the flap, is opened. Claims (8)

  1. Guiding device for the guidance of a shelf (12) in a housing, with at least two guide units (13a, 13b), each of which may be, with lateral clearance from one another, on one side fastened to the housing and on the other side connected to the shelf (12), and which guide the shelf by means of a traversing movement between a pushed-in operating position (15) and a pulled-out position (16) at least partly withdrawn from the housing, wherein a locking mechanism (30) assigned to the guide units (13a, 13b) is provided and is designed for releasable locking of the shelf (12) in the withdrawn pulled-out position (16), wherein the locking mechanism (30) has a first locking element and a second locking element which, in the withdrawn pulled-out position (16), are engaged with one another and outside the pulled-out position (16) are disengaged from one another, wherein one of the locking elements is fitted to a locking component (33) separate from the guide unit (13a, 13b) and which, during the traversing movement of the guide unit (13a, 13b) is moved with it in such a way that the locking element attached to it comes into engagement with the other locking element, wherein the guide units (13a, 13b) are coupled to the shelf (12) by means of a coupling device (28) belonging to the guiding device, characterised in that the coupling device (28) has a bulkhead (29) which, by means of the guide units (13a, 13b), is movably mounted between an operating position (15) located in the area of the rear wall and a closed position withdrawn in the area of the housing opening, wherein the locking component (33) is in the form of a locking rod which on one side is pivotably mounted around a rod pivot axis (34) and on the other side is equipped with the locking element in the form of a locking notch (32), wherein the other locking element is made in the form of the locking projection (31) on one of the guide rod assemblies (18a) and, by means of the locking rod and the assigned guide rod assembly (18a), a superimposing pivoting movement may be made during the traversing movement, which on movement into the withdrawn pulled-out position (16) effects an engagement of the locking projection (31) into the locking notch (32), and wherein the rod pivot axis (34) rests on the bulkhead (29).
  2. Guiding device according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking mechanism (30) is so designed that, on reaching the pulled-out position (16) of the shelf (12), it comes into a locking operating condition.
  3. Guiding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking projection is formed on the guide unit (13a, 13b) and the locking notch (32) on the separate locking component (33).
  4. Guiding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide units (13a, 13b) each have a guide rod assembly (18a, 18b) comprised of several guide arms, movable in the manner of an accordion, and thereby guiding the shelf (12) between the operating and pulled-out positions (15, 16), wherein preferably the guide arms are in the form of pivot arms (19a, 19b; 20a, 20b) joined pivotably to one another and pivotable around body-side and/or shelf-side pivot axes (21, 22).
  5. Guiding device according to claim 4, characterised in that the guide rod assemblies (18a, 18b) each have two pivot arms (19a, 19b; 20a, 20b), of which a first pivot arm (19a, 20a) is pivotably mounted around a housing-side first pivot axis (21) and a second pivot arm ( (19b, 20b) around a shelf-side second pivot axis (22), and wherein the two pivot arms (19a, 20a; 19b, 20b) are pivotably connected to one another via a connecting joint (24).

Guiding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking rod has a longitudinal slot (36) aligned in its longitudinal direction (35), through which passes the locking projection (31), and is guided along the locking projection (31) during the overlapping pivoting movement of locking rod and guide rod assembly (18a), wherein a rear end of the longitudinal slot (36) assigned to the rod pivot axis (34) is equipped with the locking notch (32).
  7. Guiding device according to any of claims 5 or 6, characterised in that the locking projection (31) is in the form of an extension of the connecting joint, and extends upwards from an upper side of the guide rod assembly (18a).
