Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungseinheit für mehrere Einzelprodukte umfassend einen die Einzelprodukte aufnehmenden Kunststoffbeutel.
  • Kunststoffbeutel, auch als Polybeutel, Folienbeutel oder Flachbeutel bezeichnet, werden aufgrund ihres geringen Gewichts und ihres geringen Preises zur Verpackung unterschiedlichster Einzelprodukte eingesetzt, wobei die Kunststoffbeutel mit den Einzelprodukten befüllt werden.
  • Sofern die in die Kunststoffbeutel gefüllten Einzelprodukte jedoch eine Form aufweisen, bei welcher mindestens eine Seite wellig, schräg, gekrümmt oder in anderer Weise uneben ist und/oder die Einzelprodukte eine anisotrope Struktur oder einen anisotropen Aufbau aufweisen, beispielsweise Einzelprodukte mit Bereichen, die sich in ihrer Steifigkeit, Festigkeit und/oder Härte unterscheiden, so weist der befüllte Kunststoffbeutel in der Regel eine ungleichförmige Gestaltung auf. Dies hat als Folge, dass die Verpackungseinheiten auf Verkaufstischen oder in Verkaufsregalen schräg angeordnet sind und so einen ungeordneten, unschönen Eindruck erwecken.
  • EP 0 618 148 A1 zeigt eine Verpackung für komprimierte flexible Produkte, wie Windeln, umfassend einen Kunststoffbeutel und eine Papier-Banderole, welche eine Gruppe an Einzelprodukten umgibt.
  • DE 78 02 978 zeigt eine Verpackungshülle umfassend eine den Verpackungsgegenstand straff unter Spannung umgebende Kunststoff-Banderole und eine Versteifungseinlage.
  • Verpackungseinheiten mit Versteifungselementen sind weiter aus US 4,535,687 , KR 20-0440965 , US 2006/0196796 A1 , DE 1835788 U , US 4,709,851 und DE 10 2005020 892 A1 bekannt.
    • AUFGABE UND LÖSUNG
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Verpackungseinheit für mehrere Einzelprodukte umfassend einen die Einzelprodukte aufnehmenden Kunststoffbeutel zu schaffen, welche eine ausreichende Stabilität aufweist und eine attraktive Präsentation an einem Verkaufstisch und/oder in einem Verkaufsregal erlaubt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Verpackungseinheit für mehrere, zu einer Gruppe zusammengefasste Einzelprodukte umfassend einen die Gruppe an Einzelprodukten aufnehmenden Kunststoffbeutel und mindestens ein in dem Kunststoffbeutel oder um den Kunststoffbeutel angeordnetes Versteifungselement mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, wobei das Versteifungselement aus einem eine höhere Steifigkeit als der Kunststoffbeutel aufweisenden Material gefertigt ist und als exakt eine Banderole gestaltet ist.
  • Die Einzelprodukte sind für eine Verpackung gruppiert. Als Gruppierung wird im Zusammenhang mit der Anmeldung eine dem jeweiligen Einzelprodukt angepasste Art der Zusammenstellung mehrerer Einzelprodukte bezeichnet. Je nach Art des zu verpackenden Einzelprodukts ist dabei eine einheitliche oder eine alternierende Ausrichtung der Einzelprodukte in einer oder mehreren Reihen, einlagig oder mehrlagig vorgesehen.
  • Die Gruppe wird mittels des Versteifungselements in einer Ausgestaltung stabilisiert und das so geschaffene Ensemble wird in einen Kunststoffbeutel geführt bzw. über das so geschaffene Ensemble wird ein Kunststoffbeutel gestülpt. In anderen Ausgestaltungen wird die Gruppe aus Einzelprodukten in den Kunststoffbeutel eingeführt und das Versteifungselement an einer Außenseite des mit Einzelprodukten befüllten Kunststoffbeutels angebracht.
  • Das Versteifungselement ist vorzugsweise aus einem Zuschnitt aus einem flachen Material gefertigt. Denkbare Materialien für das Versteigungselement sind beispielsweise Kunststoff, Holz, Holzfasermaterialien, Papier, Pappe und dergleichen. Das aus einem flachen Material hergestellte Versteifungselement weist mindestens eine glatte Fläche auf, welche als Aufstellfläche oder als Sichtfläche für eine Verkaufspräsentation nutzbar ist. Der Zuschnitt kann je nach Anforderung gefaltet und/oder auf andere Weise geformt sein.
  • Das Versteifungselement bewirkt eine Stabilisierung der Verpackungseinheit und gleicht Unregelmäßigkeiten in einer Außenform der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten aus. Durch das Versteifungselement wird in Kombination mit dem Kunststoffbeutel eine Verpackungseinheit geschaffen, welche in der Optik und der Handhabung einem Karton ähnelt. Vorzugsweise ist das Versteifungselement geeignet gestaltet, um eine zumindest im Wesentlichen quaderförmige Verpackungseinheit zu schaffen. Derartige Verpackungseinheiten eignen sich für eine ästhetisch ansprechende, einheitliche Präsentation.
  • Eine derartige Verpackungseinheit eignet sich insbesondere für eine Verpackung von Windeln oder ähnlichen nur eine geringe Formstabilität aufweisenden Einzelprodukten.
  • Das Versteifungselement ist als exakt eine die Gruppe an Einzelprodukten teilweise umgebende Banderole gestaltet. Als Banderole wird dabei im Zusammenhang mit der Anmeldung ein streifenförmiges Element bezeichnet, welches sich über drei aneinander angrenzende Seiten ganz erstreckt. Die Banderole ist offen und weist zwei freie Enden auf. Die Banderole ist auf verschiedenste Weisen um die Gruppe an Einzelprodukten legbar, wobei von der Banderole jeweils mehrere Einzelprodukte oder nur ein Einzelprodukt aus der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten abgedeckt werden.
  • Die Banderole verläuft entlang einer bei einem regulären Gebrauch einer Entnahme der Produkte dienenden Oberseite oder einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Unterseite der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten. Sofern der entlang der Oberseite verlaufende Abschnitt der Banderole durchgängig ist, muss dieser Abschnitt bei einem erstmaligen Öffnen der Verpackungseinheit für eine Entnahme der Produkte getrennt werden.
  • Zusätzlich verläuft in einer Ausgestaltung die mindestens eine Banderole entlang einer für eine Verkaufspräsentation vorgesehenen Vorderseite und einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Rückseite der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten.
  • Die Banderole ist ungeschlossen und weist zwei freie Enden auf, wobei die freien Enden über eine Seite der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten überstehen oder zu der Seite abgeknickt sind. Die überstehenden Enden dienen in einer Ausgestaltung als Aufstellfüße für eine Verkaufspräsentation. Alternativ können die überstehenden Enden an einer Oberseite angeordnet sein und als Tragegriffe für eine Handhabung der Verpackungseinheit fungieren.
  • Der Abschnitt der Banderole, welcher entlang der Oberseite oder der Unterseite der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten verläuft, weist eine Breite auf, welche einer Breite einer zugehörigen Seite der Gruppe an Einzelprodukten entspricht, wobei an dem Abschnitt mindestens ein sich zumindest teilweise über eine angrenzende Seite erstreckender Flügel vorgesehen ist. Mittels des mindestens einen Flügels wird eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung erzielt, welche insbesondere auch bei einem Stapeln der Verpackungseinheiten vorteilhaft ist.
    • KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
  • Weitere Vorteile und Aspekte der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem Anspruch 1 und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen der Erfindung, die nachfolgend anhand der Figur 1 erläutert sind. Dabei zeigt:
    Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung von zwei unterschiedlichen Verpackungseinheiten mit jeweils einem als Banderole gestalteten Versteifungselement, wobei ein Abschnitt der Banderole Flügel aufweist.
    • DETAILLIERTE BESCHREIBUNG DER AUSFÜHRUNGSBEISPIELE
  • Die Figur 1 zeigt unterschiedliche Verpackungseinheiten 1. Die Verpackungseinheiten 1 dienen jeweils der Verpackung einer Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20. In den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen umfasst jede Gruppe 2 mehrere in einer Reihe mit gleicher Orientierung angeordnete Einzelprodukte 20. Diese Anordnung der Einzelprodukte ist jedoch lediglich beispielhaft. Je nach Einzelprodukt und/oder Verpackungsgröße können die Einzelprodukte 20 auch in mehreren parallelen Reihen und/oder in mehreren Lagen gruppiert sein. Zur besseren Übersicht sind die Einzelprodukte 20 jeder Gruppe 2 nicht vollständig dargestellt. Bei den Einzelprodukten 20 handelt es sich beispielsweise um Windeln. Die Erfindung ist jedoch nicht auf eine Verwendung der Verpackungseinheit 1 zum Verpacken von Windeln beschränkt.
  • Die Verpackungseinheiten 1 umfassen jeweils einen in den Figuren nicht dargestellten Kunststoffbeutel und ein Versteifungselement 4, wobei das Versteifungselement 4 mindestens eines der mehreren Einzelprodukte 20 zumindest abschnittsweise abdeckt und/oder aufnimmt. Mittels der Versteifungselemente 4 wird eine Stabilisierung der Verpackungseinheit 1 erzielt, sodass die Verpackungseinheiten 1 insbesondere für eine Verkaufspräsentation ästhetisch ansprechend aufstellbar sind. Die Versteifungselemente 4 können jeweils in dem Kunststoffbeutel angeordnet sein und beispielsweise als eine Einheit mit der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20 in den Kunststoffbeutel gefüllt werden. Alternativ können die Versteifungselemente 4 jeweils an einer Außenseite des Kunststoffbeutels angeordnet sein.
  • Bei den in Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ergänzen oder egalisieren die Versteifungselemente 4 Unregelmäßigkeiten an Außenkonturen der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20, sodass eine zumindest im Wesentlichen quaderförmige Verpackungseinheit 1 geschaffen wird.
  • Bei den in Fig. 1 dargestellten Verpackungseinheiten 1 ist ein als Banderole 4 gestaltetes Versteifungselement vorgesehen. Die Banderole 4 erstreckt sich über die bei einem regulären Gebrauch bei einer Entnahme links und rechts angeordneten Seiten der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20 sowie über die bei einem regulären Gebrauch einer Entnahme der Einzelprodukte 20 dienenden Oberseite oder einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Unterseite der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20. Die Banderole 4 ist nicht geschlossen, sondern weist zwei freie Enden auf. Die freien Enden sind beispielsweise an der Oberseite angeordnet, sodass die Banderole 4 eine Entnahme der Einzelprodukte durch einen Nutzer nicht oder nur unwesentlich behindert.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt schematische Darstellungen von zwei unterschiedlichen Verpackungseinheiten 1 mit jeweils einem als Banderole 4 gestalteten Versteifungselement, wobei ein Abschnitt 41 der Banderole 4 Flügel 42 aufweist.
  • An einem Abschnitt 41 der Banderole 4 sind zwei sich an die angrenzenden Seiten erstreckende Flügel 42 vorgesehen. Der Abschnitt 41 mit den Flügeln 42 ist vorzugsweise an einer Unterseite der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20 angeordnet, welche bei einem regulären Gebrauch einer Entnahme der Einzelprodukte 20 dienenden Oberseite gegenüberliegt. Mittels der Banderolen 4 gemäß Fig. 1 ist ein sich über alle Seiten der Gruppe 2 an Einzelprodukten 20 zumindest teilweise erstreckendes Versteifungselement geschaffen, sodass eine nahezu vollständige Stabilisierung erzielt wird.
  • Die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele sind lediglich beispielhaft und zahlreiche Abwandlungen sind denkbar. Insbesondere ist es auch denkbar, Merkmale der Ausführungsbeispiele miteinander zu kombinieren, um so weitere Ausführungsformen zu erhalten, welche in den Schutzumfang des Anspruchs 1 fallen.

Verpackungseinheit für mehrere, zu einer Gruppe (2) zusammengefasste Einzelprodukte (20), wobei die Einzelprodukte (20) eine Form aufweisen, bei welcher mindestens eine Seite wellig, schräg, gekrümmt oder in anderer Weise uneben ist und/oder die Einzelprodukte (20) eine anisotrope Struktur oder einen anisotropen Aufbau aufweisen, die Verpackungseinheit (1) umfassend einen die Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) aufnehmenden Kunststoffbeutel und ein in dem Kunststoffbeutel oder um den Kunststoffbeutel vorgesehenes Versteifungselement, wobei das Versteifungselement aus einem eine höhere Steifigkeit als der Kunststoffbeutel aufweisenden Material gefertigt ist, wobei das Versteifungselement als exakt eine, die Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) teilweise umgebende Banderole (4) gestaltet ist, wobei die Banderole (4) ungeschlossen ist und zwei freie Enden aufweist, wobei die Banderole (4) sich über drei aneinander angrenzende Seiten der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) ganz erstreckt, wobei die Banderole (4) entlang einer bei einem regulären Gebrauch einer Entnahme der Produkte dienenden Oberseite oder einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Unterseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) sowie entlang bei einem regulären Gebrauch bei einer Entnahme links und rechts angeordneten Seiten der Gruppe (2) verläuft oder die Banderole (4) entlang einer bei einem regulären Gebrauch einer Entnahme der Produkte dienenden Oberseite oder einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Unterseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) sowie entlang einer für eine Verkaufspräsentation vorgesehenen Vorderseite und einer dieser gegenüberliegenden Rückseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) verläuft, wobei mindestens ein Abschnitt (41) der Banderole (4), welcher entlang der Oberseite oder der Unterseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) verläuft, eine Breite aufweist, welche einer Breite einer zugehörigen Oberseite oder Unterseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Abschnitt (41) mindestens ein sich zumindest teilweise über eine angrenzende Seite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) erstreckender Flügel (42) vorgesehen ist, und die freien Enden der Banderole über die dem Abschnitt (41) gegenüberliegende Unterseite bzw. Oberseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) überstehen oder zu der dem Abschnitt (41) gegenüberliegende Unterseite bzw. Oberseite der Gruppe (2) an Einzelprodukten (20) abgeknickt sind.
