- Connecteur direct (10) qui peut être mis en contact avec les trous de contact (22) d'une carte de circuit imprimé (17) comprenant :- un boîtier fabriqué par moulage par injection qui porte des contacts enfichables (19),- des broches de codage (25) qui concourent avec des réceptacles de codage (27) sur des côtés de la carte de circuit imprimé (17),- dans lequel le boitier est en deux éléments et composé d'un support de contact (11) et d'un capot de protection (15) enveloppant le support de contact (11),- dans lequel le support de contact (11) comporte des rainures d'enclenchement (13) et des boulons expansibles (16),- dans lequel le capot de protection (15) comporte des nervures d'enclenchement (14) qui concourent avec les rainures d'enclenchement (13) du support de contact (11),- dans lequel le capot de protection (15) porte des chevilles expansibles (23) qui concourent avec les boulons expansibles (16) du support de contact (11),- dans lequel le capot de protection (15) porte, au niveau de la face d'enveloppe extérieure, des broches de codage (25), les broches de codage (25) étant disposées de façon monobloc au moyen d'une accumulation de matière placée entre le boitier et la broche de codage (25) et pouvant être éloignées au niveau du boitier,- dans lequel les broches de codage (25) sont disposées cisaillables, au niveau du boitier, le long d'une zone de coupe, au moyen d'un outil de coupe (28).
- Connecteur direct selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capot de protection (15) comporte des éléments de crochetage (24) au moyen desquels plusieurs connecteurs directs (10) peuvent être disposés l'un à l'autre, formant une chaine, aux fins de fabrication.
