Claims (13)

  1. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) pour un élément de fermeture (12) mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée d'un véhicule automobile (10), en particulier pour un hayon (14), comportant :
    un circuit de commutation (20, 40, 60, 80) qui est réalisé pour générer un signal de mesure et qui comprend un élément capteur (21, 41, 61, 81) réalisé pour détecter un objet dans la zone de mouvement de l'élément de fermeture (12), et un élément de mesure (22, 42, 62, 82) coopérant avec l'élément capteur (21, 41, 61, 81) pour générer le signal de mesure et comportant un moyen d'éclairage (23, 43, 63, 83) pour générer et émettre de la lumière (L) ;
    un profilé de base (110, 210, 310, 410) réalisé pour la fixation à l'élément de fermeture (12) ; et
    une monture (130, 230, 330, 430) pour la fixation par coopération de force et/ou de forme du moyen d'éclairage (23, 42, 63, 83), qui est agencée sur le profilé de base (110, 210, 310, 410) ;
    dans lequel
    l'élément capteur (21, 41, 61, 81) comprend un profilé capteur (120, 220, 320, 420) qui est agencé sur le profilé de base (110, 210, 310, 410) ;
    l'élément capteur (21, 41, 61, 81) et l'élément de mesure (22, 42, 62, 82) sont connectés électriquement l'un à l'autre ;
    l'élément capteur (21, 41, 61, 81) comprend une électrode de base (122) et une électrode antagoniste (123) qui sont réalisées mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre et constituées en un élastomère électriquement conducteur ;
    le moyen d'éclairage (23, 43, 63, 83) est électriquement connecté à l'électrode de base (122) et à l'électrode antagoniste (123) ;
    le moyen d'éclairage (23, 43, 63, 83) comprend un élément d'éclairage (24, 44, 46, 64, 84) qui est réalisé pour générer de la lumière et qui comprend une borne de base (24a, 44a, 46a, 64a, 84a) et une borne d'alimentation (24b, 44b, 46b, 64b, 84b) ; et
    la borne de base (24a, 44a, 46a, 64a, 84a) est connectée électriquement à l'électrode de base (122) et/ou la borne d'alimentation (24b, 44b, 46b, 64b, 84b) est connectée électriquement à l'électrode antagoniste (123).
  2. Capteur anti-pincement (200, 300) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'éclairage (43, 63) comprend au moins deux éléments d'éclairage (44, 46, 64) qui comprennent chacun une borne de base respective (44a, 46a, 64a) et une borne d'alimentation respective (44b, 46b, 64b),
    dans lequel
    les bornes de base (44a, 46a, 64a) sont connectées chacune individuellement à l'électrode de base (122), et/ou
    les bornes d'alimentation (64b) sont branchées ensemble et connectées électriquement à l'électrode d'alimentation (123).
  3. Capteur anti-pincement (400) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'éclairage (83) comprend au moins deux éléments d'éclairage (84) ;
    dans lequel
    les éléments d'éclairage (84) sont branchés en série de telle sorte qu'une borne de base individuelle (84a) est connectée électriquement à l'électrode de base (122) et/ou qu'une borne d'alimentation individuelle (84b) est connectée électriquement à l'électrode d'alimentation (123).
  4. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'éclairage (24, 44, 64, 84) est réalisé sous la forme d'une diode d'éclairage (25, 45, 47, 65, 85) qui comprend une borne cathodique (25a, 45a, 47a, 65a, 85a) réalisée à titre de borne de base (24a, 44a, 46a, 64a, 84a) et/ou une borne anodique (25b, 45b, 47b, 65b, 85b) réalisée à titre de borne d'alimentation (24b, 44b, 46b, 64b, 84b).
  5. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'éclairage (23, 43) comprend un guide de lumière (30, 50) qui est réalisé pour guider et émettre de la lumière et qui comprend une facette d'entrée (31, 51, 52) pour la lumière.
  6. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé capteur (120, 220, 320, 420) est réalisé intégralement avec le profilé de base (110, 210, 310, 410).
  7. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la monture (130) comprend un profilé de retenue (131) susceptible d'être fixé au profilé de base (110) ;
    dans lequel
    la monture (230, 330, 430) comprend en particulier une portion de retenue (231, 331, 422, 432) qui est réalisée intégralement avec le profilé de base (210, 410) et/ou avec le profilé capteur (320, 420) ;
    la monture (430) comprend de préférence une première portion de retenue (422) réalisée intégralement avec le profilé capteur (420) et une seconde portion de retenue (432) réalisée intégralement avec le profilé de base (410).
  8. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par une ligne de connexion (90) pour connecter le circuit de commutation (20, 40, 60, 80) à l'électronique embarquée du véhicule automobile (10) ;
    dans lequel
    la ligne de connexion (90) comprend en particulier une ligne à deux fils (92) qui est connectée électriquement à la borne de base (28) et à la borne d'alimentation (29) ;
    la ligne à deux fils (92) comprend en particulier une ligne de base (93) connectée électriquement à la borne de base (28) et une ligne d'alimentation (94) connectée électriquement à la borne d'alimentation (29);
    la ligne de connexion (90) comprend de préférence un connecteur électrique (91), en particulier un connecteur d'enfichage (95) pour la connexion à l'électronique embarquée.
  9. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) est réalisé au moins partiellement en une matière plastique, en particulier en un élastomère thermoplastique, en un élastomère ou en une matière thermoplastique,
    dans lequel
    le profilé capteur (120, 220, 320, 420) est réalisé en particulier en une matière plastique élastiquement déformable ;
    la monture (130, 230, 330, 430) est réalisée de préférence en une matière plastique élastiquement déformable ;
    le profilé de base (110, 210, 310, 410) est réalisé en particulier en un élastomère thermoplastique et/ou en une matière thermoplastique.
  10. Capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que une ligne de base respective (127) et/ou une ligne antagoniste respective (128) sont noyées chacune dans l'électrode de base (123) et/ou dans l'électrode antagoniste (124), et de préférence la ligne de base (127) et/ou la ligne antagoniste (128) sont réalisées sous forme de fils de cuivre.
  11. Protection anti-pincement pour un véhicule automobile, comportant un capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 et une unité de commande réalisée pour commander le circuit de commutation (20, 40, 60, 80).
  12. Élément de fermeture (12), en particulier hayon (14) ou portière coulissante pour un véhicule automobile (10), comportant un capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 et/ou une protection anti-pincement selon la revendication 11.
  13. Véhicule automobile (10) comportant un capteur anti-pincement (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 et/ou une protection anti-pincement selon la revendication 11 et/ou un élément de fermeture (12) selon la revendication 12.
