Description

The invention relates to a surface drainage device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Such a surface drainage device is for example from WO 2013/030158 A1 known. This arrangement comprises an upper part and a drainage pipe, which are assembled on the construction site and built into the ground with the aid of concrete. The disadvantage of this known arrangement is the considerable amount of work required on the construction site. In addition, the drainage performance leaves a lot to be desired, since only a limited number of openings can be used between the attachments and the drainage line, because these are a hindrance during installation.

From the DE 20 2004 001 009 U1 a one-piece channel system with a channel body and a channel cover placed on this channel body can be seen. The channel body and the channel cover are designed as a permanently connected unit by the manufacturer. The channel body and the channel cover are also made of different materials; the channel body preferably made of concrete and the channel cover preferably made of metal, in particular cast iron.

The WO 2013/030158 A1 describes a system for draining traffic areas, consisting of a large number of elongated inner receiving elements and a drainage pipe element arranged below. The inner receiving element has an upper side that can be driven over and is provided with webs between which receiving areas are formed. Furthermore, the inner receiving element has a lower area, which has at least four side walls and, apart from a drain at the lowermost point, is designed like a basin, the drain with the Drain pipe element can be connected in a watertight manner. The complete inner receiving element is formed in one piece.

Finally, the known arrangement is disadvantageous in that only a relatively low load resistance can be achieved, since these are defined by the construction work on site. So you cannot assume that the same load strength can be achieved with several objects.

Another problem with such known surface drainage devices, as for example in the DE 20 2004 001 009 U1 , of the DE 10 2008 032 513 A1 , of the DE 203 05 435 U1 , of the DE 296 02 588 U1 or those already mentioned above WO 2013/030158 A1 are described, consists in the fact that in the course of the surface drainage water flows into the respective attachment of the surface drainage systems and in this from surface drainage segment to surface drainage segment, i.e. flows from the respective attachment to the respective next attachment, which leads to a significant leakage problem and thus inevitably with it .

The invention is based on the object of developing a surface drainage device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that improved strength and tightness are achieved with simple design and handling.

This object is achieved by a surface drainage device according to claim 1.

In particular, this object is achieved by a surface drainage device which comprises an attachment which is shaped in such a way that surface water or the like liquid can be taken up and transferred via drainage openings into a drainage line arranged below the attachment. Here, the attachment with the drainage line is formed by means of a concrete casting compound, forming a uniformly manageable body connected. It can be hydraulic concrete as well as polymer concrete.

An essential point of the invention is therefore that a uniform component is created which can be optimized with regard to its drainage performance. The installation is of course easy, on the construction site only a bed has to be provided on which the body can be placed. The strength can be standardized by manufacturing in an appropriately equipped concrete plant.

The stability of the component covers all load cases from traffic, installation and thermal stress. Back supports to stabilize conventional channel walls or joints to secure against horizontal forces, etc. from the subsequent road surface are not required.

Preferably, one end of the drainage line is designed as a spigot end and protrudes from one end of the body. The other end is designed to receive a spigot end of a further body so that the bodies can be plugged onto one another.

The attachment is designed in the shape of a trough with a raised edge all around that each body guides liquid running into the attachment to the drainage openings formed in it. As a result, it is no longer necessary to let water flow from one to the other attachment, which represents a significant leakage problem when laying the arrangements. The tightness is created by connecting the drainage lines to one another. Several point sequences are lined up, so to speak. In particular, several point drains, so to speak, each having several slot-shaped drainage nozzles, are strung together.

The attachment has a tub bottom that is pulled up all around. Floor strips protrude upwards from the tub floor up to a maximum height that defines a surface of the attachment that can be walked on and / or driven over. There is therefore no need to provide a separate removable cover with this arrangement. The manufacture of the attachment as a cast part, in particular as a metal cast part, is particularly advantageous here.

The attachment preferably has a straight and uniform edge region in such a way that edge strips of constant width form upper edges of the body. This ensures a particularly high quality of the connection between the body and the surrounding surface, since the body has a very uniform outer surface.

Each attachment has conically shaped pins on its underside for connection to the concrete casting compound. Such conically shaped pins are easy to manufacture.

The step strips are designed in such a way that the requirements of traffic safety, hydraulics, self-cleaning and maintenance are met. For this purpose, the tread strips are mainly aligned lengthways and offset in areas. In addition to the vertical drainage openings (across), the tread strips are provided with throughflow openings in the areas; in the areas between the drainage openings (lengthways) they are closed. The slope in the tub bottom of the attachment is formed in the respective areas longitudinally and transversely to a maximum of the drain opening. This achieves optimal flow conditions, greater hydraulic performance and low deposits.

The step strips have anti-slip devices on their upper edges, which can be designed, for example, as notches provided at regular intervals.

The drainage line is preferably designed as a plastic pipe, so that a high flow rate and a low tendency to deposit and hang on contaminants is to be ensured.

In the following description, the same reference numbers are used for parts that are the same and have the same effect.

According to Fig. 1 the surface drainage device comprises an attachment 10 which is firmly cast in a concrete body 30 (hydraulic or synthetic resin concrete). In the concrete body 30 sits a pipe 20. This pipe 20 forms - as in the Figure 3-5 shown - a drain line, which is provided with openings 22. With these openings 22, drainage nozzles 16 of the attachment 10 are connected in such a way that water which runs into the attachment 10 is introduced through drainage openings 13 and further into the drainage nozzles 16 and into the pipe openings 22 and thus into the pipe 20.

The attachment 10 is trough-shaped in such a way that a trough bottom 12 rises upwards all around to an edge 15 of the attachment. Step strips 11 protrude upward from the tub floor 12, and they all end at the same height corresponding to the edge 15, so that a surface that can be walked on and / or driven on is defined. The step strips 11 have grooves 14 on their upper edges (see in particular Fig. 7 ), which increase the slip resistance of the step rails 11.

The longitudinal (the longitudinal direction runs in Fig. 2 from left to right) tread strips 11 are interrupted along the longitudinal direction, in particular several times. The interruptions in the tread strips 11 are formed by recesses or cutouts in the form of flow openings 18.

Water or liquid can pass through the flow openings 18 in the transverse direction (the transverse direction runs in Fig. 2 from top to bottom) flow or flow.

The tub bottom of the attachment 10 has a gradient (in the transverse direction and / or longitudinal direction) that slopes down towards the drain opening 13, so that the water or the liquid is guided to the drain opening 13.

The underside of the attachment 10 is provided with a multiplicity of pins 17 which firmly connect the attachment 10 to the concrete body 30 when the attachment 10 is set in concrete in the concrete body 30.

The tube 20 has a pointed end 21 on one side and a receiving end 23 on the other side, as shown in particular Fig. 5 emerges. As usual, this receiving end 23 is provided with a groove for the insertion of an O-ring, so that a pointed end 21 of a subsequent body can be inserted tightly into the receiving end 23.
