Description

The invention relates to a device for the discharge-side unloading a wrong in the barrel of a weapon loaded weapon, a warhead and a wing assembly comprising projectile whose wing has control wing, each having a warhead towards the preferably tapered portion.

US 2,770,988 A spezielle Entladevorrichtungen bekannt. For unloading mortar shells, which were introduced the right way around in the barrel of a Vorderladermörsers, ie in which the respective warhead is arranged after the charging mouth side in the corresponding barrel, are for example from US 2,397,554 A and the US 2,770,988 A special unloading known. These known devices each comprise at least one spring-loaded pawl, which engages positively for extracting the mortar shell from the gun barrel in a corresponding circumferential groove of the warhead.

From the DE 10 2005 016 879 Furthermore, a device for unloading mortar shells, which have been introduced into the weapon barrel of a muzzle mortar in the correct direction, in which a force-locking connection between the unloading device and the warhead is made for extracting the respective mortar shell by means of magnets.

If, however, for example, a mortar shell to be unloaded from the barrel of a Vorderladermörsers, which was accidentally loaded wrong around in the gun barrel, so in which the wing wiring is located at the mouth side in the gun barrel, the above-mentioned known unloading can not be used. Rather, in such cases, attempts must be made to dump the mortar shell again by tilting the gun barrel. However, this is relatively time consuming and not dangerous for the appropriate operator of the weapon, since it at Such an unloading process may lead to an unwanted activation of the mortar shell's propellant charge or impact fuse.

The DE 10 2005 006 062 A1 deals with this problem and proposes a device for unloading an accidentally incorrectly loaded mortar cartridge comprising a pull-out rod, at the first end of which a holder device insertable into the weapon barrel with finger-shaped pull-out parts and at the second end of a handle part are attached.

The invention has for its object to provide a further device with a simple way quickly and safely a falsely loaded wing-stabilized projectile, in particular a mortar shell, discharge side can be discharged from the barrel of a corresponding weapon.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention disclose the dependent claims.

The invention is essentially based on the idea that the device comprises a base element which can be introduced into the weapon barrel into an end position and rotatable about its longitudinal axis, which has at least one cylindrical guide element supporting the outside surface of the weapon barrel. On the main body axially extending into the gun barrel support arms are provided on the side facing the wing of the corresponding projectile, which are connected on their side facing away from the base body with retaining claws for engaging behind the projectile wing leading edges in the region of their preferably tapered sections. In this case, the holding arms are each formed so wound that they remain both during insertion and when pulling out of the device in the space between the two adjacent tail wings. In addition, at least one element for inserting and removing the device according to the invention in the weapon barrel and out of this is provided on the base body on the side facing away from the wing saddle.

The unloading device according to the invention is simple and compact, relatively light in weight and robust against external influences.

In order to achieve a centering of the device according to the invention in terms of the wing wire in a simple manner, it is preferably provided that the holding arms of the device each have on a circumferentially extending first end face a to the front end of the retaining arm tapered guide surface, which are selected in that, when the base body is introduced into the weapon barrel, the respective guide surface is supported on an adjacent tail wing and causes a rotational movement of the base body about its longitudinal axis. As a result, the support arms slide helically into the free spaces between the tail wings, wherein in the inserted end position of the device according to the invention the retaining claw associated retaining claw engages behind the tube wall side end of the adjacent tail in the direction of rotation in the region of its preferably tapered portion and the subsequent withdrawal of the device a positive position is achieved.

In order to exert a uniform force as possible on the projectile during the discharge, it has proven to be expedient if the retaining arms are arranged circumferentially evenly distributed and their number corresponds to the number of tail wings, so that when pulling out the device according to the invention from the gun barrel each tail wing with a retaining claw is positively connected.

The retaining claws may be formed groove-shaped on its side facing the respective tail wings for embracing the tail wing in the region of the preferably tapered region.

In addition, it has proved to be advantageous if the base body contains an axial vent hole for the escape of pent-up air, which arises during the discharge process during insertion and withdrawal of the device according to the invention in the gun barrel.

On the main body can be attached to the side facing away from the wing panel end for insertion and withdrawal of the device in the gun barrel and out of this a tether.

In addition, a handle eye can be arranged on the base body on the side facing away from the wing saddle.

Divisible number of vanes also works well with a smaller number of jaws a further weight saving can be achieved. For example, with 6-wing tail 3 or 2 appropriately trained claws would be possible and useful.

In Fig.1 1 is a device according to the invention for unloading a wrong way around in the gun barrel 2 ( Fig.2 ) of a front loader mortar loaded mortar shell 5. The mortar shell 5 includes a warhead 3 and a rear side arranged on the warhead 3 wing assembly 4. The wing assembly 4 has five circumferentially, uniformly distributed tail wings, of which Fig.2 only four tail wings 6-6 '''are shown. Each of the tail wings 6-6 '''has a section 7 which preferably tapers towards the warhead 3.

The device 1 comprises a base body 8, which can be inserted into the weapon barrel 2 and is rotatable about its longitudinal axis 100, which is supported on the outside on the inner surface 9 of the weapon barrel 2 via two cylindrical guide elements 10.

On the main body 8 are on the wing 4 of the mortar shell 5 facing end face 11 five axially axially extending into the barrel 2 support arms 12-16 are provided.

Each of the five retaining arms 12-16 is connected on its side facing away from the main body 8 with retaining claws 17.

The holding arms 12-16 each have a guide face 19, which tapers towards the front end of the holding arm, on a first end face 18 extending in the circumferential direction. These guide surfaces 19 are selected such that when inserting the base body 8 into the weapon barrel 2 by means of a tether 20 (FIG. Fig.3-6 ) support the guide surfaces 19 each at one of the guide surfaces 19 adjacent tail wings 6-6 '''(from the Fig.3-6 Above all, the support of the guide surface 19 of the holding arm 13 on the tail wing 6 'can be seen). As a result, a rotational movement of the main body 8 about its longitudinal axis 100 is automatically effected, so that an independent alignment of the device 1 takes place within the weapon barrel 2.

The device 1 or the main body 8 is inserted into the weapon barrel 2 and let down until just before the cartridge or mortar shell 5 on tether 20. Then the device 1 is "dropped" on the mortar shell 5 (about 10 cm in height). As a result, an independent alignment or screwing in of the holding arms 12-16 takes place on the tail unit 4 of the mortar shell 5. The holder arms 12-16 snap through the inertia of the rotational movement of the device in its end position (FIG. Fig. 6 ) on. The actual "detent position" is reached when the device is pulled up again after reaching the end position and the wings "lock". In the fully inserted end position of the device ( Fig.6 and 7 ) engage behind the retaining arms 12-16 associated retaining claws 17 in the direction of rotation in each case adjacent tail wings in the region of its preferably tapered section 7. This remains the actual support arm 12-16 in this end position in the area between the two adjacent tail wings 6-6 '''.

If the device 1 is then pulled back to the mouth of the weapon barrel 2 with the aid of the tether 20, groove-shaped regions 21 of the retaining pawls 17 engage around (FIG. Fig.1 ) the tail wings 6-6 '''in their preferably tapered sections 7. In addition, the respective groove bottom forming surfaces 22 of the retaining jaws 17 ( Fig.7 and 8 ) against the opposite end faces 23 of the preferably tapered portions 7 of the tail wings 6-6 ''', so that when pulling out the device 1 from the gun barrel 2 between the retaining jaws 17 and the tail wings 6-6''' form-locking connections exist ( Figure 8 ). (By a guided sliding of the tail wing in the arm of the device inevitably results in the latching position in FIGS. 7 and 8 ), The retaining claws 17 interlock in the tail wings 6-6 '''.

On the main body, a grip eyelet 24 is further arranged, which makes it possible, the device 1 at the end of the discharge at the mouth end of the gun barrel 2 to grab and pull out of the barrel 2.

In addition, the main body 8 includes an axial vent hole 25 for the escape of pent-up air, which arises during the discharging process during insertion and withdrawal of the device 1 according to the invention in the gun barrel 2.

The device 1 can after the successful unloading of the mortar cartridge from the gun barrel by an upward pulling rotational movement from its locking (locking position 26) and thus from the tail 4 (retaining claws 17) are released.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. Thus, of course, not only wing-stabilized mortar shells can be unloaded from a Vorderladermörser with the device according to the invention, but it can be unloaded with the device according to the invention in the same way also wrong wing-stabilized projectiles from corresponding weapons tubes (for example, from weapons tubes of Hinterladerwaffen).

In addition, in the device according to the invention, it is not absolutely necessary for the retaining arms to be forcedly guided by the tail wings. Rather, the guide arms need only be formed so twisted that they remain in the final position of introduced into the gun device according to the invention in the spaces between adjacent tail wings and the holding claws connected to them are arranged on the support arms that they, for example, by a rotation of the body slide under the preferably tapered portions of the tail wings.

The device is not limited to the aforementioned embodiment.
