Claims (9)

  1. Ensemble (1) pour décharger par l'embouchure une munition (5) chargée erronément dans le canon d'une arme et comprenant une tête de combat (3) et un mécanisme (4) de guidage de vol, et dont le mécanisme (4) de guidage de vol possède des ailes (6-6''') de mécanisme de guidage qui présentent chacune une section (7), et dans lequel :
    a) l'ensemble (1) comporte un corps de base (8) apte à être inséré par l'embouchure dans le canon (2) de l'arme jusque dans une position d'extrémité et apte à tourner autour de son axe longitudinal (100), le corps de base présentant au moins un élément cylindrique de guidage (10) dont le côté extérieur s'appuie sur la surface intérieure (9) du canon (2) de l'arme,
    b) des bras de maintien (12-16) qui s'étendent axialement dans le canon (2) de l'arme sont prévus sur le côté frontal (11) du corps de base (8) tourné vers le mécanisme (4) de guidage de vol de la munition (5) concernée,
    c) les bras de maintien (12-16) sont reliés sur leur côté non tourné vers le corps de base (8) à des griffes de maintien (17) qui accrochent par l'arrière les surfaces frontales des ailes (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage au niveau de leur section (7) qui de préférence se rétrécit,
    d) au moins un élément (20, 24) d'insertion du l'ensemble (1) dans le canon (2) de l'arme et d'extraction de l'ensemble (1) hors de ce dernier est prévu sur le côté frontal, non tourné vers le mécanisme (4) de guidage de vol, du corps de base (8),
    caractérisé en ce que

  4. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bras de maintien (12-16) sont répartis uniformément à la périphérie et en ce que leur nombre correspond au nombre des ailes (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage.
  5. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que sur leur côté tourné vers chaque aile (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage, les griffes de maintien (17) sont configurées en forme de rainures qui chevauchent l'aile (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage au niveau de sa section (7) qui de préférence se rétrécit.
  6. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la surface (22) de la griffe de maintien (17) qui accroche par l'arrière chaque aile (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage correspond à la forme de la partie accrochée par l'arrière de l'aile (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage, de sorte que lors de l'extraction du l'ensemble (1) hors du canon (2) de l'arme, il existe une liaison en correspondance géométrique entre les griffes de maintien (17) et les ailes (6-6''') du mécanisme de guidage.
  7. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (8) contient un alésage axial d'évent (25).
  8. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un câble de retenue (20) est fixé sur le côté frontal, non tourné vers les bras de maintien (12-16), du corps de base (8), pour insérer l'ensemble (1) dans le canon (2) de l'arme et pour l'extraire hors de ce dernier.
  9. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un oeillet de saisie (24) est disposé sur le côté frontal du corps de base (8) non tourné vers les bras de maintien (12-16).
