Definitions
- the invention relates to a foundation pile with at least two foundation pile segments, the longitudinal axes of which are essentially collinear with one another.
- the present invention relates to a foundation pile for wind turbines, which is designed in particular for offshore use and basically z. B. from the EP 2 824 257 A1 are known.
- the respective foundation pile segments are assembled from so-called pipe sections.
- Each pipe section is in turn made from sheet metal that is bent according to the shape of the foundation pile to be produced in such a way that the material or sheet metal edges facing each other in the bent state can be welded to one another.
- the opposing sheet metal edges are welded by means of a longitudinal weld seam.
- the foundation pile is then assembled from a large number of appropriately formed pipe sections by connecting adjacent pipe sections by means of a circular weld seam in such a way that the respective longitudinal axes of the pipe sections run collinear to one another.
- weld seams with a large overall length are consequently necessary, which means that the manufacture of the foundation pile is complex and cost-intensive.
- weld seams with a total length of 28 meters are necessary, namely two times three meters of longitudinal weld seam to connect the opposite side edges or Material edges of the individual pipe sections and 22 meters of circular weld seam to connect the two foundation pile segments.
- the present invention is based on the object of providing a foundation pile, the production of which is possible in a shortened time, which is more cost-effective and which also has improved flow properties through a fluid (air or water).
- a foundation pile which comprises at least two foundation pile segments which are connected to one another in such a way that their longitudinal axes are essentially collinear to one another, with at least two of the foundation pile segments each having a through opening in their jacket walls.
- a recess in a jacket wall of the foundation pile segment is to be understood as a through opening in the jacket wall.
- collinear longitudinal axes mean that the longitudinal axes essentially coincide with one another, i.e. that they do not have any lateral offset from one another.
- the connection of the individual foundation pile segments takes place in particular by means of welding the end edges of the foundation pile segments to one another.
- the foundation pile according to the invention offers the advantage that fewer longitudinal welds and circular welds are necessary for its production. This is because the opposite side edges or material edges or sheet metal edges of the respective foundation pile segments do not have to be connected to one another by means of a longitudinal weld seam. Furthermore, the circular weld seam, by means of which adjacent foundation pile segments are welded together, does not have to be continuous, ie the circular weld seam does not have to extend around the entire circumference of the foundation pile segments.
- each of the foundation pile segments When connecting two foundation pile segments, each with a diameter of seven meters and a height of three meters, each of the foundation pile segments having a recess, which runs over the entire height of the foundation pile segment and has a width of one meter, welding seams with a total length of eight meters can be saved in this way if the foundation pile segments are connected to one another at such an angle that the recesses of the foundation pile segments are also angularly offset to one another are arranged so that these do not merge into one another. This is because three meters of longitudinal weld seam are saved on each foundation pile segment (two by three meters), and the circular weld seam does not have to be continuous, but can have a gap of one meter in the area of the recesses.
- the foundation pile according to the invention consequently has a shortened production time. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention is less complex and less expensive in terms of its manufacture than the foundation piles known from the prior art, since fewer welds are necessary for its manufacture. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention offers aerodynamic advantages, because the recesses in the respective foundation pile segments can be arranged in such a way that a fluid, i.e. air or water (the latter in offshore use), can penetrate into the foundation pile and the fluid can escape from the foundation pile is possible in a simplified manner, so that the foundation pile offers a reduced attack surface for air and / or water.
- a fluid i.e. air or water
- Another advantage of the foundation pile according to the invention is that cathodic corrosion protection can act both inside the foundation pile and on the outside of the foundation pile, so that only a single corrosion protection system has to be used. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention offers the advantage of improved driving progress, since the foundation pile has a lower axial rigidity.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that at least one of the foundation pile segments has at least two recesses which are arranged at an angle to one another.
- the two recesses are preferably angularly offset from one another by 180 °. This offers the advantage that a fluid flowing around the foundation pile, that is to say air and / or water, can penetrate into the foundation pile through a recess and exit the foundation pile through the recess opposite this recess.
- the correspondingly designed foundation pile consequently has a reduced contact surface and a reduced resistance for air and / or water.
- the recesses can advantageously be arranged at the level of the foundation pile in which the water edge runs. Waves can penetrate the foundation pile via a recess and exit the foundation pile again via the recess on the opposite side.
- the foundation pile is designed in such a way that, in at least one foundation pile segment, the at least one recess extends to both end faces of the foundation pile segment.
- the respective recesses preferably extend to both end faces of the foundation pile segment having the recess. If the recess / recesses extends up to both end faces of the foundation pile segment, then the foundation pile segment has a C-shaped cross section.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that two adjacent foundation pile segments are connected to one another in such a way that the recess / recesses is / are closed or limited at the end by the axially adjacent foundation pile segment.
- the appropriately designed foundation pile offers the advantage that adjacent foundation pile segments do not have to be welded to one another over their entire circumferential length, so that the total weld seam length for producing the foundation pile is reduced. Furthermore, a corresponding formed foundation pile has increased stability, since the individual recesses of the foundation pile segment do not merge into one another. Compared to an open C-profile, the appropriately designed foundation pile has increased flexural rigidity and increased torsional rigidity.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that the two adjacent foundation pile segments each have at least one recess, the foundation pile segments being connected to one another at an offset angle such that the recess / recesses is / are closed at the end by the axially adjacent foundation pile segment.
- the interconnected foundation pile segments are preferably angularly offset from one another by 180 ° or 90 ° with respect to the longitudinal axes of the foundation pile segments, so that the recesses of the foundation pile segments are arranged opposite one another.
- the flow resistance of the foundation pile is reduced by an appropriately angularly offset arrangement of the recesses, since air and / or water can penetrate the foundation pile and partially exit it again without any momentum transmission to the foundation pile.
- foundation pile is advantageously designed in such a way that one foundation pile segment having a recess is connected to another foundation pile segment without recesses, preferably with two foundation pile segments without recesses. Furthermore, foundation pile segments having recesses can also be connected to one another, the foundation pile segments being angularly offset to one another by an angle, for example 90 °, so that the respective recesses are axially closed by the adjacent foundation pile segments.
- the foundation pile segment having the recess is connected to two foundation pile segments each having no recesses, the foundation pile segment having the recess is sandwich-like arranged between the two foundation pile segments each having no recesses.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that in the foundation pile segment having the recess, the opposite side edges are connected to one another.
- a connection of the side edges can be realized, for example, by gluing the side edges to one another.
- an ACX adhesive can be used for bonding.
- the foundation pile preferably comprises at least one holding device, by means of which mutually opposite side edges of a foundation pile segment are connected to one another.
- the holding device can be designed as a holding clamp, in particular as a vice-shaped or having clamping jaws, or as a magnetic holding device. Furthermore, the holding device can be designed as a temporary holding device, by means of which opposite side edges of the foundation pile segment are connected to one another in a state in which the foundation pile segment is not welded to another foundation pile segment, the holding device being removed after the foundation pile segment has been welded to another foundation pile segment.
- the holding device can, however, also be designed as a permanent holding device which, after the foundation pile segment has been welded to a further foundation pile segment, remains connected to the opposite side edges.
- connection of the retaining clip to the opposite edges of the foundation pile segment can be achieved by welding and / or Riveting and / or bolting and / or screwing and / or gluing can be realized.
- the foundation pile can have several holding devices by means of which the side edges of a foundation pile segment are connected to one another.
- opposite side edges of a foundation pile segment can be connected by means of double holding devices which are arranged in the area of the end faces of the foundation pile segment.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that the holding device has an arcuate or semicircular outer contour, the holding device connecting opposite side edges of a foundation pile segment in such a way that the arcuate or semicircular outer contour is oriented towards the recess and delimits it.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that the laterally delimiting side edges in the region of at least one end face are directed towards one another, and preferably run essentially parallel to the end face.
- the side edges meet in a central area of the recess and run parallel or approximately parallel to the end face (s) of the foundation pile segment.
- a foundation pile 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown schematically, which comprises a plurality of foundation pile segments 10 axially connected to one another.
- Figure 1 is to be understood in such a way that the entire foundation pile 1 is not necessarily shown, but that only a partial area of the foundation pile 1 is shown, so that the in Figure 1 illustrated foundation pile segments 10 can axially connect further foundation pile segments 10.
- the foundation pile 1 comprised four foundation pile segments connected to one another 10.
- the foundation pile segments 10 are connected to one another in such a way that their respective longitudinal axes 17 run collinear to one another and also collinear to a longitudinal axis 17 of the foundation pile 1.
- the in Figure 1 The foundation pile 1 shown is composed of four foundation pile segments 10, with FIG Figure 2 a single foundation pile segment 10 not connected to other foundation pile segments 10 is shown.
- the foundation pile segment 10 has a jacket wall 11, the end face of an in Figure 2 front edge 12 shown above and one in Figure 2 End edges 13 shown below is limited.
- the foundation pile segment 10 has a recess 16 which is bordered by two side edges 14, 15 of the foundation pile segment 10.
- the recess 16 extends up to the FIG Figure 2 Front edge 12 or front side 12 shown above and also up to the in Figure 2 End edge 13 or end face 13 shown below.
- the foundation pile segment 10 is usually made of sheet steel in the in Figure 2 shown curved cylindrical or partially cylindrical shape.
- the foundation pile segment 10 can be connected to a further foundation pile segment 10 in that the in Figure 2 Front edges 12 shown above is connected to a front edge 13 of a further foundation pile segment 10, in particular is welded.
- the in Figure 1 The illustrated embodiment of the foundation pile 1, the foundation pile segments 10 are connected to one another in such a way that the respective recesses 16 of the foundation pile segments 16 are closed at the end by axially adjacent foundation pile segments 10. This is achieved in that the individual foundation pile segments 10 are connected to one another at an angle offset with respect to the longitudinal axes 17 such that the recesses 16 are closed at the end by the axially adjacent foundation pile segment 10 or by the axially adjacent foundation pile segments 10.
- the individual recesses 16 consequently do not merge into one another, so that the stability, in particular the torsional rigidity and the flexural rigidity of the correspondingly designed foundation pile 1 is increased.
- FIG 3 shows a foundation pile 1 according to a further embodiment of the present invention.
- the axially adjacent foundation pile segments 10 are angularly offset from one another by 180 °, so that the recesses 16 of the axially adjacent foundation pile segments 10 are arranged opposite one another.
- the correspondingly designed foundation pile 1 also has high stability, in particular high torsional rigidity and high flexural rigidity, since the individual recesses 16 do not merge into one another.
- the foundation pile 1 shown has the advantage that a fluid, for example air or water, can penetrate into the foundation pile via a recess 16 and emerge from the foundation pile 1 via the recess 16 opposite this recess 16 without necessarily carrying out an impulse transmission to the foundation pile 1.
- the recesses 16 can be arranged, for example, in the area of the water's edge, so that waves that run in the direction of a straight connecting line of the opposing recesses 16 penetrate into the foundation pile 1 via a recess 16 and out of the foundation pile 1 via the opposite recess 16 can escape, with a reduced via impulse transmission to the foundation pile 1 by the wave.
- FIG 4 shows a foundation pile 1 according to yet another embodiment of the present invention.
- foundation pile segments 10 which each have two recesses 16 arranged opposite one another, are sandwiched by two foundation pile segments 10 which have no recesses.
- foundation pile segments 10, which have only a single recess 16 are also sandwiched axially between two foundation pile segments 10 that have no recesses and are connected to them.
- a foundation pile segment 10 is shown, in which the recess 16 is delimited by two retaining devices 20 in the form of retaining clips 20.

Description
- Figur 1:
- eine schematische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Gründungspfahls, der vier Gründungspfahlsegmente umfasst;
- Figur 2:
- eine schematische Ansicht eines Gründungspfahlsegments, das Bestandteil eines erfindungsgemäßen Gründungspfahls ist;
- Figur 3:
- eine schematische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Gründungspfahls gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung;
- Figur 4:
- In
- In
- In
- In
