- with one on the honeycomb sub-layer other side adjacent and facing away from the first layer and / or but
- arranged with one between two honeycomb sublayers of the honeycomb sublayer,
- acoustically damping flow resistance sublayer with or from a sound-damping, preferably foil-like or fleece-like, optionally fibrous and / or porous and / or foamed, material is formed.
The new building board can be improved comparatively in terms of its sound insulation properties if it is provided that the honeycomb sublayers which have surface-adjacent or even close honeycomb sublayers of the middle second layer have two, possibly different, thicknesses each of them forming cells have cavities with mutually equal or different cavity sizes or volumes and / or their cell walls made of different materials and / or have different wall thicknesses, it being optionally provided that the cell cavities to each other through openings / Perforations in the cell walls are interconnected.
As far as the optionally provided back, third layer of the new building board is concerned, the most varied board materials can be used for this purpose.
It has been found from the manufacturing and cost side to be favorable when the optionally provided back, third layer of the same or of a similar material as the visible side, first layer is formed, the same without or with the same fully penetrating (s) recesses , is formed with the same size and / or shape as the recesses of the visible side first layer or with the same different size and / or shape.
In particular, in terms of conservation of resources and the environment, a building board according to the invention is preferred in which the visible side, first layer of or with a renewable lignocellulosic material, preferably with natural wood or bamboo or with a wood or Pflanzenfaser- or Particle material, is formed and / or in which the first layer fully penetrating recesses round or circular, polygonal or more preferably substantially elongated-narrow slit-like, and preferably from one side or flank of the building board of the building board extend to the same opposite side or flank, or are interrupted by webs or the like. Multiple.
In the course of extensive experiments, it was found that the geometric shape and the interaction of the respective mutually opposite walls of the openings in the visible, first layer, so cover layer, the new building board for an initial, first insulation of the penetrating into the building board sound is particularly effective , wherein for the different shape geometries of the same an intrusion of sound of different frequency positions could be observed in different depths.
Accordingly, it may be favorable depending on the type of concrete use, if the walls of the individual, preferably oblong-narrow slit-like, recesses of the visible, first layer either parallel to each other or symmetrically aligned at a right or acute angle obliquely to the surface extension or the middle , Second layer towards tapering or widening are formed, or if they are concave or convex rounded.
For the detection and insulation of sound with a wide frequency spectrum, it has proved to be advantageous if the, preferably elongated slot-like, recesses of the space or view side, first layer at least two mutually different geometries or configurations of the walls.
As regards the different frequency dependence of the sound absorption of the new building board, it has proved favorable if the ratio of the total area of, preferably slot-like, recesses of the visible, first layer to its closed area of (1: 1.8) to (1:50), preferably from (1: 2) to (1:30), and more preferably from (1: 2,5) to (1:10).
In this sense, it has further been found to be advantageous if it is ensured that the width of the, preferably slot-like, recesses of the visible, first layer 0.5 to 10 mm, preferably 1.5 to 8 mm, and particularly preferably 2 to 5 mm.
In order to exploit the breadth of the existing possibilities, it may further be favorable if the ratio of the thickness or thickness of their visible, first layer to the width of their, preferably oblong-narrow slit-like, recesses of (7: 1) to (1 : 5), preferably from (6: 1) to (1: 2).
Preferably, care is taken that the honeycomb sub-layer or each of the two honeycomb sub-layers independently as polygonal honeycomb panels with angular and / or rounded angular geometries based on metal material or, preferably fiber-reinforced or fiber-reinforced, plastic film material and / or in each case as a corrugated cardboard or corrugated honeycomb plate is formed.
Furthermore, it may be advantageous if-in the case of a honeycomb sub-layer comprising two honeycomb sublayers-the honeycomb sub-layer nearer to the visible side, first layer, or near or to the same surface is formed with cells having a smaller void volume as the cells of the honeycomb sub-layer adjacent or adjacent to the optional back, third layer, or vice versa.
A particular increase in the sound absorption can be achieved if in the context of the invention it is ensured that the ratio of cell wall thicknesses to the cross-sectional area of the individual cells of the honeycomb sub-layer or of its sub-layers of (1:50) to (1: 14000 ), preferably from (1:60) to (1: 5000), and more preferably from (1:80) to (1: 300).
In terms of an effective two-stage sound wave absorption, it is advantageous if structural panels are used in which the honeycomb sub-layer of the middle, second layer adjacent or closer to the visible, first layer has a smaller thickness than that of the back layer adjacent honeycomb sub-layer with its thickness or vice versa.
In terms of high sound absorption capacity, it may further be preferable if the honeycomb sublayers or the two honeycomb sublayers having cells with polygonal cavities or with (sinus) wavy structured cavities arranged between each other the damping flow resistance sublayer preferably mutually equal cross-section, is or are.
Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the honeycomb sub-layer or the two honeycomb sublayers arranged between one another and the damping flow resistance sub-layer are or are formed with foamed metal or metal foam.
The thickness of the acoustically damping flow resistance partial layers is preferably 0.1 to 10 mm, in particular 0.15 to 5 mm, and / or its specific flow resistance (measured to EN 29053) is 5 to 1800 Pa.s / m, in particular 50 to 1200 Pa.s / m, and preferably 80 to 500 Pa.s / m.
Lastly, it should be mentioned that, especially in the case of an acoustically damped flow resistance sublayer disposed just beneath the visible, first layer, it does not have to connect directly to the first layer, but at a distance, preferably in the range of 1 to 10 mm, of the same is arranged, wherein for spacing a kind of grid or network of a fiber material or a thin honeycomb layer is used.
Deckschicht
- Covering layer or visible side layer or the first sounding layer facing the room and the sound effect:
- 1. This first layer can be:
- a) a layer of any material, if only its minimum mechanical strength is ensured, or
- b) in particular a layer of natural, lignocellulosic material, preferably of wood, bamboo or the like or of a board material, essentially based on lignocellulosic fibers or particles
- 1. This first layer can be:
- It has proved to be advantageous to resort to anisotropic materials of this type, since the acoustic properties of this layer can be influenced, for example, by a targeted machining direction.
- 2. Targeted, said cover layer fully penetrating openings which create an acoustic connection in the next, second layer. In itself, any form or type of openings, which are arranged at regular or irregular intervals from each other, find use. Particular preference is given to openings which have a slot shape, wherein the slot openings can extend continuously from one flank of the panel to the opposite flank. But it may well be interrupted by web-like elements, for example, at regular intervals from each other, the elongated slot openings.
By varying the opening geometry, ie the distance and the relationships between open and closed surface and cross-sectional geometry, ie the ratio of opening width to material thickness and the shape of the opening cross-section - The cut surfaces or walls of the slots can be aligned parallel or conical and thereby the acoustic Properties and thus influence the sound absorption capacity.
The acoustic properties are defined by sound absorption in the reverberation chamber, measured according to ISO 354.
Are cheap- a) targeted openings in the cover layer, which create the acoustic connections to or in a next below the same, so in the second layer,
- b) a ratio of open to closed areas between 1: 1.8 and 1:50,
- c) in particular open to closed areas between 1: 2 and 1:30, and
- d) more preferably open to closed areas between 1: 2.5 and 1:10
Specifically, the following correlations can be measured and represented as particularly advantageous: Area ratio of- 1: 2 to 1: 4: high absorption in the range of 250 to 800Hz
- 1: 4 to 1:10: high absorption in the range 800 to 1600Hz
- 1:10 to 1:30: high absorption in the range 1600 to 5000Hz
- a) 0.5 to 10 mm, b) in particular 1.5 to 8 mm, and c) preferably 2 to 5 mm The following ratios of cover layer thickness to width, in particular of the slot openings are particularly suitable for sound attenuation right at the beginning of the sound impulse:
a) 7: 1 to 1: 5, and in particular b) 6: 1 to 1: 2
Within the scope of the development of the subject invention, it has been shown that, depending on the respective ratio of wall thickness to cross section, different degrees of specific absorption for individual third octave bands can be achieved. In concrete terms, the following relationships could be determined:
- a) less than 1: 1: high absorption in the range of 250 to 800 Hz and of
- b) greater than 1: 1: high absorption in the range of over 800 Hz
- a) tapering or widening towards the visible side or
- b) parallel opening walls, perpendicular or oblique or at an acute angle to the surface or surface extension of the first layer or cover layer
- 3. The next, so the second, optionally divided, layer has two-dimensionally arranged cavities, ie cells on, the strength of the cells separating webs or walls are thin in relation to the cavity cross-section, the webs or walls in turn exist made of laminar materials. These materials are in particular with a) artificial or natural fibers, such as paper or cardboard, or with b) films, for example as plastic films or metal foils formed.
The webs or walls separating the cells can optionally be in the form of continuous surfaces or microperforated, perforated, cross-drilled or the like. In particular, honeycomb panels or corrugated cardboard honeycomb panels are suitable for the formation of the second layer, this second layer being provided with or consisting of- a) flat cavities,
- b) flat cavities of the same geometry and the same cross-section,
- c) polygonal cavities of the same cross-section arranged in a planar manner,
- d) arranged in a flat, substantially wave-shaped structured / structured cavities or with or out
- e) foams based on metals or plastics are constructed.
- a) 1:50 to 1: 14,000, b) in particular 1:60 to 1: 5,000 and c) preferably 1:80 to 1: 300
- a) ratio less than 1: 500 high absorption in the range of less than 1200Hz
- b) ratio greater than 1: 500 high absorption in the range of over 1200Hz
- 4. Quite essential is at least one acoustically damping sub-layer to increase the flow resistance in the vicinity or on the cover layer or within the plane of the honeycomb layer divided in this case. The damping layer is preferably formed with or from fibers or porous materials, in particular with or from foam materials. By changing the position of this layer within the level of the honeycomb layer, the acoustic properties of the new building board can be more or less favorably influenced.
The damping layer may well be thin in relation to the total thickness of the honeycomb layer, e.g. be formed as a nonwoven or film.
- a) 0,1
bis 10 mm, und b) insbesondere 0,15 bis 5mm
The thickness of the damping layer is preferably
- a) 0.1 to 10 mm, and b) in particular 0.15 to 5mm
- a) 5 to 1800 Pa s / m, b) in particular 50 to 1200 Pa s / m and c) preferably 80 to 500 Pa s / m
It has proved to be advantageous if the damping layer is not positioned directly on the cover layer, but at a distance of at least 2 mm.
Surprisingly, due to the interaction of the cover layer, the damping layer and the honeycomb layer, limited individual volumes are created, each with individually oscillating air columns. These result in a significantly increased acoustic acoustic absorption level.
By deliberately varying the volume of the air columns oscillating in the region of the cover layer in relation to the total volume of the individual volumes within the cellular structure of the honeycomb layer and the specific flow resistance of the damping layer, the absorption behavior can be adapted to a desired or required frequency range.
