Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vertikalrollenmühle mit wenigstens einer Mahlrolle und einem Mahlteller sowie einem um den Mahlteller angeordneten Düsenring.
- Eine Vertikalrollenmühle ist beispielsweise aus der
DE 38 39 419 A1 bekannt, bei der das zu zerkleinernde Material über eine Schurre oder einen Schacht dem Mahlteller aufgegeben und dann unter Einwirkung der Mahlrollen zerkleinert wird. Das zerkleinerte Material wird über den Mahltellerrand ausgetragen und von dort pneumatisch zu einem oberhalb der Mühle angeordneten Sichter geführt. Der hierfür erforderliche Luftstrom wird über einen um den Mahlteller angeordneten Düsenring zugeführt. Hierzu ist ein unter dem Düsenring angeordneter Ringraum vorgesehen, der über wenigstens einen Gaseinlass mit Luft versorgt wird. - Man ist bestrebt, eine möglich gleichmäßige Verteilung der Luft über den Umfang des Düsenrings zu erreichen. Nachdem das Mahlgut üblicherweise im Bereich zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Mahlrollen ausgetragen wird, während im Bereich der Mahlrollen kein oder kaum Mahlgut über den Mahltellerrand tritt, ist es prinzipiell ausreichend, wenn alle Bereiche des Düsenrings, an denen das zerkleinerte Material vermehrt über den Mahltellerrand tritt, vergleichbare Strömungsverhältnisse aufweisen. Hierzu ist es erforderlich, dass die über den oder die Gaseinlässe in den Ringraum unter dem Düsenring eingeführte Sichtluft im Ringraum entsprechend gleichmäßig verteilt wird. Man hat daher auch schon vorgeschlagen, die Anzahl der Gaseinlässe an die Anzahl der Mahlrollen anzupassen und durch eine entsprechend Anstellung der Gaseinlässe für alle relevanten Bereiche des Düsenrings ähnliche Strömungseigenschaften zu erzeugen. Der Nachteil der angestellten Gaseinlässe besteht aber darin, dass dort die Luftmasse prinzipiell nicht gleichmäßig über den gesamten Umfang verteilt zugeführt werden kann.
- In der
US 2004/0 227 024 A1 werden gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ebenfalls mehrere über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete und tangential angeschlossene Gaseinlässe vorgesehen. Für den Fall, dass nur ein Gaseinlass möglich ist, wird ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehen, bei dem die Luft des einzigen Gaseinlasses aufgeteilt wird, indem ein Teil gleich in den Ringraum eingeführt wird, während der andere Teil um den Ringraum herumgeführt und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zugeführt wird. Ein durch den längeren Weg bedingter Geschwindigkeitsverlust des Gasstromes kann durch einen sich kontinuierlich verjüngenden Querschnitt ausgeglichen werden. - Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein neues Konzept für eine Vergleichmäßigung des zugeführten Volumenstroms im Ringraum unterhalb des Düsenrings anzugeben.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Vertikalrollenmühle weist wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise mehrere Mahlrollen und einen Mahlteller sowie einen um den Mahlteller angeordneten Düsenring auf, der mit einem darunter angeordneten Ringraum in Verbindung steht, wobei der Ringraum wenigstens zwei über seinen Umfang verteilt angeordnete Gaseinlässe aufweist, die in gleicher Drehrichtung tangential einmünden, und der Ringraum nach außen zwischen den Gaseinlässen jeweils durch eine spiralförmige Wandung begrenzt wird.
- Durch die spiralförmigen Wandungen und die in gleicher Drehrichtung tangential mündenden Gasleitungen können sich die einmündenden Gasströme durch die erzeugte zirkuläre Drallströmung optimal vergleichmäßigen, obwohl die Platzverhältnisse im Ringraum meist nur sehr eingeschränkt sind.
- Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung verjüngt sich jede spiralförmige Wandung von einem ersten Radius auf einen zweiten, kleineren Radius. Es hat sich weiterhin als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, wenn zwischen dem Düsenring und einer Oberkante der Gaseinlässe ein vertikaler Abstand von wenigstens der Breite des Düsenrings besteht. Hierdurch wird ein ausreichender Umlenkraum für die üblicherweise horizontal in den Ringraum eintretenden Gasströme zu der nach oben gerichteten Strömung durch den Düsenring geschaffen.
- Um diese Umlenkung zusätzlich zu unterstützen ist in einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass sich zwischen der Oberkante der Gaseinlässe und dem Düsenring ein Kragen zum Umlenken der über die Gaseinlässe eingeführten Gasströme vorgesehen ist. Dieser Kragen kann sich beispielsweise von der Oberkante der Gaseinlässe zum Düsenring konisch erweitern. Weiterhin kann vorgesehen werden, dass der Durchmesser des Kragens im Bereich des Düsenrings im Wesentlichen dem minimalen Aussendurchmesser des Düsenrings entspricht, um eine optimale Anbindung an den Düsenring zu gewährleisten.
- Der Radius des Kragens kann im Bereich der Oberkante der Gaseinlässe zweckmäßigerweise nicht größer als der kleinere zweite Radius der Spiralwandung ausgebildet werden. Wenngleich der Düsenring sowohl kreisförmig als auch nicht kreisförmig ausgebildet sein kann, weist der Kragen vorzugsweise eine kreisförmige Form auf und ist mindestens soweit nach innen gezogen, dass die spiralförmigen Wandungen zwischen den Gaseinlässen abgedeckt sind.
- Der minimale Winkel des Kragens gegenüber der Horizontalen kann insbesondere mit 0 bis 45°, vorzugsweise im Bereich 25 bis 35° angegeben werden.
- In einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung erstrecken sich die spiralförmigen Wandungen über die Höhe der Gaseinlässe und der Ringraum zwischen den Oberkanten der Gaseinlässe und dem Düsenring wird durch eine zylindrische Wandung begrenzt. Der Düsenring ist kreisförmig ausgebildet, wobei der erste Radius der spiralförmigen Wandungen dem Außenradius des Düsenrings entspricht. Weiterhin entspricht der Radius der zylindrischen Wandung dem ersten Radius der spiralförmigen Wandungen und die spiralförmigen Wandungen sind mit einem Ringblech abgedeckt, dessen Außenradius dem Radius der zylindrischen Wandung entspricht und dessen Innenradius kleiner oder gleich dem zweiten Radius der spiralförmigen Wandungen ist. Dabei kann das Verhältnis der Höhe der zylindrischen Wandung zur Breite des Ringblechs vorzugsweise wenigstens 0,4 betragen.
- Ist der Kragen mit einem Winkel gegenüber der Horizontalen ausgerichtet, der kleiner als der Schüttwinkel des durch den Düsenring nach unten durchfallenden Mahlgutes ist, insbesondere im Fall des Ringblechs, wird sich ein konischer Kragen aus Schüttgut bilden, der ebenfalls die Funktion der gezielten und gleichmäßigen Umlenkung der Luftmassen ermöglicht.
- Um die Luftmenge im bestimmten Abschnitten des Düsenringen, insbesondere dort, wo der größte Anteil des zerkleinerten Materials über den Mahltellerrand tritt, kann der Kragen segmentweise mit Aussparungen versehen sein, um dadurch die im Ringraum vergleichmäßigte Strömung gezielt in bestimmten Abschnitten zu verstärkten.
- Weitere Vorteile und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand der Beschreibung einiger Ausführungsbeispiele und der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

- Die Vertikalrollenmühle gemäß
Fig. 1 weist mehrere Mahlrollen 1 auf, die mit einem Mahlteller 2 zur Zerkleinerung von Mahlgut zusammenwirken. Im Mühlengehäuse 3 ist ferner ein oberhalb des Mahltellers zwei angeordneter Sichter 4 vorgesehen. Mahlgut 5 gelangt über eine Aufgabeschurre 6 in bekannter Art und Weise auf dem Mahlteller 2 und von dort unter die Mahlrollen 1. Das zerkleinerte Mahlgut tritt durch die Fliehkraftwirkung des drehenden Mahltellers 2 über den Mahltellerrand 2a hinaus und wird dort von einem über einen um den Mahlteller 2 angeordneten Düsenring 7 zugeführten Sichtgasstrom 8 erfasst und nach oben in den Sichter 4 transportiert. Der Sichter 4 ist beispielsweise als Stabkorbsichter ausgebildet und führt das grobe Gut wieder auf dem Mahlteller zurück, während das feine Gut zusammen mit dem Sichtgasstrom 8 über einen Auslass 4a abgeführt wird. - Der Düsenring 7 steht mit einem darunter angeordneten Ringraum 9 in Verbindung, der wenigstens zwei über seinen Umfang verteilt angeordnete Gaseinlässe 10, 11 aufweist. Der Ringraum 9 dient zur Vergleichmäßigung des über die Gaseinlässe zugeführten Sichtgases. Zur gezielten Ausrichtung des aus den Düsenring 7 austretenden Sichtgases 8 ist der Düsenring in bekannter Art und Weise mit einer Vielzahl von Düsenringschaufeln versehen.
- Die eigentliche Erfindung betrifft die Ausgestaltung des Ringraumes 9 mit den angeschlossenen Gaseinlässen und wird im Folgenden näher erläutert.
- In den
Figuren 2a bis 2c ist ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel des Ringraumes 9 in der Variante mit zwei Gaseinlässen 10, 11 dargestellt. InFig. 3 ist dieses Beispiel in einer schematischen Schnittdarstellung ersichtlich. - Beide Gaseinlässe 10, 11 münden in gleicher Drehrichtung tangential in den Ringraum 9 ein und sind um 180° versetzt angeordnet. Der Ringraum 9 wird nach innen durch den Mahlteller 2 bzw. seinen Unterbau und nach außen zwischen den beiden Gaseinlässen 10, 11 durch spiralförmige Wandungen 14, 15 begrenzt. Jede spiralförmige Wandung 14, 15 verjüngt sich von einem ersten Radius R1 auf einen zweiten kleineren Radius R2. Man könnte auch davon sprechen, dass es sich um eine gleichläufiges Mehrfachspiralgehäuse handelt, wobei zwei Spiralgehäuse zueinander gedreht angeordnet und miteinander verschnitten sind. Die vertikale Höhe der spiralförmigen Wandungen 14, 15 entspricht dabei der vertikalen Höhe der Gaseinlässe 10, 11.
- Zwischen dem Düsenring 7 und der Oberkanten der Gaseinlässe 10, 11 ist ein vertikaler Abstand a vorgesehen. In
Fig. 3 ist die Oberkante des Gaseinlasses 10 mit dem Bezugszeichen 10a versehen. Dieser vertikaler Abstand a ist vorzugsweise wenigstens so groß wie die Breite b des Düsenrings 7. - Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Düsenring 7 kreisförmig ausgebildet. Es sind aber im Rahmen der Erfindung auch andere Formen, wie beispielsweise eine eckig abgerundete Form, denkbar. Der minimale Außendurchmesser des Düsenrings entspricht dabei dem doppelten ersten Radius R1 der spiralförmigen Wandungen 10, 11. Der Ringraum wird zwischen den Oberkanten der Gaseinlässe 10, 11 und dem Düsenring entweder durch einen sich konisch zum Düsenring hin erweiternden Kragen 20 (siehe
Fig. 3 ) oder durch eine zylindrische Wandung 21 (sieheFig. 4 ) begrenzt. Der Kragen ist vorzugsweise kreisförmig ausgebildet und mindestens so weit nach innen gezogen, dass die spiralförmigen Wandungen 14, 15 von oben gesehen abgedeckt sind. Die innere Begrenzung des Kragens 20 ist inFig. 2a gestrichelt eingezeichnet. Der Kragen unterstützt die Umlenkung des Sichtgases 8, wobei der Winkel α gegenüber der Horizontalen vorzugsweise im Bereich von 25 bis 35° liegen sollte. - Im Falle einer zylindrischen Wandung 21 gemäß
Fig. 4 wird in Höhe der Oberkante der Gaseinlässe 10, 11 ein horizontales Ringblech 22 vorgesehen, dessen Außendurchmesser dem Durchmesser der zylindrischen Wandung 21 entspricht und dessen Innendurchmesser kleiner oder gleich dem doppelten zweiten Radius R2 der spiralförmigen Wandungen ist. Auf diese Weise deckt das Ringblech 22 die sich durch die nach innen verjüngenden spiralförmigen Wandungen 14 und 15 entstehenden Spalte 18, 19 (sieheFig. 2a ) ab. Auch im Falle des konischen Kragens gemäß Fig. 20 wird dieser auf seine Unterseite entsprechend abgedeckt, damit das Sichtgas nicht ungewollt unterhalb des Kragens eintritt (sieheFig. 3 ). - Das zwischen Mahlrolle 1 und Mahlteller 2 zerkleinerte Material, welches über den Mahltellerrand 2a tritt und dort vom Sichtgas 8 erfasst wird, beinhaltet auch Partikel, die aufgrund ihrer Größe zu schwer sind und durch den Düsenring 7 nach unten in den Ringraum 9 fallen. Es wird sich daher auf dem Ringblech 22 ein Schüttkegel 23 aus diesem Material aufbauen. Dieser Schüttkegel übernimmt dann die Funktion des konischen Kragens 20 der
Fig. 3 . Das Verhältnis der Höhe der zylindrischen Wandung 21 und der Breite des Ringblechs 22 beträgt wenigstens 0.4, damit sich ein geeigneter Schüttkegel 23 ausbilden kann. - Durch die tangentiale Einströmung des Sichtgases 8 über die wenigstens zwei Gaseinlässe 10, 11 in Verbindung mit den spiralförmigen Wandungen 14, 15 wird eine zirkuläre Drallströmung im Ringraum 9 erzeugt, die nach oben umgelenkt wird und eine saubere An- und Abströmung der Düsenringschaufeln des Düsenrings 7 gewährleistet. Es ist aber nicht erforderlich, dass die Gasströmung über den gesamten Umfang des Düsenrings 7 völlig gleichmäßig aus dem Düsenring austritt. Es ist vielmehr zweckmäßiger, jeweils die Abschnitte des Düsenrings, die zwischen zwei Mahlrollen vorgesehen sind, mit mehr Luft zu beaufschlagen, als die Abschnitte neben den Mahlrollen, da das Mahlgut zwischen den Mahlrollen über den Mahltellerrand tritt. Neben einer Vergleichmäßigung der Gasströmung im Ringraum 9 ist es gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, bestimmte Abschnitte des Düsenrings mit mehr bzw. weniger Sichtgas zu beaufschlagen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den
Figuren 5a und 5b ist der Kragen 20 daher mit Aussparungen 20a versehen. Die Anzahl der Aussparungen entspricht zweckmäßigerweise dem einfachen oder mehrfachen Vielfachen der Anzahl der Mahlrollen 1. - Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wäre der Kragen 20 mit seinen vier Aussparungen 20a daher insbesondere für eine Vertikalrollenmühle mit vier Mahlrollen 1 geeignet. Selbstverständlich müssen die Aussparungen 20a auf die Anordnung der Mahlrollen 1 abgestimmt sein, um die gewünschte Strömung des Sichtgases 8 zu erzeugen.
- Während die Aussparungen 20a die Form eines Kreisabschnitts haben, zeigt das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den
Figuren 6a und 6b eine mehr eckige Form von Aussparungen 20b. Durch die Form und Anordnung der Aussparungen kann eine gezielte Beeinflussung des durch den Düsenring 7 hindurchtretenden Sichtgases 8 erreicht werden. Die Vergleichmäßigung im Ringraum 9 gewährleistet, dass die Strömungen im Bereich aller Aussparungen gleich bzw. annähernd gleich sind. Nimmt der Kragen die Form des horizontalen Ringblechs 22 ein, können natürlich auch dort entsprechende Aussparungen vorgesehen werden. - Anstelle von zwei Gaseinlässen 10, 11 können aber auch drei Gaseinlässe 10, 11, 12 vorgesehen werden, wie das in den
Figuren 7a bis 7c dargestellt ist. In diesem Fall sind die drei Gaseinlässe gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilt angeordnet und münden ebenfalls tangential in der gleichen Drehrichtung in den Ringraum ein. Zwischen jeweils zwei Gaseinlässen sind wiederum spiralförmige Wandungen 14, 15 und 16 vorgesehen. Bezüglich der sonstigen Ausgestaltung des Ringraums und insbesondere des Kragens 20 bzw. einer zylindrischen Wandung 21 in Kombination mit einem Ringblech 22 kann auf die obigen Ausführungen verwiesen werden. - Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den
Figuren 8a und 8c zeigt schließlich noch eine Anordnung mit vier Gaseinlässen 10, 11, 12, 13 mit dazwischen angeordneten spiralförmigen Wandungen 14, 15, 16 und 17. - Die oben beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele zeichnen sich durch eine saubere Anströmung des Düsenrings 7 mit einer drallbehafteten, zirkulären Strömung aus, wobei durch den Kragen 20 oder den sich ausbildenden Schüttkegel 23 eine Strömungsumkehr vor dem Düsenring vermieden wird. Auf diese Weise kann die Materialmenge, welche nicht vom Sichtgas 8 mitgerissen und stattdessen durch den Düsenring nach unten fällt, deutlich verringert werden. Bei den der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden Versuchen hat sich auch gezeigt, dass durch die erfindungsgemäße Anströmung des Düsenrings ein Einsaugen von Luft von oberhalb des Düsenrings vermieden wird. Auch hierdurch wird die Sichtung verbessert. Durch die Aussparungen im Kragen kann die Luftmengenverteilung im Düsenring flexibel an die Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Eine gleichmäßige Geschwindigkeitsverteilung über den gesamten Düsenring gewährleistet zudem auch bessere Anströmung des nach geordneten Sichters 4.
Claims (15)
- Vertikalrollenmühle mit wenigstens einer Mahlrolle (1) und einem Mahlteller (2) sowie einem um den Mahlteller angeordneten Düsenring (7), der mit einem darunter angeordneten Ringraum (9) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Ringraum (9) wenigstens zwei über seinen Umfang verteilt angeordnete Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) aufweist, die in gleicher Drehrichtung tangential einmünden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringraum (9) nach außen zwischen den Gaseinlässen (10, 11, 12, 13) jeweils durch eine spiralförmige Wandung (14, 15, 16, 17) begrenzt wird. - Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede spiralförmige Wandung (14, 15, 16, 17) von einem ersten Radius (R1) auf einen zweiten, kleineren Radius (R2) verjüngt.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Düsenring (7) und einer Oberkante (10a) der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) ein vertikaler Abstand (a) von wenigstens der Breite (b) des Düsenrings (7) besteht.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen einer Oberkante (10a) der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) und dem Düsenring (7) ein Kragen (20) zur Umlenkung von über die Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) eingeführten Gasströmen erstreckt.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (20) segmentweise mit Aussparungen (20a, 20b) versehen ist.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Kragen (20) von der Oberkante (10a) der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) zum Düsenring (7) konisch erweitert.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Kragens (20) im Bereich des Düsenrings (7) im Wesentlichen dem minimalen Außendurchmesser des Düsenrings (7) entspricht.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 2 und 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius des Kragens (20) im Bereich der Oberkante (10a) der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) nicht größer als der kleinere zweite Radius (R2) der spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) ist.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kragen (20) kreisringförmig ausgebildet ist und mindestens so weit nach innen gezogen ist, dass die spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) zwischen den Gaseinlässen (10, 11, 12, 13) abgedeckt sind.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der minimale Winkel (α) des Kragens (20) gegenüber der Horizontalen 0° bis 45° beträgt, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 25° bis 35°.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das sich die spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) über die Höhe der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) erstrecken und der Ringraum (9) zwischen den Oberkanten (10a) der Gaseinlässe (10, 11, 12, 13) und dem Düsenring (7) durch eine zylindrische Wandung (21) begrenzt wird.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Düsenring (7) kreisförmig ausgebildet ist und der erste Radius (R1) der spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) dem Außenradius des Düsenrings (7) entspricht.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius der zylindrischen Wandung (14, 15, 16, 17) dem ersten Radius (R1) der spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) entspricht und die spiralförmigen Wandungen mit einem Ringblech (22) abgedeckt sind, dessen Außenradius dem Radius der zylindrischen Wandung (21) entspricht und dessen Innenradius kleiner oder gleich dem zweiten Radius (R2) der spiralförmigen Wandungen (14, 15, 16, 17) ist.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verhältnis der Höhe der zylindrischen Wandung (21) zur Breite des Ringblechs (22) wenigstens 0,4 beträgt.
- Vertikalrollenmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringraum (9) nach innen durch den Mahlteller (2) begrenzt wird.
