Abstract

Der Tisch (1; 101) hat ein Tischuntergestell mit wenigstens einem darauf liegenden Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) und wenigstens einem Tischplattenerweiterungsteil (12, 13; 112, 113). Der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil (12, 13; 112, 113) ist am Tisch (1; 101) so angebracht, dass er aus einer Verstaulage unterhalb des wenigstens einen Tischplattenteils (10, 11; 110) in eine den wenigstens einen Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) ergänzenden Gebrauchslage überführbar ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) in einer am Tischgestell angebrachten Verschieberichtung (X) parallel zur Tischfläche mittels eines Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) verschieblich gelagert ist. An der Unterseite (12a, 113a) des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12, 13; 112, 113) ist wenigstens ein Fixerabschnitt (17, 117; 120) sowie ein Eingriffsabschnitt (16a, 116a) am Tischgestell oder an einem Teil (16, 116) des Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) vorgesehen. Der Eingriffsabschnitt (16a, 116a) und der Fixierabschnitt (17, 117; 120) sind so ausgebildet, dass sie beim Verbringen des Tisches (1; 101) in die Gebrauchslage und/oder relativen Verschieben des Tischplattenteils (10, 11; 110) und des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12, 13; 112, 113) miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Entsprechende Tische weisen die Möglichkeit auf, die Fläche der Tischplatte durch Ansetzen eines Tischplattenerweiterungsteils zu erweitern. In der Regel befindet sich der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil in einer Verstaulage unterhalb eines Tischplattenteils. Das Tischplattenteil kann verschoben und das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil aus der Verstaulage in die Gebrauchslage überführt werden. Meist geschieht dies durch eine Schwenkbewegung, bei der das zumeist zweiflügelige Tischplattenerweiterungsteil in die Gebrauchslage verschwenkt wird. Sowohl das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil als auch das Tischplattenteil sind dabei in der Gebrauchslage aufeinander zu verschieblich, so dass die Lücke zwischen ihnen geschlossen und zum Verbringen des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils wieder geöffnet werden kann.
  • Während das Tischplattenteil sich in der Regel nicht vom Tischgestell abheben lässt, muss das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil gerade diese Funktion haben, denn sonst ließe es sich nicht wieder in die Verstaulage zurückführen.
  • Es besteht allerdings in der Gebrauchslage die Gefahr, dass es zu einem unbeabsichtigten Anheben des Tischplattenerweiterungsteil kommt, so dass der Schwenkbeschlag für die Tischplattenerweiterung nicht verbogen und dadurch unbrauchbar wird.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, einen Tisch der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, bei dem dieser Nachteil vermieden wird.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Tisch mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen finden sich in den Unteransprüchen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist wenigstens ein Fixierabschnitt an der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils vorgesehen. Dieser greift mit einem Eingriffsabschnitt zusammen, welcher am Tischgestell oder an einem Teil des Verschiebemechanismus vorgesehen ist, mit dem sich Tischplattenteil und/oder Tischplattenerweiterungsteil in Verschieberichtung bewegen lassen und der bevorzugt ein Teleskopauszugmechanismus ist, dessen Teile als Teleskopschienen ausgebildet sind. Dieses Zusammengreifen ist dabei so gestaltet, dass beim Verbringen des Tisches in die Gebrauchslage und/oder relativen Verschieben des Tischplattenteils und des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils Fixierabschnitt und Eingriffsabschnitt miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden. Dadurch erfolgt eine Fixierung des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils in der Gebrauchslage, so dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Anheben dieses Teils nicht mehr möglich ist.
  • Bevorzugt ist das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil aus zwei aneinander angelenkten, um eine zur Verschieberichtung parallel laufende Achse verschwenkbaren Flügeln gebildet, kann aber auch einteilig ausgebildet sein.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil zum Verbringen in die Gebrauchslage am Verschiebemechanismus um eine zur Verschieberichtung parallele Schwenkachse schwenkbar angelenkt ist. Dadurch wird das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil zur Erleichterung des Schwenk- oder Klappvorgangs geführt und automatisch in die richtige Position geführt.
  • Der oder die Fixierabschnitte können unterschiedlich ausgeführt sein. Eine Möglichkeit besteht darin, dass es sich bei dem Fixierabschnitt um einen Bolzen mit verbreitertem Kopf handelt, welcher infolge der Schwerkraft oder/und mittels einer Feder aus der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils ausstellbar ist. So ist er beim Verbringen des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils in die Gebrauchslage in der Lage, in den Eingriffsabschnitt einzutauchen. Dazu weist der Eingriffsabschnitt eine zur Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils hin offene Vertiefung auf, in die der Bolzen mit seinem Kopf eintauchen kann. Die Öffnung verjüngt sich dabei in Verschieberichtung derart, dass im verjüngten Bereich der Kopf des Bolzens in der Öffnung gehalten wird.
  • Weiter kann zusätzlich oder alternativ vorgesehen sein, dass ein Fixierabschnitt ein an der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils angebrachter Vorsprung, insbesondere laschenartiger Vorsprung, ist. Dieser erstreckt sich etwa parallel zur Unterseite. Der zugehörige Eingriffsabschnitt ist dann als Aussparung oder Nut in einem Teil des Verschiebemechanismus vorgesehen und so angeordnet, dass der Vorsprung beim Verbringen des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils in die Gebrauchslage in die Aussparung oder Nut eingeschoben wird.
  • Beide Fixierabschnitte führen dazu, dass eine automatische Sicherung des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils erfolgt, sobald die Gebrauchslage erreicht wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichenfiguren 1 bis 6 näher erläutert.

  • Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte erste Ausführungsform des Tisches 1 weist zwei Tischplattenteile 10, 11 auf. Diese Tischplattenteile 10, 11 sind über einen Verschiebemechanismus 14, 15, 16 in Verschieberichtung X verschieblich, so dass sie aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegt werden können. Werden sie voneinander weg bewegt, kann zwischen ihnen ein Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 12, 13 aus einer unter den Tischplattenteilen 10, 11 befindlichen Verstaustellung in die in Figur 1 gezeigte Gebrauchsstellung bewegt werden. Dies geschieht vorzugsweise durch eine Schwenkbewegung um eine Achse parallel zur Richtung X. Im gezeigten Beispiel ist der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil zweiflüglig ausgebildet, mit zwei Flügeln 12, 13, die durch ein Gelenk 18 miteinander verbunden sind. In der Gebrauchsstellung ergänzt das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 12, 13 die Tischplattenteile 10, 11 und schafft eine größere Tischfläche. Nach dem Verbringen in die Gebrauchsstellung werden die beiden Tischplattenteile 10, 11 in Richtung X gegen den Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 12, 13 geschoben, um die Lücken zu schließen.
  • Beim Verbringen in die Gebrauchslage geschieht - wie in Figur 2 gezeigt - Folgendes: Das aus der Verstaulage geschwenkte Tischplattenerweiterungsteil führt eine kombinierte Schwenkbewegung (angedeutet durch den Pfeil P) und translatorische Bewegung (in Richtung Y quer zur Verschieberichtung) aus. An der Unterseite 12a des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils ist ein hier laschenartig in Richtung Y vorspringender Fixierabschnitt 17 angebracht. Dieser wird im Wege der translatorischen Bewegung des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils in Richtung Y in einem insbesondere schlitzförmigen Eingriffsabschnitt 16a aufgenommen, der am Tischgestell oder - wie hier gezeigt - in einer zum (hier als Teleskopmechanismus ausgebildeten) Verschiebemechanismus gehörenden Profilschiene 16 vorgesehen ist. Durch das Eintauchen des Fixierabschnitts 17 in die Aufnahme 16a der Schiene 16 ist der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 12 gegen ein Verschwenken oder unbeabsichtigtes Anheben gesichert.
  • Eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform ist in den Figuren 3 bis 6 am Beispiel eines Tisches 101 mit lediglich einem Tischplattenteil 110 dargestellt. Auch hier ist beispielhaft ein zweiflügliges Tischplattenerweiterungsteil mit zwei über ein Gelenk 118 verbundenen Flügeln 112, 113 vorgesehen, welches in der Verstaulage unterhalb des Tischplattenteils 110 liegt. Zum Verbringen in die Gebrauchslage wird der Tischplattenteil 110 in Richtung X relativ zum Tischplattenerweiterungsteil verschoben und - wie oben beschrieben - wird der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 112, 113 verschwenkt und in die in Figur 3 gezeigte Lage überführt. Im Gegensatz zur ersten Ausführungsform oben muss bei dieser Tischvariante der Tischplattenerweiterungsteil in Verschieberichtung X verschieblich gelagert sein. Diese Eigenschaft wird erfindungsgemäß ausgenutzt, um den Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 112, 113 gegen unbeabsichtigtes Anheben zu fixieren.
  • Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform ist der Verschiebemechanismus bevorzugt als Teleskopmechanismus mit Teleskopschienen 114, 115, 116 ausgebildet.
  • Wie in Figur 4 gezeigt ist dazu wieder - wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel - ein insbesondere laschenartiger Fixierabschnitt 117 an der Unterseite 113a des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 113 vorgesehen. Dieser greift in der Gebrauchsstellung wiederum in einen Eingriffsabschnitt in der Schiene 116 oder in einem Tischgestell (nicht gezeigt) ein. Im Unterschied zur ersten Ausführungsform muss der Eingriffsabschnitt 116a in Verschieberichtung X länglich ausgebildet sein, weil das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 113 in Richtung X verschoben werden muss. Als Eingriffsabschnitt 116a eignet sich daher eine in X Richtung verlaufende Nut, Kulisse und ein Langloch. Im Weiteren wird auf die Ausführungen zu Figur 2 verwiesen.
  • Alternativ oder (wie hier) ergänzend ist ein weiterer Fixierabschnitt 120 an der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 vorgesehen. Dabei handelt es sich bevorzugt um einen Bolzen 123 mit einem verbreiterten Kopf 121. Dieser Fixierabschnitt 120 ist in einer Halteplatte 119 in der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 mit einer Verbreiterung 122 gehalten. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, dass der Bolzen infolge der Schwerkraft oder durch eine Vorspannfeder beim Verbringen des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 in die Gebrauchslage aus der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 ausgestellt wird, wie dies in Figur 5 gezeigt ist. Dabei taucht der Bolzen 123 mit seinem Kopf 121 in einen Eingriffsabschnitt 116a ein, der in einer Schiene 116 oder im Tischgestell (nicht gezeigt) vorgesehen ist. Der Eingriffsabschnitt hat eine Öffnung 124, welche der Unterseite des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 in dessen Gebrauchsstellung gegenüberliegt. Die Öffnung ist in dieser Lage so breit, dass auch der verbreiterte Kopf 121 durch die Öffnung 124 in den Eingriffsabschnitt 116a eintauchen kann. Wird in der Folge das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 112 in Verschieberichtung X verschoben, so läuft der Bolzen 123 mit dem Kopf 121 in dem sich in X-Richtung erstreckenden Eingriffsabschnitt 116a entlang. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun vorgesehen, dass sich die Öffnung 124 des Eingriffsabschnitts 116a im Verlauf des Eingriffsabschnitts 116a in X-Richtung verjüngt. Die Verjüngung wirkt als Hinterschneidung und hinterschneidet den verbreiterten Kopf 121 des Bolzens 123, so dass in der Endstellung (Stellung, in der Tischplattenteil 110 und Tischplattenerweiterungsteil 112, 113 zusammengeschoben sind) des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 der Kopf 121 des Bolzens 123 - wie in Figur 6 gezeigt - hinterschnitten wird und den Fixierabschnitt somit in dem Eingriffsabschnitt 116a hält. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Anheben des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils 112 ist somit nicht mehr möglich.

Tisch (1; 101) mit einem Tischuntergestell, wenigstens einem darauf liegenden Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) und wenigstens einem Tischplattenerweiterungsteil (12, 13; 112, 113), welcher am Tisch (1; 101) so angebracht ist, dass er aus einer Verstaulage unterhalb des wenigstens einen Tischplattenteils (10, 11; 110) in eine den wenigstens einen Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) ergänzenden Gebrauchslage überführbar ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Tischplattenteil (10, 11; 110) in einer am Tischgestell angebrachten Verschieberichtung (X) parallel zur Tischfläche mittels eines Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) verschieblich gelagert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an der Unterseite (12a, 113a) des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12, 13; 112, 113) wenigstens ein Fixerabschnitt (17, 117; 120) sowie ein Eingriffsabschnitt (16a, 116a) am Tischgestell oder an einem Teil (16, 116) des Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Eingriffsabschnitt (16a, 116a) und der Fixierabschnitt (17, 117; 120) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie beim Verbringen des Tisches (1; 101) in die Gebrauchslage und/oder relativen Verschieben des Tischplattenteils (10, 11; 110) und des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12, 13; 112, 113) miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden.
  2. Tisch (1; 101) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) ein Teleskopauszugmechanismus ist, dessen Teile (14, 15, 16) als Teleskopschienen ausgebildet sind.
  3. Tisch (1; 101) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil (12, 13; 112, 113) aus zwei aneinander angelenkten, um eine zur Verschieberichtung (X) parallel laufende Achse verschwenkbaren Flügeln gebildet ist.
  4. Tisch (1; 101) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Tischplattenerweiterungsteil (12, 13; 112, 113) zum Verbringen in die Gebrauchslage am Verschiebemechanismus (14, 15, 16; 114; 115; 116) um eine zur Verschieberichtung (X) parallele Schwenkachse schwenkbar angelenkt ist.
  5. Tisch (101) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es sich bei dem Fixierabschnitt (120) um einen Bolzen mit verbreitertem Kopf (121) handelt, welcher infolge der Schwerkraft oder/und mittels einer Feder aus der Unterseite (112a) des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (112, 113) ausstellbar ist und dass der Eingriffsabschnitt (116a) eine zur Unterseite (113a) offene Vertiefung aufweist, in die der Bolzen (120) mit seinem Kopf (121) eintauchen kann und deren Öffnung (124) sich in Verschieberichtung (X) derart verjüngt, dass im verjüngten Bereich der Kopf (121) des Bolzens (120) in der Öffnung (124) gehalten wird.
  6. Tisch (1; 101) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein Fixierabschnitt (17; 117) um einen an der Unterseite (12a; 112a) des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12; 112) angebrachten Vorsprung, insbesondere laschenartigen Vorsprung, handelt, der sich etwa parallel zur Unterseite (12a) erstreckt, und dass der Eingriffsabschnitt (16a) als Aussparung oder Nut in einem Teil (16; 116) des Verschiebemechanismus vorgesehen und so angeordnet ist, dass der Vorsprung (16a) beim Verbringen des Tischplattenerweiterungsteils (12; 112) in die Gebrauchslage in die Aussparung oder Nut eingeschoben wird.
