Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Türanlage, insbes. für einen äußeren Gebäudeabschluss.
  • Eine Türanlage gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus der CH 641 240 A5 bekannt.
    Türanlagen, insbes. für einen äußeren Gebäudeabschluss, haben oftmals das Problem, dass Kältebrücken entstehen können.
    Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Türanlage, insbes. für den äußeren Gebäudeabschluss bereit zu stellen, welche die Entstehung von Kältebrücken zumindest weitgehend verhindert.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Schwenktür, welche in einem Aluminiumscharnier schwenkbar gehalten ist, insbes. für einen äußeren Gebäudeabschluss, mit einem thermisch getrennten klemmfreien Scharnierabdeckprofil in Verbindung mit einem einstellbaren Wandanschlussprofil, wobei das Scharnierabdeckprofil aus Kunststoff besteht, wobei zwischen dem Scharnierabdeckprofil und dem Wandanschlussprofil ein thermisch getrenntes Ausgleichsprofil angeordnet ist, wobei das Ausgleichsprofil gegenüber dem Wandanschlussprofil einstellbar ist, und wobei an dem Ausgleichsprofil eine Gummilage befestigt ist, die mit einer flexiblen Rastung in eine korrespondierende Rastung am Wandanschlussprofil eingreift. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung sind die Profile der Türanlage thermisch getrennt, so dass Kältebrücken wirkungsvoll verhindert werden können.
  • Die Unteransprüche haben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung zum Inhalt.
  • Die gesamte Konstruktion ist dabei gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung so gewählt, dass das aus Kunststoff bestehende Scharnierabdeckprofil ausschließlich eine abdeckende, aber keine tragende Funktion übernimmt.
  • Das Aluminiumscharnier ist vorteilhafterweise von dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Scharnierabdeckprofil umgeben.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus nachfolgender Beschreibung anhand der Zeichnung. Es zeigt:

    einen Schnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäß ausgestaltete Türanlage.
  • In der einzigen Figur 1 ist ein Horizontalschnitt durch eine Türanlage gezeigt, welche vorzugsweise einen äußeren Gebäudeabschluss bildet.
  • Eine nicht dargestellte Schwenktür ist in einem thermische getrennten Aluminiumprofil 1 gehalten. Das Aluminiumprofil 1 ist mit einem Scharnier verbunden, welches von einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Scharnierabdeckprofil 2 umgeben ist, um auch im Bereich des Scharniers eine thermische Trennung zu gewährleisten. Die gesamte Konstruktion ist dabei so gewählt, dass das aus Kunststoff bestehende Scharnierabdeckprofil 2 ausschließlich eine abdeckende, aber keine tragende Funktion übernimmt.
  • An das Scharnierabdeckprofil 2 schließt sich ein ebenfalls thermisch getrenntes Ausgleichsprofil 3 an, welches eine U-förmige Aufnahme aufweist. In diese U-förmige Aufnahme greift ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes und im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckiges Wandanschlussprofil 4 ein, das an einer Gebäudewand 5 befestigt ist.
  • Um Toleranzen auszugleichen ist das Ausgleichsprofil 3 gegenüber dem Wandanschlussprofil 4 verstellbar. Dazu ist an den freien Schenkeln der U-förmigen Aufnahme des Ausgleichsprofils 3 jeweils eine mit einer flexiblen Rastung 7 versehene Gummilage 6 form- und/oder kraftschlüssig befestigt, die mit einer korrespondierenden Rastung 7 am Wandanschlussprofil 4 zusammenwirkt. Infolge dieser Ausgestaltung kann der Abstand zur Gebäudewand 5 eingestellt und fixiert werden.
  • Infolge der vorbeschriebenen Ausgestaltung ergibt sich eine thermische Trennung entlang einer Ebene 8 über die gesamte Türanlage, wodurch Kältebrücken vermieden werden können.
  • Die vorhergehende Beschreibung der vorliegenden Erfindung dient nur zu illustrativen Zwecken und nicht zum Zwecke der Beschränkung der Erfindung. Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen möglich, ohne den Umfang der Ansprüche zu verlassen.

Claims (3)

  1. Schwenktür, welche in einem Aluminiumscharnier schwenkbar gehalten ist, insbes. für einen äußeren Gebäudeabschluss, mit einem thermisch getrennten klemmfreien Scharnierabdeckprofil (2) in Verbindung mit einem einstellbaren Wandanschlussprofil (4),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Scharnierabdeckprofil (2) aus Kunststoff besteht, und
    zwischen dem Scharnierabdeckprofil (2) und dem Wandanschlussprofil (4) ein thermisch getrenntes Ausgleichsprofil (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das Ausgleichsprofil (3) gegenüber dem Wandanschlussprofil (4) einstellbar ist, und wobei
    an dem Ausgleichsprofil (3) eine Gummilage (6) befestigt ist, die mit einer flexiblen Rastung (7) in eine korrespondierende Rastung (7) am Wandanschlussprofil (4) eingreift.
  2. Türanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei das aus Kunststoff bestehende Scharnierabdeckprofil (2) ausschließlich eine abdeckende, aber keine tragende Funktion übernimmt.
  3. Türanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Aluminiumscharnier von dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Scharnierabdeckprofil (2) umgeben ist.
