Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for closing at least one thin-walled, at least one opening having transport container for valuables.
  • the device has at least one first closure element and a second closure element arranged at a distance from the first closure element.
  • the invention relates to a method for closing at least one thin-walled, at least one opening having transport container for valuables.
  • a device of this kind is preferably used in machines for the handling of notes of value, which issue notes of value and / or can accept the notes of value.
  • Banknotes, banknotes or securities are, for example, banknotes. It is known to hold notes of value, in particular banknotes, stacked in cassettes, which can be fed to a payout machine or to a so-called recycling machine. Recycling machines can pick up and check in banknotes in a first transaction and reissue them in a second transaction.
  • Known cassettes for banknotes serve as transport containers, which are closed during transport outside the machine by suitable security devices and can only be opened by authorized persons and suitable auxiliary devices.
  • the machine will determine the value and / or the format of each banknote and will then deliver the banknote depending on the determined value and / or format of a cassette suitable for the value or format. If a cassette is filled with banknotes, it can be removed from the machine and then serves as a transport container.
  • a transport container for the notes of value not only cassettes, which are closed on all sides, but also thin-walled transport containers, in particular security bags made of film material used. These are useful, for example, if a secure storage unit, such as a suitcase or the like, is available for the transport of these transport containers, so that the relatively expensive cassettes can be dispensed with.
  • a second possible method for closing the thin-walled transport container is the gluing of the walls of the thin-walled transport container in the region of a feed opening.
  • it is necessary to apply the adhesive within the machine to the thin-walled transport container.
  • Such a device is maintenance-prone, requires a relatively large amount of space and is relatively expensive.
  • a third possible method for closing the thin-walled transport container is the mechanical closing by means of a zipper and a subsequent sealing of the zipper.
  • the disadvantage of this is that two steps, namely the closing of the zipper and the seal must be performed.
  • the seal can be automated only with considerable effort. Even a variable filling volume is not feasible with the third method.
  • a fourth possible method for closing the thin-walled transport container and a corresponding device are from the document DE 10 2008 061 529 A known.
  • closure elements are used, each with at least one locking element.
  • the locking elements With the help of the locking elements is not easily detachable latching connection between the closure elements can also be produced when a part of the transport container is arranged between the closure elements.

  • the first latching element comprises at least one first latching area and the second latching element at least one second latching area complementary to the first latching area.
  • the first and / or second latching region is designed such that the first latching region is visibly changed in its shape when the latching connection is separated.

In this way it is prevented that one or more valuables can be removed unnoticed by an unauthorized person from the transport container. An unauthorized access to the valuables is thus easy to recognize and can be punished in a timely manner.
  • first closure element and the second closure element in such a way that, when the detent connection is produced between the first detent element and the second detent element, that part of the transport container in which the valuables are present is closed.

  • the one-piece frame can be used in a simple manner in a device, in particular in an ATM.
  • a guidance of the transport container on the sides, which face the connecting elements is achieved by the connecting elements. This prevents that during the merging of the closure elements, a part of the transport container is pushed out laterally next to the merged closure elements, whereby an unauthorized access to the valuables contained in the transport container would be facilitated.
  • first closure element, the second closure element and the connecting elements are integrally formed, preferably in one piece. As a result, a simple, inexpensive installation of the device for closing the thin-walled transport container is made possible.
  • first closure element and / or the second closure element comprise at least one pin-shaped element which penetrates at least one wall of the transport container, when the latching connection between the first latching element and the second latching element is produced.
  • This pin-shaped element further complicates access to the valuables arranged in the transport container, since the width of the opening remaining between two latching connections or between an outer latching connection and a lateral boundary of the transport container is reduced by this pin-shaped element.
  • first closure element and / or the second closure element have a retaining element which is parallel to the plane in which the longitudinal axes of the first and second closure elements are located and which extends through the cross-section of the thin-walled container, reduces the cross section of the transport container with respect to its cross section at the openings formed by the closure elements. This is preferably done so that in the thin-walled transport container located valuables on a movement be prevented to the opening formed by the closure elements. As a result, a simple filling and closing of the thin-walled transport container is possible. In particular, when generating a value note stack in the transport container, is achieved by means of the retaining element, that the stack does not fall forward towards the opening, when the stack is seen from the opening of the transport container from behind the retaining element.
  • the invention relates to a method for closing at least one thin-walled, at least one opening having transport container for valuables, in which at least a portion of the opened for feeding the valuables opening of the transport container between a first at least a first locking element comprehensive closure element and a second, at least one second to the first locking element complementary locking element comprehensive closure element is arranged. Furthermore, at least one closure element is moved in the direction of the other closure element, wherein in this case the opening of the transport container is reduced. Further, a latching connection between the first latching element of the first closure element and the second latching element of the second closure element is generated. A second latching region of the second latching element is visibly changed in its shape by a first latching region of the first latching element when separating the latching connection.
