- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the provision of means (40) for positioning the folding box (28) obliquely at a certain angle of inclination (42) in relation to the horizontal in a pushing-in position, in which the pushing-in device (30) transfers the articles (14) into the folding box (28).
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pushing-in device (30) has a pushing-in surface (32), which acts on the articles (14) for pushing-in purposes, wherein the pushing-in surface (32) is designed to be inclined in relation to the vertical such that, for pushing-in purposes, contact is made first of all with an article (14) which is located at the top of the stack.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the provision of a flap-folding means (36) which, prior to the articles (14) being pushed into the folding box (28), closes the at least one flap (29), and therefore the articles (14) which are to be pushed in can be pushed against said flap (29).
- Method of packaging articles (12), wherein a pushing-in device (30) is provided, said device transferring the articles (14) into a folding box (28), and wherein, by way of a transporting means (16), a plurality of articles (14) which are to be packaged are transferred, in the form of a stack in at least one article container (12), into the range of action of the pushing-in device (30), characterized by the following steps:- orienting the articles (14) located in the article container (12), for the purpose of stabilizing the stack,- transporting the oriented articles (14) into the range of action of the pushing-in device (30),- pushing the oriented articles (14) into the folding box (28),characterized in that, prior to the articles (14) being transferred, the folding box (28) is made available in a state in which it is inclined in relation to the horizontal at an angle of inclination (42), other than zero.
- Method according to the preceding method claim, characterized in that, prior to the articles (14) being transferred, a side flap (29) of the folding box (28) is closed.
