Claims (21)

  1. A bottle crate for selective insertion of bottle carriers having different sizes with bottles contained therein, and of single bottles, with
    • a bottom wall (2),
    • side walls (7, 8, 9, 10) projecting upward from the edges of the bottom wall (2),
    • a bearing surface (22) on the topside of the bottom wall (2) for putting up bottle carriers (50),
    • emplacement sites (24) on the topside of the bottom wall (2) in four parallel rows (23), each with five emplacement sites (24),
    • first flat quills (29), projecting upward from the bottom wall in parallel to the rows (63) with emplacement sites (24) for lateral support of bottle carriers (50) and of cylindrical bottle bodies of single bottles between the two central rows (23) with emplacement sites (24), each in the middle of four neighbouring emplacement sites (24),
    • wherein the two central first flat quills (29) between the two central rows (23) with emplacement sites (24) are half flat quills (29.2), which are each arranged in the centre of four neighbouring emplacement sites (24) with lateral edges facing away from each other, and the other lateral edges facing each other,
    • second flat quills (36), projecting upward from the bottom wall (2) vertically to the rows (23) with emplacement sites (24), each at a time in the middle of the second and the third emplacement site (24) of the first and the second row (23) with respect to a lateral side (3) of the bottom wall (2) and the second and the third emplacement site (24) of the third and the fourth row (23) with respect to the same lateral side (3) of the bottom wall (2), and
    • full quills (40) projecting upward from the bottom wall (2) and/or half quills (41) and/or third flat quills in the middle of the remaining groups of four neighbouring emplacement sites (24) between which no first or second half quills (29, 36) are arranged.
  2. The bottle crate according to claim 1, wherein the flat quills (29, 36) comprise a stripe-shaped base body (30) with ribs (31, 32) extending in the long side direction on both flat sides in the middle between four neighbouring emplacement sites (24).
  3. The bottle crate according to claim 2, wherein the flat quills (29, 36) comprise thickenings (33, 34) extending in the long side direction on the lateral edges of the base body (30).
  4. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, with a first supporting wall (38), projecting upward from the bottom wall (2) and extending in the direction of the rows (23) in the middle of the two central rows (23) with emplacement sites (24) between the two central first flat quills (29.2) and/or a second supporting wall (39), projecting upward from the bottom wall (2) and extending in the direction vertically to the rows (23) with emplacement sites (24) in the middle between the second and the third emplacement sites (24) of each row (23), with a centre part (39.1) extending between the two second flat quills (36), and a lateral part (39.2, 39.3) extending between the second flat quills (36) and the side walls (37, 38).

  8. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein at least on its lateral edges, the height of the first supporting wall (38) corresponds to the height of the two central first flat quills (29.2).
  9. The bottle crate according to claim 8, wherein starting from the middle between the two central first flat quills (29.2), the height of the first supporting wall (38) increases towards the central first flat quills (29.2).

  13. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein full quills (40) are arranged on a narrow side (6) of the bottom wall (2) in the middle of four emplacement sites (24) on both corners, and half quills (41) are arranged in the direction of the rows (23) with emplacement sites (24) in the middle between the next four emplacement sites (24), said half quills facing the full quills (40) on the corners of the narrow side (6) with their flat half sleeve sides (42), wherein three emplacement sites (24) are present at a time between the narrow side (5) and the second flat quills (36) in the direction of the rows (23) with emplacement sites (24).
  14. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein there are enclosures (28) limiting the emplacement sites (24) on the topside of the bottom wall (2) for lateral support of single bottles on the outer edge of the bottle bottom.
  15. The bottle crate according to claim 14, wherein the enclosures (28) are the cylinder wall surfaces of cylindrical deepenings (25) in the bearing surface (22) of the bottom wall (2).
  16. A bottle crate according to one of claims 14 and 15, wherein the enclosures (28) have a height of 1 mm to 3 mm, preferably about 2 mm.
  17. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 16, which comprises wall openings (11, 12) in opposing side walls (7, 8), and wherein the lower edges of the wall openings (11, 12) have bevel surfaces (15, 16) on the inner side of the side walls, whose distance from each other increases with increasing distance from the bottom wall (2).
  18. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 17, which comprises skirting boards (17, 18, 19, 20) on the lower side of the bottom wall (2) which are offset towards the inside with respect to the side walls (7, 8. 9, 10) and by which the crate can be set into an upper opening (21) of a similar crate when the crate is set onto the upper edge of the side walls (7, 8, 9, 10) of the similar crate with zones of the lower side projecting laterally beyond the skirting boards (17, 18, 19, 20).

  21. A bottle crate according to any one of claims 1 to 20, which is filled with single bottles.
