Abstract

The invention relates to a box comprising a base (12) and at least two pairs of opposing lateral walls (14a, 14b, 16a, 16b). A first of the lateral walls (16b) extends upwards from the base (12) in a vertical direction (18) at least partly only by a removal height (20) that is shorter than the height of one or more of the remaining lateral walls (14a, 14b, 16a) in order to define a lateral opening with dimensions that allow access to and removal of products contained in the box through the lateral opening. Furthermore, a blocking element (100) is provided which extends between the two opposing lateral walls (14a, 14b) that adjoin the first lateral wall (16b) and which can be moved between a first position and a second position. The blocking element is arranged between the opposing lateral walls (14a) and (14b) and at a distance from the first lateral wall (16b) in the first position and in an overlapping manner with the first lateral wall (16b) in the second position.

Description

TRANSPORTATION AND PRESENTATION DRAWER Description The present invention deals with boxes for transporting merchandise that allow to present to a user the products transported in the drawer and to facilitate access to the products contained in the drawer.
In open drawers in the upper part a variety of products are transported. For example, a variety of different drawer shapes are known in the beverage industry, for transporting beverage bottles or smaller sets of beverage bottles (for example, the so-called sixpacks) from the production plant to the retail trade. In the sales premises, the drawers are usually stacked, so that they can only be accessed from above and, therefore, you can only access the products that are in a drawer that is in a lower position of the stack , after having removed all the boxes that were piled on top. This is uncomfortable to the extreme and also requires strength and time. In addition, such drawers are usually only intended for the transport of merchandise of a certain type, p. eg, bottles, so that other boxes must be used to transport other types of merchandise.
Therefore, it would be advantageous to provide drawers that allow more efficient and simple access to products that are transported in the drawer.
Some embodiments of the present invention therefore have a floor and at least two pairs of side walls faced in each case, where a first of the side walls was formed in such a way as to allow an extraction of the products contained in the drawer . For this, the first side wall extends from the floor vertically at least in part only equivalent to an extraction height upward, which is less than the height of one or more of the other side walls. The extraction height was determined so as to define a lateral opening with a measurement, which allows an access to and an extraction of the products contained in the drawer by the lateral opening.
According to a first aspect, the embodiments of the invention create a drawer with the aforementioned conformation further comprising a blocking element that extends between the two facing side walls that are adjacent to the first side wall, and that can moving between a first position and a second position, where the blocking element was arranged in the first position between the facing side walls and spaced from the first side wall, and where the blocking element was arranged in the second position in superposition with the first side wall.
The locking element comprises, according to the exemplary embodiments, an arc, which extends between the facing side walls and two crosspieces arranged at the opposite ends of the arc, where one end of the crosspiece that is spaced from the arc is rotatably arranged the corresponding side wall an arch and where a second end of the crossbars was rotatably arranged in the corresponding side wall. The opposite side walls and the first side wall can include recesses for receiving the arch and the crosspieces, where the recesses can be such that the cross members and the arc in the first or second position of the blocking element are on the same level as the surface of the facing side walls facing the first side wall or that an external surface of one of the side walls . In addition, an interlocking mechanism may be provided which acts together with the locking element to hold the blocking element securely in the first or in the second position. In order to form the locking mechanism, the crossbeams and / or the arch of the locking element may be shaped to be inserted with sections of the facing side walls and / or of the first side wallwherein, according to the embodiments, the crosspieces and / or the arc have one or more latching elements for this purpose, in order to act together with the corresponding housing sections of the latching elements of the side walls. The blocking element may be arranged in the second position at a certain distance from the floor, which is approximately one third, half or two thirds of the height of the facing side walls. In addition, the blocking element can be shaped to be arranged in another position spaced apart from the first side wall, in which case the crosspieces can be formed telescopically, so as to arrange the blocking element at the second or second option. another position According to another aspect, the embodiments of the invention create a drawer of the aforementioned type that also comprises an insert for disposing on the floor of the drawer, where the insert was formed in relation to the products to be accommodated in the drawer.
According to the exemplary embodiments, the insert can be attached detachably with the floor and / or the side surfaces, preferably only by the use of special tools. The insert may be in the form of a plate and a first surface of the insert facing the floor, may be adapted to a floor structure. The surface of the insert in the form of a plate facing the first surface of the insert has a structure suitable for the product it must contain. The insert may include pine needles, longitudinal crosspieces, transverse crosspieces and / or cavities. The embodiments also create a system, comprising a drawer according to the embodiments of the invention as well as a plurality of inserts that are structured for different products, where one of the inserts can be arranged in the drawer at choice.
According to this aspect, therefore, a system that can be designed by choice is created, which can be adapted without problems to different products to be accommodated in the drawer, for example by a service provider that makes available the drawers according to a configuration desired by a customer, and has the corresponding inserts, and draws correspondingly the drawers without inserts, while in this case it was anticipated that the inserts can only be replaced using a special tool, which only has in its power the person who puts drawers.
The drawer according to the embodiments of the invention is limited by the first side wall area extending from the floor upwards (which can also be the entire side wall) and has a lower extraction height in a vertical direction towards above. That is to say, above this first side wall area there is no other connection by force drag between the adjacent side walls. In other words, the first side wall at least in part is of less height than the surrounding side walls or any of the surrounding side walls, so that it is also possible to insert the hand by the sides of the drawer, so as to have access to the side walls. Simple way to products that are located in the drawers located further down the stack.
But anyway, the height of the first side wall in some of the embodiments was determined so that the specific products transported in the drawer can not fall out of the drawer during transport. In some embodiments, the drawer is intended to transport bottles or pre-packaged bottles in smaller assemblies, so that the first side wall has a height that is sufficient to prevent the fall of individual bottles from the drawer. In some embodiments, the height is between 1 and 10 cm. In some other embodiments, this height is between 2 and 5 cm, or in general is more than 2 cm.
In some embodiments, the first side wall has at its edges adjacent to the side walls in each case two side wall sections that extend up to the height of the adjacent side walls, in order to increase the stability of the drawer.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the drawer has four side walls, where at least the side walls adjacent to the first side wall were provided with gripping openings. The gripping openings present there an area running parallel to the floor, as well as an area extending vertically to the floor. In In some embodiments, the area extending vertically to the floor was arranged in the direction of the first side wall. In some embodimentsfurther, the first horizontal opening section extending essentially parallel to the floor continues in the vertical section of the opening with a radius that is of sufficient size to be able to grip the drawer also in the radius. In these embodiments of the invention it is therefore possible to grip the drawer also in the radius or in the vertical section of the opening and lift it up, so that it is overturned when it is gripped. This reduces during transport the probability that objects, such as bottles, fall out of the drawer through the openings in the first side wall.
According to some of the embodiments of the invention, the drawer in the area of the floor delimiting the first side wall also has a greater support surface for the products to be transported than in the center of the remaining area of the floor. This means in other words that when the floor for reasons of weight saving did not conform to the continuous surface, but for example is composed of individual crossbeams, the number of crossbeams per surface was increased, that is, the density of the crosspieces in the area adjacent to the first side wall. This produces that a product placed in the drawer near the side wall, for example a bottle or a beverage can, is in contact with a large support surface with the floor. This prevents the beverage bottle or can from slipping into recesses between the floor beams or from being tipped over, so that an accidental fall of the can or bottle during transport is prevented.
In some embodiments, moreover, the side walls, delimiting the first side wall, are less high on the front side, with which they delimit against the first side wall, than on the front side facing the side wall. That is, in the direction of the opening the side walls that continue from the opening are lower, so that on the one hand the space made available for the extraction is broadened and on the other hand, the light income or the angle increases of vision inside the drawer, to make more visible the objects transported in the drawer, such as bottles or similar.
In some other embodiments, the other side walls that do not correspond to the first side wall are foldable with respect to the floor, so that the drawer can be brought into a folded state, in which the other side walls are supported practically parallel to the floor on this or are above the floor. In this way, the empty drawer can be transported at a lower cost and more efficiently.
Some embodiments show an additional mobile area of the side wall, which extends above the first side wall in a vertical direction, and which can be removed or reframed. This can have the advantage that in the unfolded state the mobile area of the side wall further increases stability or safety, so that no merchandise or product can fall out of the drawer. Furthermore, in the unfolded or folded state, the mobile area of the side wall can be used to present information of the product or the like.
In some embodiments, the mobile area of the side wall was made in the form of a grid or formed of a plurality of ribs so that the drawer can be cleaned with a pressure jet without separating the moving area from the side wall of the drawer or accidentally separating from the drawer due to high pressure.
In some embodiments, in addition the other side walls of the inner side are covered with a sheet or laminates, where that sheet contains information of the product that can be seen well from the outside.
In some other embodiments, a light-colored sheet was provided so that due to the reflection of the light, the objects or bottles transported in the drawer can be better perceived in view.
In some other examples of embodiment, the other three side walls that do not correspond to the lower wall, are of the same height, so that the drawers can be stacked on top of each other, where the floor of one drawer rests on the remaining three side walls of the drawer below. To this end, special recesses or contours may be provided on the floor as well as on the upper ends of the other side walls, in which the respective recesses or contours of the floor are inserted with respect to the other side walls, so that allow the stackability and ensure a secure placement.
In some embodiments of the drawers according to the invention which are suitable for the conservation or for the transport and presentation of bottles or cans of beverages, the floor presents a plurality of pinolas extending vertically from the floor upwards . The pinolas are three-dimensional objects that are found on the floor and are shaped so that the bottles are held or fixed by the limiting surfaces of the pine needles, so that the bottles in the drawer are effectively prevented from falling. In some embodiments vertical pine needles only have a low height so that they can also be referred to as pine needles. The height and the external shape of some pine needles were defined in such a way that they together with the first side wall prevent the bottles from falling through the side opening. However, in order to guarantee extraction, in several of the examples of embodiment the pine needles at their highest point are not higher than the first side wall. In some embodiments, the external limiting surfaces of the pine needles are of variable height to adapt them as best as possible to the function to be fulfilled. In order to make it possible to dump the bottles toward the first side wall and still ensure good stability, the pine needles have a lower height in a direction parallel to the side wall than in the direction towards the first side wall, so that it is possible to dump the bottles parallel to the first side wall, while it is difficult to dump in a direction perpendicular to it and the bottles are held securely.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be explained in greater detail in relation to the appended figures. Shows: Fig. 1 an embodiment of a drawer for transporting bottles; Fig. 2 the embodiment of Fig. 1 loaded with sixpacks; Fig. 3 loaded drawers, stacked according to the embodiment of Fig. 1; Fig. 4 the embodiment example of figure 1 in a bottom view; Fig. 5 another embodiment of a drawer according to the invention; Fig. 6 another embodiment of a drawer according to the invention with folding side walls; Fig. 7 the embodiment example of figure 6 in partially folded state; Fig. 8 the embodiment example of figure 6 in fully folded state; Fig. 9 the embodiment of figure 6 loaded with bottles; Fig. 10 the embodiment of Fig. 6 loaded with sixpacks; Fig. 11 a plan view on the embodiment of Fig. 6; Fig. 12 a detailed view of some pine needles used in the exemplary embodiments of the invention; Fig. 13 (a) a drawer according to figure 1 with a blocking element according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in a first open position; Fig. 13 (b) the drawer of figure 13 (a) with the blocking element of the second position open; Fig. 14 a stacked arrangement of a drawer of figure 1 and a drawer of figure 13; Fig.15 a drawer according to Figure 1 with an interchangeable insert; Fig. 16 (a) - (d) embodiment examples for inserts, which can be used in the drawer according to figure 1.
In FIG. 1, an exemplary embodiment according to the invention of a beverage drawer 10 is shown. The floor 12 was not shaped flat in a continuous manner in the embodiment shown, but is composed of a structure in the form of a grid. As can be seen in the view of the drawer of figure 3 below, the floor 12 is formed by a plurality of ribs or crosspieces. These were arranged sufficiently together, so that the goods to be transported, ie, for example, a bottle, can not fall through the floor of the drawer or overturn uncontrollably, when the edge of a bottle falls into one of the gaps between the nerves.
The drawer also has two pairs of facing side walls in each case 14a, 14b and 16a, 16b extending from the floor 12 upwards, that is, in vertical direction 18. A first of the four side walls, in this example the side wall 16b, only extends vertically 18 at a reduced extraction height 20.
The extraction height 20 is smaller than the height of the other side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, so that a lateral opening is formed that allows access to or removal of bottles or products contained and transported in the drawer through the opening side. Above the first side wall 16b there is no other structure of the drawer. On the 12th floor of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of pine needles were also arranged, of which pinola 22a and pinola 22b are highlighted as an example. The lateral opening for extracting the products is therefore generated because the first side wall 16b has a lower height than the adjacent ones or the other side walls. The height is considered here, as also in the following figures, the dimension in the positive vertical direction 18. The concept "up" indicates a position in positive vertical direction 18, the concept "down" a position, which presents a shorter coordinate in the vertical direction 18. The sides are any directions that delimit the drawer in the directions parallel to the surface of the floor 12.
By means of the first side wall 16b an opening is defined or formed, which allows an access to the extraction of the bottles transported in the drawer. In other embodiments, of course, other products can be transported in the drawer. In the drawer of figure 1, the so-called sixpacks can also be transported, that is, the pre-packaged sets of six bottles.
In alternative embodiments that are not shown here, the side wall does not have the low extraction height 20 in its total length, but fixed lateral wall sections in the side opening extend from the adjacent side walls 14a and 14b, while the lateral opening still conserves the size to guarantee an extraction of the products or of the bottles. Such drawers can have greater stability.
The embodiment of a drawer 10 shown in figure 1 furthermore shows a moving area of the side wall 23 which was rotatably accommodated with respect to a first side wall 16b by the hinges 24a to 24c. The moving area of the side wall 23 was shown in a folded position in figure 1, where it is folded downwardly with respect to the first side wall 16b. In the upwardly bent position illustrated below by some other embodiments of the invention, the moving area of the side wall 23 extends vertically upwards. In that way, the security can be further increased in the sense that the bottles in the drawer 10 do not tip out. In addition, the mobile area can be used to present product or similar information.
The side walls 14a and 14b delimiting the first side wall 16b each have a gripping opening 28a and 28b, with which the drawer can be lifted and carried. There, the gripping openings have a first opening area extending parallel to the floor, as well as a second opening area extending essentially vertically, the function of which is explained below in still greater detail by means of FIG. 3.
In addition, the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting the first side wall 16b have beveled areas of edges 30a and 30b at their end facing the first side wall, through which light can enter the drawers, even when they are stacked In the embodiment shown in figure 1, therefore the ends of the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting against the first side wall 16b have a lower height than at their opposite end. It is understood that, although in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 the cut-out part of the side wall is essentially triangular, any other shapes of recesses can also be used for alternative embodiments. In some embodiments, the height of the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting against the first side wall 16b grows continuously up to the maximum height. In alternative embodiments, the height increase can of course also be carried out step by step or in succession.
The drawer shown in Figure 1 is stackable, that is, the contours of the upper ends of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a were shaped in such a way that when stacked they fit into the contour or the floor structure from another drawer (see, for example Fig. 3), so that the drawers can be stacked. Despite this, the lateral opening defined by the first side wall 16b allows bottles or bottle assemblies to be extracted as sixpacks from the inside of the drawer, even when they are stacked.
In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, the surfaces of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a facing inwards, were formed in a light color, so that by entering light through the openings 30a and 30b, the bottles inside the drawer are well visible to the observer who looks from the outside. In alternative embodiments, on the surfaces are adhered product indications or advertising posters.
The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 1 also has at least one of the side walls (in the case shown here the side wall 14b) a plurality of ribs 32a to 32d that extend in the direction vertical and protrude from a side surface towards the interior, which prevent the bottles, which are held inside the box of the pine needles, from contacting their full lateral surface with the side wall and fouling it in large areas. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the ribs 32a to 32d in each case were arranged in such a way that the bottles with their outermost radius contact the positions of the ribs 32a to 32d against the external wall. Thus, large areas of the internal surfaces of the side walls can be prevented from being contaminated, since this is only the case for the ribs.
Figure 2 shows the embodiment of the drawer 10 of Figure 1 in the state loaded with 3 sixpacks.
The sixpacks 40a, 40b and 40c contain in each case six individual bottles that were not represented for reasons of clarity.
The sixpacks here are held in addition to the pinolas, which are inserted from below in the sixpacks open for this purpose, by the ribs 40a and 40b which, as represented in figure 1, were arranged on the 12th floor of the drawer 10.
As can be seen in the view of figure 3, which shows two drawers 10 and 10a in stacked condition, also being stacked, the products or the bottles can be extracted from the drawer 10 below. This of course also applies to sixpacks 40a, 40b and 40c, when these are transported or presented as an alternative to individual bottles. As can be seen from figures 2 and 3, the special embodiment represented in figure 1 is a drawer that has a high flexibility with respect to the bottles to be transported, since on the one hand sixpacks can be transported and on the other, individual bottles can be transported. the drawer. This results from the arrangement shown in Figure 1 of the pinecones 22a and 22b as well as the ribs 42a and 42b.
It is understood that in other embodiments of the drawer 10, the arrangement of the pine needles may have been defined differently. For example, in some of the embodiments, the ribs can be completely dispensed with and only pine needles can be used instead. But in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 both cases are possible since each bottle that is placed in one of the free spaces between pine needles and / or ribs is held in each case in all four directions, either by a side wall of one of the ribs, by a pine tree or one of the side walls 14a, 14b, 16a or 16b of the drawer, so that it is held stably for transport.
As can be seen in figure 3, due to the stackability of the drawers and the possibility of lateral extraction that is created by the first side wall 16b, it is now possible to offer different products on sale in a column of stacked drawers. The side wall 16b prevents, in conjunction with the pine needles, that during transport the bottles can fall out of the drawer 10, so that the side wall 16b has been dimensioned in such a way that a dump with fall outside the drawer is prevented during transport. In spite of this, it is sufficiently low to allow the extraction of the bottles forward of the drawer, even when another drawer 10a is located on the drawer 10. For this, according to some embodiments, first the bottles can be lifted slightly and then they can be extracted by dumping them forward.
This is made possible in some embodiments by means of a special shaping of the pine needles as described below with even greater accuracy by means of FIG. 12.
In Figure 3 a further property of some embodiments of the present invention is clearly shown, namely the special conformation of the gripping openings 28a and 28b. The grip opening is arched and extends horizontally as well as vertically. In other words, the grip opening 28a has a first opening area 50a that extends parallel to the floor 12 and a second opening area 50b that tapers essentially vertically 18. There, the boundary between the vertical opening area and horizontal in Figure 3 should be understood only as an example. The grip opening 28a therefore also extends to a significant extent in a vertical direction, so that the grip opening 28a can also be used by a person in a vertical direction. In the alternative embodiments of the invention, the grip opening 28a can of course have been formed different from the embodiment example shown in Figure 3. For example, it can also have a square or rectangular cross section, so that the drawer can be lifted both from above by the horizontal opening area 50a as well as from the side by the vertical opening area 50b.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the vertical opening area is on the side assigned to the first side wall 16b and on the external contour (ie, on the contour facing the first side wall) continues with a large radius in the horizontal area of the opening 50a. This means that when lifting the drawer, it can also be gripped in said radius, so that the drawer, when the vertical opening area is on the side assigned to the first side wall 16b, turns backwards (towards the side wall). 16a), so that the inclination of the drawer when moving it further prevents the individual bottles from falling off.
In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, illustrated as shown by FIG. 4, which allows a perspective view from below on the drawer of FIG. 1 and with FIG. 11 showing a view from below of another example of FIG. Embodiment of the invention, by a special conformation of the floor 12 in the area 50 bordering the first side wall 16b further increases the safety.
In some embodiments of the invention, the floor 12 did not conform to the entire surface, but to save weight and facilitate the cleaning, was formed by a rib arrangement. These cover the surface of the floor 12 in such a way that the different bottles rest securely with their bottoms on the floor 12. In the area 50 of the anterior edge, that is to say the area 50 that delimits against the first side wall 16b, is greater the amount or surface density of the ribs in comparison with the remaining area, so that the bottles that are located there can not turn outwards by themselves, when by external action they are overturned from their rest position slightly towards the first side wall 16b. This is prevented by locating the ribs so closely in the area 50 delimiting against the first side wall 16b that the edge of a bottle can not be overturned in the hollow space between two adjacent ribs. In other words, the area 50 of the floor 12 bordering the first side wall 16b has a support surface for the bottles that is greater than the support surface generally made available on the floor per unit area, to enable a secure support for the bottles.
As can also be seen in Figure 4, the floor 12 in the area delimiting the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, has an elevation of several ribs, whose contour was shaped so that when resting on another drawer is inserted into the interior of the side walls in the contour of the side walls of the other drawer, to ensure stackability and stability in a stacked state.
In addition, the floor of the drawer has in the middle a crosspiece 52 extending from the side wall 16a to the first side wall 16b and whose ribs in the vertical direction have a greater extent than the other ribs of the floor. This crosspiece 52 fulfills the function of a support of the first side wall 16b of lower height in order to increase the stability of the drawer. The crosspiece 52 was placed in the center so that the crosspiece that extends further down than the remaining floor, does not obstruct the extraction of the bottles from the lower drawer, when the boxes are stacked.
Figure 5 shows another example of embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the embodiments explained by the previous figures mainly because with the example of embodiment shown in figure 5 it is possible to transport other sizes of bottles While the embodiment shown in figure 1 is adapted to bottles with a content of 0.5 I, the embodiment example shown in figure 5 is a suitable drawer for bottles of 0.33 I of content. Therefore, the embodiment of FIG. 5 differs in principle from the arrangement of the pine needles of the embodiment of FIG. 1 as well as by the thickness of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, which was modified so that with the same external volume, the drawer can hold the bottles arranged inside it. Thus, for example, the drawer shown in Figure 5 presents five pinecones 54a, 54b, 54c, 54d and 54e delimiting the first side wall 16b to hold a total of six 0.33 I bottles of content in the first row. In addition, the drawer of Figure 5 has only one rib 56 in the middle of the drawer, so that four sixpacks can be transported in the drawer.
Furthermore, in the embodiment example of FIG. 5 different from the embodiment examples of FIGS. 1 to 4, the drawer with the mobile area of the side wall 23 folded up on the first side wall 16b is shown. Since otherwise the shaping characteristics of the drawer of Figure 5 are equivalent to those of Figure 1 and in each case have an identical functionality, it is necessary to explain again the components that match the drawer of Figure 1. complement mode it is indicated here that the drawer shown in figure 5, like the drawer shown in figure 1, has on the side wall 16a, which is located in front of the first side wall 16b, at least one opening 58 extending through the side wall 16a, so that the drawer through the opening can be hung or fixed to a wall or a shelf or the like.
In order to increase the security of the fastening, the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 additionally have a second optional fastening opening 60 in each case.
The exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is also designed for the transport of 24 bottle units with 0.33 I of content each and thus corresponds to the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, but in the example of FIG. Figure 5 embodiment, the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a or at least some parts of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a were arranged retractable from the floor by hinges. In this case they are foldable in such a way that they can be folded in the direction towards the floor, and in a refrained state they are essentially parallel to the floor, as illustrated in FIG. 7 for the side wall 16a which is folded and parallel to the floor. surface of the floor 12. In figure 8 all the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are shown in the reframed state, so that the drawer in the folded state can be transported without difficulties to the brewer or a distributor, without taking up much storage space . This can markedly reduce transportation costs.
Although the folding side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are only shown by figures 6 to 8 only for a drawer designed to transport 24 bottles of 0.33 I each, it is understood that also in the 0.5 I bottle drawer shown in FIG. 1, can be provided with folding side walls. In general, it applies to all the examples of embodiment that the characteristics that were described or shown by the different embodiments, can be combined in any way with each other, in order to arrive at other alternative embodiments of drawers according to the invention.
Figure 9 illustrates the embodiment of Figure 5 in the loaded state, in which 24 bottles are located in the drawer.
As in FIG. 5, the moving area of the side wall 23 is also located here in the unfolded position, in order to further secure the bottles of the first row or to place the product identifications on the outside of the flexible part 23. for transportation, which are not relevant for the presentation of the merchandise.
In figure 10 the embodiment of figure 5 is shown with an alternative form of loading, namely with four sixpacks 70a, 70b, 70c and 70d.
In figure 1 finally a plan view of the embodiment of figure 5 is shown, where it can be seen that the pinola 54c presents another geometric conformation than the pinolas 54a, 54b and 54d or 54e, to allow the accommodation of sixpacks. But in alternative embodiments, the central pine tree 54c can of course have the same shape as the other pine needles, that is, for example, pinola 54a.
Also any other pine needles can have the shape of pinola 54c.
As can be seen from the plan view in Figure 11, also for the case of the drawers for 24 beverage bottles the floor 12, in the area 50 delimiting against the first side wall 16, was built with a larger support surface that the central support surface of the entire floor, to prevent the bottles from accidentally falling out of the drawer.
Figure 12 shows an enlarged representation of the pinecones 54a to 54c, so that its special shape can be seen, which allows in joint action with the first side wall 16b, to hold the bottles securely as well as to extract them from the front. . In order to achieve this, some embodiments of pine needles have an external surface, whose height is not constant in the vertical direction 18. As an external limiting surface of the pine tree 54a, the shaded surface 70 should be understood hereinafter, that is, that surface or surface elements that laterally delimit the pinola, that is, in all orthogonal directions with respect to the vertical direction 18.
The external limiting surface 70 has a variable height, as already indicated above. There, the pinola in a first lateral surface area 75 that extends parallel to the first side wall 16b and secures a bottle in the rear part (in the direction 72 facing the first side wall 16b), has less height than in a second side surface area 76, which secures the dump bottle in a direction 74 parallel to the first side wall 16b.
In the pinola 54a shown in figure 12 which presents a cross section which in principle is a rhomboid, of which a point is oriented towards the first side wall 16b, the function of preventing backward tipping is therefore carried out by a first area of limiting surface 75, with which the pinola closes essentially in the direction parallel to the first side wall 16b. A second area of limiting surface 76 delimiting the pine tree 54b in the direction towards the first side wall 16b prevents the bottles from being overturned parallel to the first side wall 16b.
The first side surface area 75 is lower than the second side surface area 76, to allow the bottles to be overturned forward without the need to raise the bottle so much that it may already meet the floor of another drawer that is stacked on the drawer in question.
The second limiting surface area 76 instead prevents a dump in the direction parallel to the first side wall 16b and therefore may be higher, to increase the stability. In general, both pinolas 54a and 54b as well as pinola 54c produce maximum stability while simultaneously allowing the forward dump, presenting the pine needles parallel to the side wall a height less than in the vertical direction with respect to the wall side.
In addition, the needles in figure 12 were provided with external partial limiting surfaces, which between the tips of the basic form which is essentially rhomboidal, are arcuate in a concave manner towards the interior, where the radius of the arch essentially equals the diameter of a bottle, to still be able to hold the bottle safely.
By means of FIGS. 13 a, 13 b and 14, another aspect of the invention is described below, according to which a drawer, as explained for example by means of FIGS. 1 to 12, an additional element is provided with a blocking element, which is used, for example, as transport protection. In figures 13a, 13b a drawer is shown, which essentially corresponds to the drawer of figure 1, so that a new description of the different elements described by figure 1 is no longer made. As can be seen, the drawer according to Figure 13 (a) further comprises a blocking element 100 having an arc 102, comprising two opposite ends. At a first end 102a of the arc 102 a first cross member 104 was arranged, and at a second end 102b of the arc 102 a second cross member 106 was provided. The ends 104a and 106a of the crosspieces 104, 106 opposite the arc 102 were disposed of. rotating manner on opposite lateral surfaces or end surfaces 14a and 14b. In the situation shown in FIG. 13 (a) there is the blocking element or the transport protection element 100 in a position that lies between a first position and a second position. By means of FIG. 13 (b) the drawer of FIG. 13 (a) is again shown, but now with the blocking element 100 in a first position, in which the arc 102 extends between the side walls 14a and 14b, being that it was arranged at a distance from the lower side wall 16b. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 13 (b) there is the arc 102 at half height of the side walls 14a and 14b, although the present invention is not limited to this arrangement. Rather, the arc 102 may have been set lower or higher depending on the circumstances. The crosspieces 104 and 106 were shaped and positioned such that when the arc 102 is tipped from the position of Figure 13 (a) to the position shown in Figure 13 (b), the arc 102 is at a desired distance from the low side wall 116b.
As can be recognized from Figure 13 (b), the side walls 14a and 14b or the surfaces facing the lower side wall 16b of these two outer walls were structured to accommodate the crosspieces 104 and 106 as well as the area, in which the arc 102 is connected to the crosspieces 104 and 106, that is to say the opposite ends 102a and 102b of the arc 102, in recesses or recesses, and this in such a way that a front surface is produced at the same level.
In Figure 14 a stacked arrangement of a drawer of Figure 1 is shown, where a drawer was arranged according to Figure 13, although here the situation is shown, in which the arc 102 was placed in a second position, in which was disposed overlaid with the side wall 14b low. As can be seen, the low side wall 16b is also structured by recesses or recesses, in order to accommodate the arc 102 shown in figure 14 in the second position, so that a front surface is produced at the same level with the side wall 16b.
As can also be recognized from FIGS. 13 (b) and 14, the opposite ends 102 a and 102 b of the arc 102 were shaped such that they in the first position, shown in FIG. 13 (b), surround the corresponding wall side 14a and 14b, in order to guarantee a safe insertion and positioning of the arc 102. Similarly, in the position shown in figure 14, a secure positioning of the arc 102 is achieved because the corresponding insertion elements formed in the low wall, they are inserted with the bow 102.
The advantage of this aspect of the invention lies in the fact that an additional transport protection element that was disposed during transportation in the position shown in Figure 13 (b) is now provided, and therefore can act on the products that are in the drawer to prevent a movement of these in the direction towards the opening, in other words, to provide an additional barrier against the fall of the products outside the drawer. The arch is rotatably connected to the lateral surfaces or the surfaces of the ends of the drawer and can be moved in a simple manner from the closed position shown in Figure 13 (b) to the open position so as to allow free access to the products that are in the drawer.
The invention is not limited to the examples described by figures 13a, 13b and 14, rather, instead of arranging the arc 102 at about half the height of the external walls, one can also choose another position, for example, the distance of the low wall 16b is chosen up to one third of the height of the side walls or two thirds of the height of the side walls. In addition, according to an example of embodiment, provision may be made to form the crosspieces 104 and 106 telescopically, in order to arrange the positioning of the arc 102 from the situation in Figure 14 at different heights along the height of the the side walls, so that the height of the blocking element 102 can be adjusted in a flexible manner dependent on the products that are in the drawer.
Another aspect of the invention is described below in Figures 15 and 16a-16d, in which a drawer is shown in Figure 15, which was already described by Figure 1, but which is differentiated by the conformation of the floor 12. In the The drawer shown in Figure 15 was preceded by an insert 112 that was detachably disposed on the floor of the drawer. The insert 112 shown in Figures 16a-16d comprises an upper surface 112a, in which a first crosspiece 114 extending parallel to the walls is shown. 14a and 14b facing each other, in the entire depth of the drawer until the rear wall 16a. Another cross member 116 is provided, the one extending in the transverse direction, extending from the side wall 14a approximately halfway up the depth of the box to the first cross member 114. The insert 112 may have been provided for p. eg, to house products packed in cardboard with measures corresponding to the sections resulting in the insert 112. In addition to such products any products may be provided to be housed in the drawer according to Figures 16a-16d, where according to the invention, for different products, different inserts 112 may also be disposed removably in the drawer.
Figures 16a-16d reproduce some examples for forming the inserts 112, where for example the surface 112a in figure 16 (a) may have been provided with rectangular and circular cavities, to simultaneously house products that have a corresponding occupied surface . In Figure 16 (b) there is shown in a manner similar to Figure 15, the arrangement of crosspieces on the upper surface 112a of the insert 112, and according to Figure 16 (c) there may be provided pine needles on the upper surface 112a , in a similar way to that described by figures 1 to 12.
In figure 16 (d) a lower surface 112b of the insert 112 is shown, where the elements 118a to 118d are shown arranged in the angles that fulfill the function of inserting with corresponding elements or recesses in the floor 12 of the drawer, where the elements 118 are preferably formed in such a way that, for example, after a drawer with the floor of the drawer, it is only possible to detach them from the floor of the drawer using special tools, so that a supplier of drawers can make the drawers in different ways according to the wishes of the client, without the client using the drawer having the possibility of replacing the insert to use it with other products. In this way, the drawers can be made according to the requirements of the customers and in particular it is possible to react flexibly to greater demands of drawers with certain inserts, when at the same time there is not so much demand for drawers for other products.
Although the above explanations were mostly concerned with beverage boxes, other embodiments of the present invention can of course also be used for other types of products. For example, beverage cans can be transported as well as any other cylindrical objects, such as for example fixed in hair spray, deodorant containers or the like with the drawers according to the invention. In addition, the drawers with a side opening are also suitable for a totally different type of product which may also differ from the basic cylindrical shape. The drawers can be used universally for any product, since they allow the products to be extracted laterally from the drawer although they are stacked. This great advantage is not limited to the type of merchandise transported.
