Claims (5)

  1. Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire, comprenant un châssis (2), une sous-poutre (4) et au moins un dispositif de traction longitudinale (7), dans lequel :
    la sous-poutre (4) est connectée au châssis (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de tige de suspension (8) ; et
    une extrémité du dispositif de traction longitudinale (7) est connectée au châssis (2), et l'autre extrémité du dispositif de traction longitudinale (7) est connectée à la sous-poutre (4) et est utilisée pour transférer une force suivant une direction longitudinale entre le châssis (2) et la sous-poutre (4) ; dans lequel :
    la sous-poutre (4) comprend une plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401), une plaque d'entretoise de sous-poutre (402), une plaque de recouvrement inférieure de sous-poutre (403), une plaque d'extrémité de sous-poutre (404) et une plaque centrale sphérique (407) ; la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401), la plaque d'entretoise de sous-poutre (402), la plaque de recouvrement inférieure de sous-poutre (403) et la plaque d'extrémité de sous-poutre (404) forment une structure du type boîte ; et la plaque centrale sphérique (407) est connectée à la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401) au moyen d'un boulon (411) ;
    le dispositif de tige de suspension (8) comprend une tige de suspension (801), deux axes ronds de tige de suspension (803) et deux axes de blocage (804), dans lequel deux extrémités de la tige de suspension (801) sont respectivement munies d'un premier trou traversant de tige de suspension et d'un second trou traversant de tige de suspension ;
    le châssis (2) est muni d'un premier trou de connexion de tige de suspension, et la sous-poutre est munie d'un second trou de connexion de tige de suspension ;
    une extrémité de la tige de suspension (801) est connectée au châssis (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe rond de tige de suspension (803) qui pénètre au travers du premier trou traversant de tige de suspension et du premier trou de connexion de tige de suspension ;
    une autre extrémité de la tige de suspension (801) est connectée à la sous-poutre (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un autre axe rond de tige de suspension (803) qui pénètre au travers du second trou traversant de tige de suspension et du second trou de connexion de tige de suspension ;
    une extrémité de chaque axe rond de tige de suspension (803) est munie d'un trou d'axe de blocage (8031) ; et
    chaque axe de blocage (804) pénètre au travers de chaque trou d'axe de blocage (8031) ;
    une douille (802) est agencée entre chaque trou traversant de tige de suspension et chaque axe rond de tige de suspension (803) ;
    chaque axe rond de tige de suspension (803) est muni d'une gorge annulaire (8032) qui présente une surface en arc concave ;
    la paroi interne de la douille (802) est munie d'une surface incurvée convexe adaptée à la gorge annulaire (8032) de chaque axe rond de tige de suspension (803) ;
    le bogie de véhicule ferroviaire comprend en outre deux dispositifs de traction longitudinale (7), dans lequel chaque dispositif de traction longitudinale (7) comprend une tige de traction longitudinale ; dans lequel :
    le châssis (2) comprend une première poutre latérale (2031) et une seconde poutre latérale (2032) qui sont agencées en parallèle ;
    une extrémité de la sous-poutre (4) est connectée à la première poutre latérale (2031) par l'intermédiaire de la tige de traction longitudinale (701), et l'autre extrémité de la sous-poutre (4) est connectée à la seconde poutre latérale (2032) par l'intermédiaire de la tige de traction longitudinale (702) ; une première console de montage de tige de tirage (440) et une deuxième console de montage de tige de tirage (441) pour assurer une fonction de charnière pour les tiges de traction longitudinale (701 ; 702) sont respectivement agencées sur les deux côtés de la sous-poutre (4) dans la direction de longueur ;
    la première poutre latérale (2031) est munie d'une troisième console de montage de tige de tirage (270) pour assurer une fonction de charnière pour la tige de traction longitudinale (701), et la seconde poutre latérale est munie d'une quatrième console de montage de tige de tirage (271) pour assurer une fonction de charnière pour la tige de traction longitudinale (702) ; et la troisième console de montage de tige de tirage (270) et la quatrième console de montage de tige de tirage (271) sont distribuées sur deux côtés de la sous-poutre (4) ; dans lequel :
    le châssis (2) comprend en outre une première poutre transversale (2021) et une seconde poutre transversale (2022) qui sont agencées entre la première poutre latérale (2031) et la seconde poutre latérale (2032) ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la première poutre transversale (2021) est munie d'au moins une première butée longitudinale (1401) ;
    la seconde poutre transversale (2022) est munie d'au moins une seconde butée longitudinale (1402) ; et
    la sous-poutre (4) est positionnée entre la première butée longitudinale (1401) et la seconde butée longitudinale (1402) ; dans lequel :
    la sous-poutre (4) est munie de plaques d'usure de butée longitudinale au niveau des positions qui correspondent à la première butée longitudinale (1401) et à la seconde butée longitudinale (1402), pour une interaction respectivement avec la première butée longitudinale (1401) et la seconde butée longitudinale (1402).
  2. Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une partie intermédiaire de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401) dans la direction de longueur est munie d'un trou de montage de plaque centrale, le trou de montage de plaque centrale est adapté à la surface sphérique de la plaque centrale sphérique (401) ; et la plaque centrale sphérique (401) est agencée dans le trou de montage de plaque centrale.
  3. Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le châssis (2) comprend en outre un premier dispositif de connexion de tige de suspension (205), et le premier dispositif de connexion de tige de suspension (205) comprend une console de montage de tige de suspension (2051) et une tige de connexion (2052) ; la console de montage de tige de suspension (2051) est connectée au dispositif de tige de suspension (8) ; et chaque poutre latérale prise parmi la première poutre latérale (2031) et la seconde poutre latérale (2032) est munie d'un trou traversant (2011), et la tige de connexion (2052) du premier dispositif de connexion de tige de suspension (205) pénètre au travers des trous traversants (2011) et est connectée à la première poutre transversale (2031) ou à la seconde poutre transversale (2032).
  4. Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401) est également munie d'une console de montage de palier latéral (406), et le côté de la console de montage de palier latéral (406) qui est proche de la plaque d'extrémité de sous-poutre (404) est muni d'une butée transversale (408) ;
    la plaque d'extrémité de sous-poutre (404) est munie d'un second dispositif de connexion de tige de suspension (405) qui est connecté au dispositif de tige de suspension (8) ; et
    la première console de montage de tige de tirage (440) et la deuxième console de montage de tige de tirage (441) sont agencées sur la plaque d'entretoise de sous-poutre (402) et la plaque de recouvrement inférieure de sous-poutre (403) ou les joints de la plaque d'entretoise de sous-poutre (402) et de la plaque de recouvrement inférieure de sous-poutre (403).
  5. Bogie de véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401) est munie d'une surface de montage (4011) pour monter la console de montage de palier latéral (406), la surface de montage (4011) est une surface en arc concave, tandis que la surface de montage de la console de montage de palier latéral (406) est une surface en arc convexe adaptée à la surface en arc concave de la plaque de recouvrement supérieure de sous-poutre (401).
