Claims (12)

  1. Procédé destiné à la fabrication d'un élément de construction réfléchissant, dans lequel ledit procédé, en partant d'un moule, comprend les étapes dans lesquelles on procure dans ce dernier un film principalement non lié ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler un feuil sec qui contient des particules réfléchissantes, et dans lesquelles on procure par-dessus ledit feuil une couche de liaison ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler un feuil frais et dans lesquelles on applique par-dessus ce dernier un matériau qui forme la partie structurelle de l'élément de construction ; dans lequel le feuil frais comprend des billes de verre et/ou des particules qui rendent rugueux ou des moyens qui rendent rugueux et en ce que le film non lié ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler le feuil sec comprend des billes de verre ; dans lequel, en ce qui concerne les billes de verre, il s'agit d'un mélange de billes de verre dont les diamètres se situent entre 125 µm et 850 µm.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le feuil sec contient également des particules qui rendent rugueux ou des moyens qui rendent rugueux, dans une proportion telle que le feuil sec contient entre 70 % et 80 % de billes de verre et entre 30 % et 20 % de particules qui rendent rugueux ou de moyens qui rendent rugueux, respectivement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le feuil sec contient, pour trois parties en volume de billes de verre, entre une demi partie en volume et deux parties en volume de particules qui rendent rugueux ou de moyens qui rendent rugueux, dont le plus grand diamètre est situé entre 250 µm et 850 µm.
  4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en ce qui concerne la couche de liaison ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler le feuil frais, il s'agit d'un mélange humide qui comprend du ciment et de l'eau, et du sable et/ou du gravier et/ou un autre matériau granulaire.
  5. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le feuil frais comprend du dioxyde de titane.
  6. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le feuil frais comprend, pour quatre parties en volume de ciment, à titre principal une partie en volume de sable, deux parties en volume d'eau ou une quantité en fonction des nécessités, à titre principal une partie en volume de dioxyde de titane, entre deux et quatre parties en volume de billes de verre dont les diamètres se situent entre 125 µm et 850 µm, et entre une demie et deux parties en volume de particules de verre brisé dont le plus grand diamètre se situe entre 250 µm et 850 µm, à titre de moyen qui rend rugueux.
  7. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau qui forme la partie structurelle de l'élément de construction représente du béton ou une matière plastique.
  8. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film principalement non lié ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler le feuil sec de particules réfléchissantes possède une épaisseur qui s'élève à au moins 1 mm.
  9. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film principalement non lié ou ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler le feuil sec de particules réfléchissantes possède une épaisseur qui s'élève à au moins 2 mm.
  10. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liaison possède une épaisseur qui s'élève à au moins 5 mm.
  11. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liaison possède une épaisseur qui s'élève à au moins 8 mm.
  12. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moule est soumis à des vibrations et/ou à une compression avant et/ou après l'application du matériau qui forme la partie structurelle de l'élément de construction et qui est constitué de béton ou d'une matière plastique.
