Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines reflektierenden Konstruktionselements, wobei das Verfahren, ausgehend von einer Gussform, die Schritte des Bereitstellens einer hauptsächlich ungebundenen oder sogenannten Trockenfolie darin, die reflektierende Partikel enthält, und des Bereitstellens einer Bindeschicht oder einer sogenannten Nassfolie darauf und des Aufbringens eines Materials darauf, das den strukturellen Teil des Konstruktionselements bildet, umfasst, wobei die Nassfolie Glaskugeln und/oder Aufrauhungspartikel oder Aufrauhungsmittel umfasst und die ungebundene oder sogenannte Trockenfolie Glaskugeln umfasst, wobei die Glaskugeln aus einer Mischung von Glaskugeln mit Durchmessern zwischen 125 µm und 850 µm bestehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trockenfolie auch Aufrauhungspartikel oder Aufrauhungsmittel enthält, und zwar in einem solchen Anteil, dass die Trockenfolie zwischen 70 und 80 % Glaskugeln und zwischen 30 und 20 % Aufrauhungspartikel beziehungsweise Aufrauhungsmittel enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trockenfolie auf drei Volumenteile Glasperlen zwischen einem halben Volumenteil und zwei Volumenteilen Aufrauhungspartikel oder Aufrauhungsmittel enthält, deren größter Durchmesser zwischen 250 µm und 850 µm liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindeschicht oder der sogenannte Nassfilm aus einer Nassmischung umfassend Zement und Wasser sowie Sand und/oder Splitt und/oder einem anderen körnigen Material besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nassfilm Titandioxid umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nassfilm auf vier Volumenteile Zement hauptsächlich einen Volumenteil Sand, zwei Volumenteile Wasser oder eine bedarfsgerechte Menge, hauptsächlich einen Volumenteil Titandioxid, zwischen zwei und vier Volumenteile Glaskügelchen mit Durchmessern zwischen 125µm und 850 µm und zwischen einem halben und zwei Volumenteile gebrochene Glaspartikel mit dem größten Durchmesser zwischen 250 µm und 850 µm als Aufrauhungsmittel umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material, das den strukturellen Teil des Konstruktionselements bildet, Beton oder Kunststoff ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die überwiegend ungebundene oder sogenannte Trockenfolie aus reflektierenden Teilchen eine Dicke von mindestens 1 Millimeter aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die überwiegend ungebundene oder sogenannte Trockenfolie aus reflektierenden Teilchen eine Dicke von mindestens 2 Millimeter aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindeschicht eine Dicke von mindestens 5 Millimetern aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindeschicht eine Dicke von mindestens 8 Millimetern aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gussform vor und/oder nach dem Aufbringen des den strukturellen Teil des Konstruktionselements bildenden Materials, das aus Beton oder Kunststoff besteht, gerüttelt und/oder verdichtet wird.
