Abstract
L'invention concerne un boîtier (1) pour un composant à semi-conducteurs optoélectronique (10), ledit boîtier comprenant un corps de boîtier (2) doté d'un plan de montage (20) et une grille de connexion (3) dotée d'un premier conducteur de connexion (31) et d'un second conducteur de connexion (32). Le corps de boîtier (2) déforme la grille de connexion (3) par endroits. La grille de connexion (3) présente un plan d'extension principale s'étendant de manière oblique ou perpendiculaire au plan de montage (20). L'invention concerne en outre un composant à semi-conducteurs (10) doté d'un tel boîtier (1) et d'une puce semi-conductrice (6), ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un boîtier (1).
