Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sprinkleranschlussbox zum Anschliessen eines Sprinklers wobei die Sprinkleranschlussbox in einer Decke eingegossen wird. Die Sprinkleranschlussbox enthält ein Anschlussstück aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, ein Gehäuse, welches Befestigungsmittel aufweist, welche das Positionieren und Befestigen auf einer Fläche ermöglichen, einen dichtenden Stopfen, welcher die Dichtheitsprüfung ermöglicht und ein Übergangsstück. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Sprinkleranschlussboxen bekannt, die während des Einbaus bzw. des Verlegens des Leitungssystems der gesamten Sprinkleranlage zusammenmontiert werden, was eines hohen Zeitaufwands bedarf. Der Einbau dieses Systems bedarf einer hohen Genauigkeit, da das Verschrauben mittels Zentrierteil, welches eine separate Dichtung aufweist und somit auch eine abdichtende Funktion hat, keine Höhentoleranz zulässt. Im voran genannten Stand der Technik ist ein hoher Montage- und Demontageaufwand nötig, da die Systeme durch ihre Bauweise nicht vormontiert werden können. Das bedeutet, dass eine Sprinkleranschlussbox erst direkt bei der Montage zusammengebaut wird, was viel Arbeitsaufwand bzw. Arbeitszeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Zudem bedarf es bei einigen Sprinkleranschlüssen, dass durch die Verschalungsplatte eine Durchgangsbohrung gebohrt werden muss, um das Anschliessen wie auch die Dichtheitsprüfung zu ermöglichen, was neben den hohen Installationszeiten auch die Wiederverwendung der Verschalungsplatten verunmöglicht. Dieser Material- und Zeitaufwand beinhaltet hohe Kostenfaktoren, die es zu vermeiden gilt.
Sprinkler existieren in unterschiedlichen Grössen, bzw. mit unterschiedlichen Anschlussgewinden. Die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Sprinkleranschlussmöglichkeiten eigenen sich immer nur für eine Gewindegrösse. Das heisst also, dass die Anschlussmöglichkeit nicht kompatibel für die unterschiedlichen Grössen sind und dass für die Installation unterschiedliche Sprinkleranschlussboxen gefertigt werden müssen. Auf diese Weise umfasst die Installation einer Sprinkleranschlussbox nur noch die Montageschritte vor Ort und kein Zusammenbau der Sprinkleranschlussbox mehr. Eine Sprinkleranschlussbox wird durch Befestigungsmittel, vorzugsweise Nägel, auf einer Fläche, vorzugsweise einer Verschalungsplatte, fixiert. Danach wird die Dichtheitsprüfung durchgeführt, anschliessend die Sprinkleranschlussbox eingegossen, die Fläche nach dem Aushärten entfernt, die Befestigungsmittel herausgezogen und der Stopfen durch den Sprinkler ersetzt.
Idealer Weise ist das Anschlussstück aus Messing oder Rotguss. Das Anschlussstück ist zudem verdrehsicher im Gehäuse angeordnet, damit sich das Anschlussstück während des Ausbaus des Stopfens oder des Einschraubens des Sprinklers nicht im Gehäuse dreht oder die Sprinklerleitung durch Torsionskräfte belastet. Dadurch fallen sie vor der Installation nicht aus dem Gehäuse und können nicht verloren gehen, dennoch lassen sie sich einfach in die Verschalungsplatte schlagen.
Die Erfindung zeichnet sich zusätzlich dadurch aus, dass sich in das Anschlussstück unterschiedlich dimensionierte Grössen von Sprinkler einbauen lassen. Das bedeutet, dass Sprinkler sowohl solche mit einem kleineren wie auch mit einem grösseren Gewinde in das Anschlussstück einschraubbar sind, vorzugsweise 1" oder ½" Gewinde. Das wird dadurch erreicht, dass ein Adapterstück in das Gewinde am Anschlussstück eingeschraubt wird, welches bspw. ein 1" Aussengewinde und ein ½" Innengewinde aufweist. Durch die am Aussendurchmesser angeordnete Dichtung, vorzugsweise ein O-Ring, wird die Dichtheit des Adapterstücks gewährleistet. Zusätzlich wird durch das Einschrauben des Adapterstücks auf Anschlag eine vorgegebene bzw. fest definierte Einbauhöhe, anders als bei einer eingehanften Gewindeverbindung, gewährleistet. Die eingehanften Gewindeverbindungen sind nicht auf Anschlag zu montieren, da das Dichtelement wie bspw. Hanf unterschiedlich aufträgt und dadurch nicht genau bestimmt werden kann in welcher Position das einzuschraubende Gewinde genügend tief hinein geschraubt ist bis es optimal abdichtet. Zudem mindert die O-Ring Dichtung, anders als eine gehanfte Gewindeverbindung, das Risiko der Spannungsrisskorrosion da in den Gewindeflanken kein zusätzlich gequetschtes Dichtelement in Form von Hanf und somit keine zusätzlichen Spannungskräfte wirken können.The housing is also a polygon, which is suitable for receiving the rotation of the connector. This is achieved by screwing an adapter piece into the thread on the connector, which has, for example, a 1 "male thread and a ½" female thread. Claims (13)
- Sprinkler connection box (1) for connecting a sprinkler (18) wherein the sprinkler connection box (1) is cast into a ceiling containing a connection piece (2), a casing (3) having securing means (4) which make it possible to position it and secure it to a surface, a sealing plug (5) which makes it possible to carry out the seal test, and a transition piece (6), wherein the containing components are preassembled or already entirely put together before installation and the complete part forms a component, characterized in that the connection piece (2) from a metal material and is arranged in the casing (3) such that it cannot rotate and the casing (3) has an external geometry that prevents rotation and the transition piece (6) may be cut to length in a variable manner and is fixed on the connection piece (2).

- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the plug (5) has a phase (9) which provides a seal with the oblique portion (10) in the connection piece (2) in the screwed-in condition.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the plug (5) is made from synthetic material, preferably one of the following synthetic materials: PA6, PA66, GF30, PE or POM.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the casing (3), which is preferably made from synthetic material, has an external geometry of a polygon.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a polygonal part is arranged in the casing (3) to prevent rotation of the connection piece (2).
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the securing means (4), preferably nails, are arranged in the casing (3) such that they are held in place automatically with a light grip.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that for removal from the ceiling, the nails (4) may be withdrawn through the casing (3).
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that sprinklers (18) having different sizes of external thread may be installed in the connection piece (2), preferably sprinklers (18) having a 1" or ½" thread.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connection piece (2) has an adapter piece (16) by means of which preferably the length of screwing in is defined by a stop.
- Sprinkler connection box (1) according to Claim 12, characterized in that the adapter piece (16) is sealed by a radial seal (17), preferably an O ring.
