  1. A retaining device for a fixed leaf (2) cooperating with a moveable leaf (1) for closing an aperture, said device comprising:
    a first retaining member (10) able to be secured to a first object from among the fixed leaf (2) and the perimeter of the aperture in the vicinity of a location where the two leaves (1, 2) meet;
    a second retaining member (35) able to be movably mounted on the other of said objects so as to be able to occupy a reference position (Z0) in which the first and second retaining members (10, 35) are able to cooperate together for retaining fixed leaf (2) in the closure position, and so as to be able to move away from this reference position (Z0) along a first displacement direction (N) in order to allow release of said cooperation so as to allow a opening or closing movement of the fixed leaf (2);
    a first control member (70) intended to be secured to the movable leaf (1);
    a second control member (40) able to be movably mounted on the other one of said objects in order to, during the closing of the movable leaf (1), cooperate by a cam effect with the first control member (70) for urging displacement of the second retaining member (35);
    characterized in that
    the second retaining member (35) is able to move away from its reference position (Z0) along a second displacement direction (P) opposite to the first (N) so as to allow reinforcement of the cooperation of the first and second retaining members (10, 35) for more firmly retaining the fixed leaf (2) in the closure position;
    the device comprises return means (60, 65) configured for, when the second retaining member (35) moves away from its reference position (Z0) along any displacement direction from among the first and second directions (N, P), returning the second retaining member (35) towards its reference position (Z0);
    the cooperation by a cam effect of the first and second control members (70, 40) urges a moving away of the second retaining member (35) from its reference position (Z0) along the second direction (P);
    and the first and second retaining members (10, 35) are configured for, when the movements for opening or closing the fixed leaf (2) is urged, cooperating by a cam effect in order to urge a moving away of the second retaining member (35) from its reference position (Z0) along the first direction (N).
  2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that one of said first and second retaining members (10, 35) includes a male portion able to be engaged into a female portion which the other retaining member includes, when the second retaining member (35) occupies its reference position (Z0),
    in that the male portion is further engaged into the female portion when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the second direction (P),
    in that male portion is disengaged from the female portion when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the first direction (N).
  3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second retaining member (35) and the second control member (40) are interdependent in displacement.
  4. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that the second retaining member (35) and the second control member (40) are formed in a single part, a so-called common part (30).
  5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the common part includes a rod (30) which is able to be slideably mounted on said other one of said objects, and which comprises a first end (35) defining the second retaining member.
  6. The device according to claim 5, characterized in that the rod (30) comprises a second end opposite to the first (35) and in the extension of which is formed the second control member (40).
  7. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises first and second supporting surfaces (36, 37) interdependent in displacement with the second retaining member (35), and in that the return means (60, 65) are configured for, when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the first direction (N) and along the second direction (P), exerting their return on the first supporting surface (36) and on the second supporting surface (37), respectively.
  8. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the second retaining member (35) includes at least one recess (31, 39) inside which the return means (60, 65) are at least partly accommodated.
  9. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the return means comprise a first return element (60) configured for, when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the second direction (P), returning the second retaining member (35) towards its reference position (Z0).
  10. The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the first return element (60) is further configured for, when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the first direction (N), returning the second retaining member (35) towards its reference position (Z0).
  11. The device according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the return means comprise a second return element (65) which is dissociated from the first return element (60) and which is configured for, when the second retaining member (35) is moved away from its reference position (Z0) along the first direction (N), returning the second retaining member (35) towards its reference position (Z0).
  12. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the first retaining member (10) is able to be fixedly mounted relatively to said first of said objects.
  13. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the first control member (70) is intended to be fixed relatively to the movable leaf (1).
  14. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it comprises a guiding part (50) able to be fixed on said other of said objects and on which the second retaining member (35) is movably mounted.
  15. The device according to claim 14, characterized in that it includes a bolt (80) able to be movably mounted on the movable leaf (1); and an associated striking-plate (90) which is formed in one piece with the guiding part (50), and which is able to cooperate with the bolt (80) for maintaining the movable leaf (1) in the closure position.
  16. The device according to claim 15, characterized in that it includes other return means (100) able to urge a displacement of the bolt (80) in the direction of its engagement with the striking-plate (90), and in that the bolt (80) and the striking plate (90) are able to cooperate by a cam effect in order to, during a closing movement of the movable leaf (1), cause a displacement of the bolt (80) in the direction opposite to the direction of its engagement.
  17. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the first retaining member (10) is able to be secured to the perimeter of the aperture in the vicinity of a location where the two leaves (1, 2) meet, and in that the second retaining member (35) and the second control member (40) are able to be movably mounted on the fixed leaf (2).
