Claims (14)

  1. Machine de bobinage de fil comprenant :
    une section d'alimentation en fil (11) qui est à même d'acheminer du fil à enrouler en paquet ;
    une section de support de tube de bobinage (23) qui est à même de supporter en rotation un tube de bobinage autour duquel le fil est enroulé pour former le paquet ;
    un rouleau de contact (29) qui tourne tout en établissant un contact avec le tube de bobinage ou le paquet ;
    un bras de montée-baisse (74) aménagé pour faire monter et descendre le fil, le bras de montée-baisse (74) ayant une section de guidage de fil (73) pour guider le fil, la section de guidage de fil (73) étant aménagée à une extrémité de pointe du bras de montée-baisse (74) ;
    une section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) qui est à même d'entraîner en rotation le bras de montée-baisse (74) ;
    un dispositif de jonction de fil (14) qui raccorde une extrémité de fil provenant du paquet et une extrémité de fil provenant de la section d'alimentation en fil (11) ; et
    un élément de guidage de fil (26) qui est à même de saisir l'extrémité du fil provenant du paquet et de guider cette extrémité de fil,
    dans laquelle, lorsqu'on observe depuis une direction axiale du rouleau de contact (29), une ligne d'axe de rotation (L1) du bras de montée-baisse (74) et une ligne de trajet de fil (L3), qui est formée en prolongeant un trajet de fil près de la section de guidage de fil (73) à une extrémité de montée-baisse, se coupent tout en formant un angle aigu ou sont parallèles l'un à l'autre ;
    caractérisée en ce que :
    la machine de guidage de fil comprend un pivot de montée-baisse (27) du fil à enrouler dans le paquet, dans laquelle :
    la ligne de trajet de fil (L3) forme une ligne droite, qui raccorde un point (P1) et le pivot de montée-baisse (27), pourvu que le point (P1) soit dans une position située le plus en amont dans le fil (20) établissant le contact avec le rouleau de contact (29).
  2. Machine de bobinage de fil selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    un élément de guidage de fil (26) comprend :
    une portion d'ouverture d'aspiration (35) aménagée pour aspirer et saisir l'extrémité de fil provenant du paquet, et
    une portion de bras d'aspiration (36) aménagée pour supporter la portion d'ouverture d'aspiration (35),
    dans laquelle le bras de montée-baisse (74) est supporté par la section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) de sorte que, dans une position où la portion d'ouverture d'aspiration (35) aspire et saisit l'extrémité de fil provenant du paquet, la section de guidage de fil (73) soit située plus en amont dans le trajet de fil que la portion d'ouverture d'aspiration (35).
  3. Machine de bobinage de fil selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
    une pluralité d'unités de bobinage aménagées en ligne, dans laquelle chacune des unités de bobinage comprend respectivement le dispositif de jonction de fil (14) et l'élément de guidage de fil (26).
  4. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que :

  5. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    lorsqu'on observe depuis la direction axiale du rouleau de contact (29), une position de la section de guidage de fil (73) sur l'extrémité de montée-baisse est située plus en aval dans le trajet de fil qu'un point d'intersection (P2) formé par une ligne perpendiculaire (L2), qui est tirée d'une portion d'extrémité de base du bras de montée-baisse (74) à la ligne de trajet de fil (L3), et la ligne de trajet de fil (L3).
  6. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    pourvu qu'une surface perpendiculaire soit une surface proche de la section d'alimentation en fil (11) qui est perpendiculaire à une ligne droite tracée dans une direction dans laquelle le fil est déroulé de la section d'alimentation en fil (11),
    le bras de montée-baisse (74) est supporté par la section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) de sorte qu'une direction longitudinale du bras de montée-baisse (74) soit parallèle à la surface perpendiculaire.
  7. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    pourvu qu'une surface perpendiculaire soit une surface proche de la section d'alimentation en fil (11) qui est perpendiculaire à une ligne droite tracée dans une direction dans laquelle le fil est déroulé de la section d'alimentation en fil (11),
    le bras de montée-baisse (74) est supporté par la section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) de sorte que la section de guidage de fil (73) soit située plus loin de la surface perpendiculaire qu'une portion d'extrémité de base du bras de montée-baisse (74).
  8. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    le bras de montée-baisse (74) a une portion cintrée (72a) qui est cintrée dans une direction allant vers le rouleau de contact (29).
  9. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    la section de guidage de fil (73) comprend :
    une section de régulation (71a) prévue à une extrémité de pointe de la section de guidage de fil (73) pour réguler le fil, et
    une ouverture de guidage (71b) formée en regard d'une extrémité de base du bras de montée-baisse (74) de manière à guider le fil vers la section de régulation (71a).
  10. Machine de bobinage de fil selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    une pente (73a) qui est à même de guider le fil vers l'ouverture de guidage (71b) est formée sur la section de guidage de fil (73).
  11. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    elle comprend en outre une section d'entraînement en rotation (41) qui est à même d'entraîner et de faire tourner directement le tube de bobinage.
  12. Machine de bobinage de fil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    lorsqu'on observe depuis une direction axiale du rouleau de contact (29) au moins sur un bord du paquet, une ligne (L2) le long d'une direction longitudinale du bras de montée-baisse (74) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à une ligne droite (L3) qui raccorde une position la plus en amont du fil sur le rouleau de contact (29) et le pivot de montée-baisse (27).
  13. Machine de bobinage de fil selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    la section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) est à même de supporter un arbre rotatif (77) du bras de montée-baisse (74) et d'entraîner en rotation le bras de montée-baisse (74) ; le bras de montée-baisse (74) étant supporté par la section d'entraînement de montée-baisse (76) de sorte que la section de guidage de fil (73) soit située à proximité d'une position où le fil vient en contact en premier avec le rouleau de contact (29).
  14. Machine de bobinage de fil selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    le bras de montée-baisse (74) a une portion cintrée (72a) qui est cintrée dans une direction tournée vers le rouleau de contact (29).
