Definitions
- the invention relates to a thermal insulation according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Insulating systems over the rafters for pitched roofs are known from the prior art.
- Such an insulation system typically consists of two layers of thermal insulation panels, although systems with only one layer of insulation panels exist.
- the roof formwork applied to the rafters over the whole surface is sealed to the outside by means of a vapor barrier.
- a plurality of first squared timbers are regularly spaced from each other across the rafters.
- the distances between the squared lumber serve to receive a first layer of thermal insulation boards, so that a plurality of thermal insulation board rows is separated by the square timbers.
- the first squared timbers are offset by 90 degrees, and second squared timbers are also set at regular intervals. Between the spaced second squared lumber a second layer of thermal insulation boards is arranged.
- a vapor-permeable cover film is attached on the second layer of thermal insulation panels.
- a counter battens is arranged so that it comes to rest exactly on the second square timbers.
- the weight of the covering is transferred to the rafters by the first and second squared timbers.
- This insulation system has the advantage that the rafters and the roof formwork are freely visible from the roof truss. Also, attaching this insulation system on the rafters is quickly and easily executable.
- the thermal insulation is limited by the presence of the first and second squared timbers. Also, the cost of the first and second squared timbers are relatively high.
- first and second square timbers which are also referred to as auxiliary timbers
- insulation systems for pitched roofs in which the counter battens are screwed directly into the rafters by means of double-threaded screws.
- the double-threaded screws spaced the counter battens from the rafters.
- the double-threaded screws are dimensioned and positioned so that they reliably transfer pushing and pushing forces caused by the weight of the covering and the weather to the rafters.
- this insulation system has the disadvantage that the through holes must be provided on the counter battens for receiving the double-threaded screws with screw seals.
- the attachment of the double-threaded screws is relatively expensive, since they must occupy a defined angle to the rafters or the counter battens.
- the thermal insulation consists of a plurality of insulating panels, which are cut to size from a roller conveyor made of mineral wool felt. With the cut edges, the insulation boards are supported between opposing rafters and clamped between them.
- the insulating material web resp. the insulation boards are provided with a glued lamination, which has extending in the longitudinal direction of the insulating material, protruding or foldable edge strips.
- a roof substructure for a tile covered with roof tiles.
- a thermal insulation layer In addition to the well-known locations such as a location of rafters, a wooden shuttering, which is laid on the roof saving and a vapor barrier, there is another layer of a thermal insulation layer.
- the thermal insulation layer consists of two different alternating strips of mineral wool.
- the first type of strip is many times narrower than the second type of strip.
- the first type is used to accommodate the weight of roof tiles and roof battens and has for this purpose a higher compressive strength than the strips of the first type.
- the second type is purely for thermal insulation. Although this type of thermal insulation is quickly laid on a roof, after only one layer of thermal insulation, the thermal insulation properties are low.
- the DE 44 05 748 is a composite panel for the roof interior with a rectangular gypsum fiber board and arranged on this insulating material described.
- compressible insulating material is on the insulating material-bearing side of the plate on a long side a lumber and set on a broadside acting as a spring wooden slat.
- the composite plate On the other longitudinal or broad side, the composite plate has recesses into which the lumber or the wooden lath of adjacent composite plates can be accommodated.
- the support beams of the composite panels can be fixed to the rafters of a roof substructure. Is also between the rafters insulating material, such as thermal insulation boards attached, the thermal insulation of the roof is two-ply and has accordingly good insulation properties.
- the composite panels have the disadvantage that the rafters and the roof formwork made of wood are not visible from the premises of the roof interior. Furthermore, the composite panels, since they are made of at least 4 items and recesses are provided in the insulating material, in the production of relatively expensive.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to show a thermal insulation system that is inexpensive to produce with very good thermal insulation properties. Another object is that the thermal insulation system can be attached as quickly as possible on the roof truss.
- the object is achieved with a thermal insulation according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of conductors are formed by two adjacent Verteillatten ladder-like connected to the spacer battens, wherein the spars of the ladder formed by the Verteillatten and the rungs of the ladder through the spacer battens are, and that in each case between two such conductors, the upper insulating layer consists exclusively of second heat insulation mats or plates.
- the spacer slats are formed only as rungs and do not extend consistently from one side of the roof to the opposite, is the surface the upper insulating layer, which is formed by the spacer slats, significantly reduced. This leads to an improved thermal insulation behavior of the thermal insulation. Since the sprouts are relatively short, prefabricated material can also be used for these preferably also cutting material or in the length of the sprouts. It proves to be an advantage that slats are avoided between two ladders. The distance between two conductors is thus flexible to choose and the laying of insulation boards or mats can be done between the ladders quickly without obstruction by slats.
- the lengths of the rungs are greater than the distance between the spars and correspond to at most the sum of the distance between the spars and the width of the two spars corresponds.
- the length of the rungs is thereby reduced to a minimum in order to affect the thermal insulation as little as possible and still meet the static requirements, such as a pitched roof.
- the first thermal insulation between the bars of the ladder formed from a plurality of successively arranged first thermal insulation panels, wherein the distance of the spars largely corresponds to the width or the length of the first thermal insulation panels.
- a laying of the first thermal insulation can therefore be done quickly and without effort.
- the first thermal insulation between the bars of the ladder is formed by rollable insulating material. The insulating material is laid very quickly in this case, since it is only unroll between the spars.
- the second thermal insulation between the rungs is formed from a plurality of rectangular second thermal insulation panels.
- the second thermal insulation panels determine by their length or width the distance of the spars and rungs of the ladder.
- the second thermal insulation panels are quickly fixed to the ladder. This operation is not necessarily carried out on the formwork. It is also conceivable that the ladder is pre-fitted between their spars and rungs with first and second thermal insulation panels and is delivered as a finished part to the site.
- the first heat-insulating mats or plates between the bars of the ladder on a uniform first format wherein the distance of the spars corresponds to the width of the first heat-insulating mats or plates.
- a ladder equipped with first and second thermal insulation panels forms a unit without overhang. Between the individual ladders it is possible to vary the distance and to provide one or more insulating layers. This provides maximum flexibility. In the event that the ends of the rungs slightly overhang or undershoot the outer sides of the spars, these distances are compensated by the elasticity of the insulating material.
- the second heat insulation mats or plates between the rungs have a uniform second format, wherein the distance of the rungs corresponds to the width of the second heat insulation mats or plates.
- the second heat insulation mats or plates can be quickly attached between the rungs. This manufacturing step can be done on site. As already stated above, however, it is also conceivable that the ladders are supplied with first and second heat-insulating mats or plates fitted to the construction site.
- the first and second thermal insulation panels have the same format and both the spacing of the spars and the distance between the rungs corresponds to the plate width.
- the first and second thermal insulation panels can thereby be cut quickly and inexpensively in the same dimensions.
- the distance between two conductors corresponds to the plate length of the first thermal insulation panel.
- the thickness of the first heat-insulating mats or plates corresponds to the height of the spars, advantageously results in a flat surface on which the second heat-insulating mats or plates can be quickly attached.
- the thickness of the second heat-insulating mats or panels corresponds approximately to the height of the rungs means that the second insulating layer is also flat on which another roof structure can easily be attached.
- the upper and lower insulating layers are formed by thermal insulation whose thickness corresponds to the sum of the thicknesses of the first and second thermal insulation layers.
- the first and second thermal insulation mats or panels have a width of an upper value of 800 mm, preferably 700 mm and more preferably 600 mm and a lower value of 400 mm, preferably 500 mm and more preferably 550 mm and their lengths have an upper value of 1200 mm, preferably of 1100 mm and particularly preferably of 1000 mm and a lower value of 800 mm, preferably of 900 mm and particularly preferably of 950 mm.
- the format of the first and second thermal insulation mats or plates is uniform and the plate width 30 to 50, preferably 40 cm less than the plate length. This is of importance, since this dimension difference results in common lengths for the rungs, since these correspond to the length of the thermal insulation mats or plates.
- FIG. 1 is a thermal insulation, which is generally designated by the reference numeral 11, shown for laying on a formwork, in particular the formwork 13 of a pitched roof.
- the formwork 13 is preferably made of wooden boards.
- the formwork 13 and the other roof layers, in particular the insulation 11 and a roofing are supported by rafters 15.
- the thermal insulation according to the invention is particularly suitable when the rafters 15 and the formwork 13 are to be visible from the attic.
- a vapor barrier 17 is applied over the entire area in the form of film webs to reliably protect the formwork from moisture.
- a lower insulating layer 19 is arranged.
- the lower insulating layer 19 is formed from a plurality of distributing battens 21 and a first thermal insulation, which is provided between the distributing battens 21.
- the distribution battens 21 are arranged transversely to the rafters 15 and preferably have a width of 200 mm.
- the first thermal insulation is preferably formed from the first heat-insulating panels 23, which preferably have a length of 1000 mm and a width of 600 mm.
- the thermal insulation panels 23 are arranged lengthwise in the rail gap and close with their longitudinal edges with the bars 21 flush. Also conceivable would be any other length or width dimension.
- the width of the spars 21 is 200 mm in order to reach the sum of 1000 mm together with the width of the first heat-insulating plate 23. It would also be possible to use heat-insulating rolling stock instead of the first thermal insulation panels. It goes without saying that the height of the first thermal insulation panels 23 largely corresponds to the height of the distributing battens 21, in order to achieve the best possible first thermal insulation.
- An upper insulating layer 22 is composed of spacer battens 27 and the second thermal insulation panels 25 together.
- the spacer battens 27 span the distribution battens 21 transversely and correspond in their length as far as possible to the sum of the width of the first heat-insulating panel 23 arranged underneath and the widths of the distribution battens 21, between which the thermal insulation board 23 is arranged. How out FIG. 1 is recognizable, 21 spars 21 and by the spacer slats 27 sprouts 27 a plurality of conductors 29 are formed by the distribution battens.
- the upper insulating layer is preferably formed of impact-resistant second thermal insulation panels 25, which also have a length of 1000 mm and a width of 600 mm.
- the second thermal insulation panels 25 span the spars 21 and close with their longitudinal edges flush with adjacent rungs 27 from.
- the height of the second thermal insulation panels corresponds approximately to the height of the rungs 27, to also form a plane as possible upper insulating layer 22.
- the ladders 29 are accordingly filled between their spars 21 with first thermal insulation panels 23 and between their sprouts 27 with second thermal insulation panels 25.
- the spacer slats do not run continuously from the eaves to the ridge of a pitched roof. As a result, not only can costs be saved, but also the insulating behavior of the upper insulating layer 22 can be substantially improved, since its surface is formed predominantly of second thermal insulation panels 25.
- rung lengths have a standard size of 1000 mm.
- prefabricated spacer battens with the appropriate length or else waste slats can be used as rungs 27.
- the rungs 27 are not bound to a position directly above the rafters 15, but take the position that is predetermined by the thermal insulation panels 25 between the rungs 27.
- first and second thermal insulation panels 23, 25 may be arranged. But it is also possible to deploy a single layer of insulation between the conductors. Thus, it is also conceivable, heat-insulating role goods or plate goods, the amount of the sum of the height of the thermal insulation panels 23, 25 corresponds to arrange between the conductors 29.
- the sprouts 27 do not have to close exactly with the outer edges of the spars 21, but can also be made somewhat shorter, it is only essential that the sprouts 27 still have a stable support on the spars 21. The distance between the outer edges of the spars and the ends of the rungs can be compensated by elastic insulating material.
- the upper thermal insulation panels 25 protrude beyond the lower thermal insulation panels 23 in their length or width by the distance described above and so a closed upper insulating layer is achieved.
- the distance between two conductors is freely selectable and is limited only by the length or width of the insulating material and static requirements.
- thermal insulation panels 23,25 are used.
- the upper insulating layer 22 is typically covered with a vapor permeable lower roof sheet 31.
- a counter battens 33 which serves to hold a cover, not shown, is fixed to the rungs 27. The weight of the covering is reliably transmitted by the rungs 27 and the spars 21 on the rafters 15.
