Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour préparer un tapis en velours, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a) aiguilleter une voile/Malifleece (1) sur une courroie brosse (3) avec une aiguilleteuse (2), une voile de poils/de support étant tirée dans ladite courroie brosse (3) et partiellement retirée de manière que les fibres de la voile de poils/de support se situent dans le plan de la courroie brosse (3),
    a1) appliquer une autre voile/Malifleece (1), notamment une voile de poils/de support, sur l'envers de ladite voile/Malifleece (1) entre une première et une deuxième unité d'aiguille (2) pour augmenter la densité de fibres et pour augmenter la stabilité des poils,
    b) séparer la voile (1) de la courroie brosse (3) au moyen d'une brosse circulaire (4), et simultanément à
    c) brosser le côté des poils avant d'ouvrir les boucles, et après l'étape c), asperger l'envers de la voile/Malifleece (1) avec de l'eau, sécher et intégrer.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on brosse le côté des poils de la voile (1) contre les poils dans l'étape c) pour redresser les fibres, et que l'on coupe les fibres protubérantes.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une voile/Malifleece (1) et/ou une voile de poils/de support (4), qui comporte des fibres de PP, PES, PA ou des mélanges de ceux-ci.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une voile/Malifleece (1) et/ou un fil poil dont les fibres ont un denier compris entre 3,3 et 11 dtex.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une voile de poils/de support (4) densifiée en tant que voile/Malifleece (1), notamment une voile/Malifleece (1) ayant un rapport de la résistance dans la direction longitudinale à la résistance dans la direction transversale de 1,0/1,2-1,4.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique une autre voile/Malifleece (1), notamment une voile de poils/de support, sur le coté de la voile/Malifleece (1) opposé à la courroie brosse (3), notamment entre une première et une deuxième unité d'aiguille (2), entre les étapes a) et b).
