Claims (16)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer une bande textile aiguilletée de velours feutré, à partir d'une bande porteuse en matière textile et d'une matière fibreuse textile qui diffère des fibres de la bande porteuse quant à la teinte et/ou la forme et/ou la matière et/ou le degré de finesse et/ou l'orientation de ses fibres, et qu'on dépose sur la face dorsale de la bande porteuse en appui sur un support, pour la pousser par aiguilletage à travers la bande porteuse jusqu'à la faire apparaître de manière visible sur la face antérieure de la bande porteuse en appui sur son support, caractérisé en ce qu'on prend une nappe de matière fibreuse en bande déjà aiguilletée pour la structurer par aiguilletage, afin d'obtenir une bande de velours constituant la bande porteuse, en opérant à plat sur un support formé par une bande de tapis-brosse qui présente une face d'appui homogène matérialisée par les pointes des poils de brosse, en ce qu'on dépose ensuite sur la bande de velours la matière fibreuse textile, suivant au moins une disposition permettant de réaliser un dessin, soit sous forme d'une nappe fibreuse couvrant toute la surface à traiter, soit sous forme de pièces séparées, et en ce qu'on effectue alors sur la bande ainsi préparée et en appui sur la bande de tapis-brosse une nouvelle passe d'aiguilletage, pour agir sur les fibres déposées sur la bande de velours en les poussant à travers cette bande, jusqu'à les faire apparaître de manière visible sur la face inférieure de la bande de velours, en boucles dont les sommets se trouvent sensiblement dans le plan de la face inférieure de la bande de velours.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande porteuse est constituée par une nappe fibreuse en désordre aiguilletée au préalable.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande porteuse est constituée par une nappe fibreuse en bande aiguilletée au préalable dont les fibres sont essentiellement orientées dans le sens de la longueur de la bande.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande porteuse est constituée par une nappe fibreuse en bande aiguilletée au préalable, dont les fibres ont une orientation sensiblement transversale par rapport à la bande.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1,2,3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose sur la bande porteuse au moins une autre bande formée par une nappe fibreuse et couvrant toute la surface de la bande porteuse.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1,2,3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose sur la bande porteuse des rubans découpés dans une ou plusieurs autres nappes fibreuses en bandes.
  7. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose à plat sur la bande porteuse une série de pièces séparées découpées dans une nappe fibreuse en bande et présentant chacune la forme géométrique voulue.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les libres des nappes fibreuses déposées sur la bande porteuse ou les libres des pièces séparées découpées dans ces nappes sont orientées transversalement par rapport aux libres de la bande porteuse.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la première passe d'aiguilletage on utilise des aiguilles en couronnes et/ou des aiguilles en fourches.
  10. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on fixe sur la bande porteuse la matière fibreuse déposée sur cette bande, en opérant par aiguilletage ou par aspiration, sous l'effet d'une dépression appliquée sous la bande porteuse.
  11. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on traite la nappe fibreuse en bande aiguilletée au préalable en lui appliquant avant sa structuration et d'une manière connue un effet d'étirage en fonction de l'orientation des fibres contenues dans cette nappe, ou dans d'autres directions.
  12. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour la dernière passe d'aiguilletage de la bande, on utilise des aiguilles en fourches montées de telle manière que les plans des fourches des aiguilles sont orientés transversalement par rapport à la direction des fibres destinées à être saisies en boucles dont les sommets se trouvent poussés à travers la bande porteuse.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que pour la dernière passe d'aiguilletage, en plus des aiguilles en fourches, on emploie aussi des aiguilles en couronnes.
  14. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles de la dernière passe d'aiguilletage sont montées par groupes ou par zones sur au moins une barre à aiguilles pouvant être animée d'un mouvement alternatif vers le haut et vers le bas.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles utilisées pour la dernière passe d'aiguilletage sont montées sur chacune des barres porte-aiguilles du système d'aiguilletage suivant une disposition qui correspond au dessin à réaliser.
  16. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la dernière passe d'aiguilletage, on peut faire varier la distance des aiguilles par rapport à la surface matérialisée par les pointes des poils de brosse à l'aide d'un dispositif mécanique, électrique ou hydraulique, cette variation pouvant même avoir lieu pendant le fonctionnement.
