Definitions

  • the invention relates to a displacement device for rotatably supported separating elements and a device provided with this displacement device according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and 16, respectively.
  • a piece of furniture with a displacement device by means of which a rotatably held on a stop profile door from a use position is retractable into a door compartment, which has at least one side wall.
  • the stop profile is held by a scissors cross, which has two mutually hinged scissor elements when entering the door compartment and when extending in a vertical position.
  • One of the two scissors elements is rotatably supported by the upper end at the top of the stop profile on a scissor bearing and rotatably supported by the lower end within the door compartment in a guide device and vertically.
  • the second scissor element is rotatable with the upper end within the door compartment in an anchorage and held rotatably and vertically displaceable with the lower end on the underside of the stop profile.
  • scissor elements When sinking and extending the door remain the upper ends of the Therefore, scissor elements always at the same height, while the lower ends are moved vertically.
  • the pivot points at the ends of the scissor elements ideally always form a rectangle.
  • an upper and a lower rail are provided, along which the stop profile is guided by means of guide plates to prevent twisting and jamming of the scissors cross.
  • the stopper profile is not vertically aligned.
  • the anchoring provided on the inside of the side wall is connected by means of a first and a second screw to an adjusting part provided on the outside of the side wall, whereby a clamping connection is formed. After releasing the clamping connection, the anchoring and the adjusting part are rotatable about the first screw held stationary, while the second screw is displaceable in a cavity of the side wall.
  • the adjustment requires access to the provided on the side wall adjustment part, which must be solved and rotated.
  • care must be taken that the stop profile and the door are actually tilted to the required extent. It may be necessary to readjust several times.
  • the door with the stop profile does not tip forward after loosening the screws and entrains the anchoring and adjusting part. After loosening the screws, the door must therefore be held and the setting gradually changed and checked. This results in a considerable effort for precise adjustment of the device.
  • the respective securing the clamping connection by means of the third screw also causes effort and after several adjustments in which the third screw was positioned at adjacent locations, is hardly reliable.
  • the door compartment limiting side wall is not freely accessible. This, for example, when the cabinet is pending on the side of a building wall. In this case, the cabinet must be pushed forward to make the adjustment. Furthermore, it is possible that the cabinet is free and the side wall is freely visible. In this case, the adjusting part with the screws appears disturbing.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved displacement device for rotatably held separating elements and provided with this displacement device furniture.
  • the displacement device serves to hold a separating element, which is rotatably connected to a stop profile, which is held by a first scissor element of a scissors cross slidably fixed by a second scissor element of the scissors cross on a scissor bearing.
  • the scissors bearing has a profile adapted to the stop profile and connectable with this profile body, which is connected via a profile part hingedly connected to the first end of a Justierhebels whose second end piece is rotatably connected to the second scissor element and on the other hand held by an adjusting bolt whose threaded shaft is rotatably mounted in a threaded channel of the profile body.
  • the distance between the scissor bearing held on the stop profile and the second scissor element and thus the inclination of the stop profile can be set optionally.
  • the scissor bearing connected to the second scissor element is fastened to the upper side of the abutment profile, while the first scissor element is displaceably guided on the underside of the abutment profile. If the user notices that the separating element is tilting downwards, he can reduce the distance between the scissor bearing and thus the upper side of the stop profile and the associated end piece of the second scissor element. If the displacement device is mounted in a piece of furniture and the separating element is retractable in a door compartment, then the separating element can be completely pulled out and accessed on the adjusting bolts in order to carry out the required adjustment.
  • the adjustment can therefore be made directly to the stop profile and need not be performed at a remote end of the scissors cross, as required in the subject of [1]. In this case, no clamping device must be loosened and tightened again after the adjustment.
  • the separator does not need to be held during the adjustment process, but can be adjusted under load. The adjustment therefore takes place under load with minimal effort to the millimeter. A readjustment is not necessary because no load change takes place after completion of the adjustment process.
  • the recording of the adjusting bolt serving threaded passage passes through the profile body, preferably the profile part connected to the adjusting lever, from the scissors cross facing back to the front.
  • the adjusting bolt can therefore be detected and operated from the front side of the profile body.
  • the adjusting bolt on the front side preferably has a tool opening, for example an inner hexagon, into which a tool can be inserted.
  • the set screw can be detected and rotated in this preferred embodiment, for example with a hex key.
  • the adjusting bolt has a bolt head on the end facing the adjusting lever, which is rotatably held in a receiving opening provided in the adjusting lever.
  • the adjusting pin does not press on one side of the adjusting lever, but holds it firmly and leads him to the desired position by the user, forward or backward.
  • the adjusting lever on the second end piece on a mounting tab through which a connected to the second scissor element bearing screw is guided.
  • the mounting tab preferably has an elongated opening along which the shank of the bearing screw is displaceable during the adjustment process. In this way, the shank of the bearing screw can change its position within the mounting lug, whereby blocking is prevented.
  • a guide nose is preferably provided, which is guided in a guide channel, which is provided in a find piece of the profile part. In this way it is ensured that the adjusting lever is rotatable only in one plane.
  • the profile body of the scissors bearing preferably has an optionally provided with retaining elements, such as retaining claws and retaining strips, L-profile or U-profile and threaded holes in which fixing screws are rotatable against the stop profile to wedge the stop profile and the profile body each other.
  • retaining elements such as retaining claws and retaining strips, L-profile or U-profile and threaded holes in which fixing screws are rotatable against the stop profile to wedge the stop profile and the profile body each other.
  • the scissors cross is preferably relieved.
  • a drive with wheels which are guided on a running rail, is mounted on the upper end of the stop profile for this purpose.
  • the weight of the separator is therefore carried by the drives, while the remaining torque is absorbed by the significantly relieved scissors cross.
  • the essential factor here is again the correct adjustment of the height of the stop profile held by the drive.
  • the optimal function of the displacement device is namely guaranteed only if all elements are properly matched. It is therefore again of central importance that the height of the stop profile can be precisely adjusted relative to the running perpendicular to the running rail with simple measures. It should be avoided that the drive must be released from the stop profile and moved, which would make a simple and precise adjustment virtually impossible.
  • the body of the drive therefore has a housing in which an actuating element is mounted vertically displaceable.
  • an actuating element At the top of the actuating element is a support lever, on which the two wheels are fixed by means of wheel axles, preferably rotatably supported.
  • the use of the rotatable support lever results in optimal load distribution on both wheels. Regardless of the inclination of the recording profile relative to the track rail, the drive therefore always optimally performs its service. A one-sided load only one impeller, which could lead to early wear is avoided
  • the actuator preferably has a holding rod, on the upper side of the support lever rotatably supported by a central axis and on the underside of a retaining wedge is provided.
  • the upper wedge surface of the retaining wedge which is inclined relative to the running direction of the drive, cooperates with the lower wedge surface of a Justierkeils which is displaceable by means of a drive body held by the adjusting screw relative to the retaining wedge. With the displacement of the Justierkeils the retaining wedge will therefore be moved up or down.
  • the setscrew in the drive cage is parallel to the drive direction.
  • a provided with a threaded shaft adjusting screw is used, which has at each end a screw head, which are each rotatably supported in a bearing opening of the drive housing, but not displaceable.
  • the bearing openings are provided in two opposite sides of the drive housing, which is why the set screw passes completely through the drive housing.
  • the threaded shaft of the adjusting screw is held in a threaded channel of the Justierkeils, so this is moved with each rotation of the adjusting screw along this.
  • the set screw can thus be accessed from both sides of the drive housing.
  • An adjustment is again possible from the front.
  • the adjusting bolt of the scissors bearing and the adjusting screw of the drive can be operated with the same tool.
  • the drive according to the invention can be used particularly advantageously in the displacement device presented here. Since other separating elements, such as sliding doors or sliding shutters, which are suspended directly on a drive, present similar problems that can be solved with the drives according to the invention, the use of this is Drive is not limited to the present invention, but can be used with any separation elements.
  • the separating element is connected in one embodiment of the inventive displacement device by at least one hinge with the stop profile.
  • Hinges for furniture doors are known from numerous publications.
  • the life of the hinge can be significantly increased compared to a hinge where the spring rubs directly on the hinge lever.
  • a hinge is known in which a leaf spring acts on a block, for example made of plastic, which is placed on a hinge lever.
  • a block of plastic By using a block of plastic in turn, the friction between the toggle lever and the leaf spring is to be reduced.
  • a further disadvantage is that the mentioned friction between the device parts absorbs forces that are no longer available for the function of the hinge.
  • the force of the spring is relatively low on the separating element connected to the hinge, so that the functions for opening or closing of the separating element by the spring force hardly, partially or not at all supported.
  • a holding of the separating element takes place in a position of the separating element.
  • a relatively small closing moment occurs only in the closing position of the separating element.
  • a disadvantage of the devices of [2], [3] and [4] is further that the hinge position with open separating element is not adjustable.
  • the partition is therefore not aligned perpendicular to the furniture and optionally provided therein door compartment in the open position, which is why on the one hand an aesthetically not favorable impression results and on the other hand, the separating element to the Side walls of the door compartment can strike, causing disturbing noises and wear can occur.
  • the invention is therefore additionally based on the object to improve the known hinges and overcome the disadvantages described.
  • a hinge is to be created in which wear phenomena can be avoided on the hinge itself and related parts.
  • friction between device parts of the hinge and the wear of the same should be avoided.
  • the power is optimally transmitted to the associated articulated lever and which at the same time takes up little space.
  • the lever mechanism should preferably be configured such that a strong functional torque is exerted on the separating element by the lever mechanism and the spring element in both end positions, so that the separating element is automatically guided into the respective end position.
  • the hinge should be designed to save space and be mounted on any separation elements, such as glass plates or wood panels.
  • the hinge has a connectable to the separating element mounting member, in particular a hinge cup, which is connected via a lever mechanism with a stop profile attachable to the stop member, which is pivotally connected to the first end of a drive spring driven by a drive lever and with the first end of a control lever.
  • the second end of the actuating lever is pivotally connected to the first end of a mounting member connected to the mounting or connectable mounting lever whose second end is connected to the second end of the drive lever, which presses the mounting lever against the actuating lever, so that the adjusting lever and the mounting lever connecting third lever shaft is pushed away with the partition open against the drive lever and the separating element is closed by the drive lever.
  • the end position of the hinge is achieved when the separating element is open when the third lever shaft or associated parts of the actuating lever or the mounting lever strike the drive lever.
  • the end position of the hinge is reached when the separating element is closed at the latest when the mounting element, possibly the hinge cup rests on the drive lever.
  • the actuating lever and the mounting lever therefore form a knee joint at the connection point, which, depending on the position, is pressed by the drive lever in one or the other direction. In the situation in which the axes of rotation of the control lever and the mounting lever are exactly in one plane, they are pressed against each other.
  • a drive spring which has at least one present in the form of a coil spring spring assembly, which is held together with the respective end of the drive lever by a first lever shaft.
  • the stop member preferably has a first bearing body, in which the first lever shaft serving to hold the drive lever and the drive spring is mounted.
  • a respective spring assembly of the spiral spring designed as a drive spring is arranged, which presses against the drive lever on the one hand against the stop member and on the other hand with an end piece or a center piece.
  • the adjusting lever is also held by the first lever shaft.
  • the stop member preferably has at least one second bearing body in which a second lever shaft serving to hold the adjusting lever is mounted.
  • the drive spring for example, per coil pack 10 turns and a wire diameter of, for example, 0.5 mm to 2 mm.
  • the number of turns and the wire diameter are adapted to the load of the door element. It is interesting that in the inventive construction of the hinge, the spring force can be practically increased arbitrarily, without the space requirement increases significantly. It is also particularly advantageous that the spring travel or the angle of rotation of the corresponding end piece or center piece of the drive spring is very large and the drive spring thereby delivers a practically constant high force over the entire range of movement of the hinge.
  • a stop element is provided which limits the minimum distance of the third lever shaft to the drive lever.
  • a rotatably mounted stop screw is provided in the drive lever, by means of which the minimum distance between the third lever shaft and the drive lever and thus the orientation of the separating element in the open end position is adjustable.
  • a stop element is provided on the adjusting lever, which cooperates with the stop screw.
  • the mounting element optionally the hinge cup, relative to the mounting lever displaceable and fixable by means of a connecting screw.
  • the mounting lever can therefore be firmly connected to the mounting element or, alternatively, be connected in an optional position with the mounting element, whereby a higher flexibility is achieved.
  • the separator can therefore with simple measures parallel to Stop bar are aligned. This is achieved in a particularly simple manner by providing a connecting piece with a toothing and a tool recess in the hinge cup, into which a toothed tool can be introduced in such a way that the tool toothing cooperates with the toothing of the connecting piece. After loosening, for example, provided on the connector connecting screw the toothed tool can be rotated and the hinge cup relative to the connector can be selectively moved, after which the connecting screw is tightened again.
  • the outer shapes of the drive lever, the control lever and the mounting lever are adapted to each other, so that they are at least partially slidable.
  • the mounting lever at least partially on a U-profile, which is fitted in the hinge cup and / or which serves to receive the drive lever in the position in which the third bearing shaft is guided against the drive lever.
  • the second end of the actuating lever and the first end of the mounting lever each have two adjacent, the recording of the third bearing shaft serving bearing elements which are spaced apart such that between them the drive lever against the third bearing shaft feasible and thus between Parts of the control lever and the mounting lever is at least partially retractable.
