Definitions

  • the invention relates to an adjustable guide device for a sliding along a running rail sliding element, in particular for a sliding door by means of a space opening can be locked.
  • sliding elements such as glass or wood sliding doors are often used, which are usually guided by means of two drives along a track.
  • a device with slidable along rails rails drives is known, by means of which a sliding element in front of a space opening and finally against the space opening is slidable to close them tight.
  • the drives are arranged at the top of the sliding element, which is why it can be precisely guided at the top against the space opening.
  • a seal provided between the sliding element and the edge of the space opening can thereby be contacted and compressed by a desired amount. So that this process can be performed precisely not only on the top, but also on the underside of the sliding element, a guide device is provided on the underside of the sliding element, by means of which the underside of the sliding element is guided.
  • Guide devices of this kind for example, from the US5678280A are known, usually comprise a mounting part and at least one guide part.
  • the mounting part is screwed by means of mounting screws with the bottom and positioned so that the guide member rests against the underside of the sliding element or engages in a groove provided therein and is guided in a defined plane.
  • a lateral displacement of the guide device is required relative to the direction of rotation is often provided from mounting part with longitudinal slots through which the mounting screws are passed.
  • the mounting screws are solved, for example by a turn, after which the guide device is moved within an adjustment range, which is determined by the length of the longitudinal slots. This adjustment can only be completed when the sliding element can be moved away from the guide device. As a result, it is estimated by what amount the guide device is to be displaced. The adjustment must therefore be repeated several times, if necessary, with relatively great effort, resulting in a considerable effort.
  • the US9290977B2 discloses a guide device with a guide member which contacts the underside of the sliding member, as described, with a guide member and is rotatable relative to the mounting member.
  • the guide member is formed eccentrically, rotatably mounted within the mounting member and fixable by means of a fixing screw. After loosening the fixing screw, the guide member can be rotated until the guide member is positioned as desired. Due to the inclusion of the eccentrically formed and thus relatively large guide part results in a relatively bulky mounting part. Nevertheless, the adjustment range of the guide device is relatively small and is only a fraction of the width of the mounting part. Furthermore, the adjustment normally also requires several attempts. In addition, make sure that the guide part can not solve automatically under the action of force by the sliding element.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved adjustable guide device for a sliding element, in particular for a sliding door.
  • an adjustable guide device is to be created by means of which the sliding element can be precisely guided on its underside and, if necessary, adjusted laterally.
  • the adjustment process should be easy, quick and accurate with little effort.
  • the process of adjustment is to quickly convert to an optimal result, so that multiple attempts can be avoided.
  • the guide device should then allow access as possible from all directions when it is in contact with the sliding element or the sliding door and optionally engages in a guide or guide rail on the underside of the sliding element.
  • the adjustment range should be so great that a new installation of an optionally imprecisely mounted guide device is normally not required.
  • the guide device should also be designed to be slim, so that little space is required and possibly also the non-displaceable part or the mounting part of the guide device can be accommodated in a groove or rail on the underside of the sliding element. If possible, the guiding device should not appear visually and still be easily operable.
  • the adjustable guide device which guides the movement of a sliding element, e.g. a sliding door, comprises a mounting member having a mounting body mountable to the ground, a guide member which is rotatably connected to the mounting member and which is provided for cooperation with the underside of the sliding member, and a fixing member, by means of which the connection between the mounting member and the guide part is fixable or detachable.
  • the guide part comprises a guide body which has a guide column aligned along a guide axis and a guide foot resting on the upper side of the mounting body, which is rotatably connected to the mounting body by a preferably bolt-shaped hinge element about a hinge axis spaced from the guide axis.
  • the preferably L-shaped guide body is thus rotatable about the hinge axis or about the front side of the guide foot, so that the guide column, which optionally carries a guide element, optionally can be swung laterally to move the sliding element in a desired displacement plane.
  • the mounting body and the guide body are arranged one above the other and can be made slim.
  • the width of the mounting body may advantageously correspond approximately to the diameter of the guide column and / or the diameter of the guide foot.
  • the guide device ie in particular the mounting body, can therefore be manufactured with such small dimensions that the mounting body can be completely or partially received in a guide groove on the underside of the sliding element.
  • the guide member By loosening the bolt-shaped joint member, the guide member is released from the fixed coupling with the mounting body and can be rotated as needed over a relatively wide adjustment range, which is dependent on the length of the guide foot, which can be dimensioned according to the dimensions of the mounting body along its longitudinal axis.
  • the longitudinal axis of the mounted mounting body is preferably aligned parallel to the running direction of the sliding element, so that a longer guide foot can be worn.
  • the ratio of the length to the width of the mounting body is preferably in the range of 1: 4 to 1:10.
  • the width of the mounting body is preferably not greater than the width of the guide foot, so that the total width of the guide device, when not deflected guide column corresponds approximately to the width of the guide foot.
  • the guide device is normally vertically aligned with the guide axis and the hinge axis after assembly.
  • the distance between the hinge axis and the preferably parallel aligned guide axis is preferably in a range of 5 mm to 50 mm, more preferably in a range of 15 mm to 25 mm.
  • the length of the guide foot is selected accordingly.
  • the underside of the guide foot preferably has a first structured contact surface which bears against a second structured contact surface which is provided on the upper side of the mounting body.
  • the two contact surfaces preferably have mutually complementary three-dimensional structures, so that the underside of the guide foot can positively engage in the upper side of the mounting body and the guide member is held securely even with greater force, eg wind action on the sliding element.
  • the structures of the contact surfaces are preferably selected such that the guide part can be rotated during the adjustment in steps and again positively connected to the mounting body.
  • the first and the second contact surface radially to the hinge axis extending structural elements which engage positively after the connection of the mounting member and the guide member into one another.
  • the structural elements are preferably formed complementary or inverse to each other and preferably form a waveform which completely or partially revolves the hinge axis, so that the wave crests and wave troughs are aligned radially to the hinge axis. Since the guide foot is preferably deflectable only by a maximum of 90 ° in one or the other direction and the mounting body is relatively narrow, the contact surfaces are formed asymmetrically in the preferred embodiments.
  • the number of structural elements e.g. the wave crests and wave troughs, is preferably selected such that the guide member is gradually rotatable and fixable about the mounting body with a pitch in a range of preferably 5 ° to 15 °.
  • the guide device can therefore be adjusted in a simple manner by the guide body detached from the mounting body and gradually rotated back and forth and then fixed.
  • the bolt-shaped joint element is preferably held aligned in a first joint opening in the mounting body, which is adjacent to the first contact surface or enclosed by this, and a second joint opening in the guide foot, which is adjacent to the second contact surface or coaxially aligned with the hinge axis.
  • the shank of the hinge pin preferably has a threaded part which projects into a recess in the mounting body.
  • a fixing member may be provided in the form of a nut and rotated over the threaded portion.
  • a wrench are detected and rotated to solve the guide member or to fix.
  • the tool can be guided below the lower edge of the sliding element against the fixing element to detect this. Therefore, only a gap of a few millimeters must be provided on the underside of the sliding element, which allows the tool to be guided against the fixing element.
  • the hinge axis is provided at one end of the mounting body, while receiving openings in the mounting body, which serve to receive mounting screws, are arranged in the middle and / or on the other side of the mounting body.
  • the first hinge opening is provided on an exposed cantilever which extends at one end of the mounting body along its longitudinal axis and below which said recess is provided, which serves to receive the fixing element or the nut.
  • the boom on top of which the first structured Contact surface is provided, is preferably an integral part of the mounting body.
  • the mounting member may also be modular and connected to the boom, for example by means of one of the mounting screws.
  • the mounting body is preferably connected to a circlip having an annular aperture coaxial with the first and second hinge apertures.
  • the retaining ring serves to receive an end piece of the joint element or the hinge pin.
  • the end piece of the hinge pin forms a securing part, which is held displaceably in the securing ring and prevents the fixing element, which is held secured between the arm and the securing ring, from escaping from the recess. Should the fixing element be released from the threaded part, it is held by the securing part and the securing ring and can easily be screwed back to the threaded part.
  • the guide body and the hinge element may be integrally connected or interconnected by mechanical connection means, e.g. be pressed together.
  • the hinge element or the hinge pin preferably has a connecting part, which is pressed in the first joint opening.
  • the guide body and the joint element may also have mutually corresponding shape elements, which ensure a stable connection between the guide body and the joint element. Forces acting on the guide body can therefore be transmitted directly to the mounting body, which is preferably screwed to the floor by means of at least two mounting screws.
  • the mounting body has a preferably parallel to the guide column aligned bearing shell, which adjoins the guide foot and introduces forces acting on it in the mounting body. In this way, the joint is advantageously relieved.
  • the guide column can be designed as a guide element and have various shapes and / or wear running elements, such as rollers, wheels or sliding elements, such as wing elements or coatings made of plastic.
  • the guide column can thus be a pure columnar of any cross-section, e.g. a wing shape, or be equipped with one or more guide elements which rest on one side or on both sides of the underside of the sliding element or are guided in a guide groove or guide rail provided therein.
  • the guide column preferably has an axial bore, in which a shaft is inserted, which rotatably supports a guide roller or a guide wheel.
  • the guide column is adjustable in height.
  • two or more column elements are provided, which can be screwed or coupled together and fixed at a certain distance.
  • Fig. 1 shows a sliding element or a sliding door 8, which is held by a sliding system 7 in front of a door frame 88 slidably, as for example in the US9290977B2 is shown.
  • the sliding system includes, for example, two drives, which are guided by means of one or more rails along a track and connected to the sliding element 8.
  • the displacement can take place parallel to a space opening or parallel to the space opening up to a closing phase, within which the sliding element is additionally guided against the space opening.
  • the sliding element In order for the opening to be sealed tight, it is necessary for the sliding element to be guided precisely and at a required distance from the space opening or to a door frame or frame 88 provided there at the top and at the bottom. So that the sliding element 8 is precisely guided on the underside, two guiding drives 1 according to the invention are provided on the bottom, which engage in a guide groove 81 which has been embedded in the underside of the sliding element 8.
  • guide groove 81 is open at the front. In the embodiment of Fig. 2 however, the guide groove 81 on the end face 83 of the sliding element 8 is closed. As described below, in both variants, the guide device 1 can be easily accessed to adjust it (see FIG Fig. 3 ).
  • Fig. 2 shows one of the guide devices 1 of Fig. 1 which engages on the underside of a sliding door 8 shown in a longitudinal section in a guide groove 81 in which a guide rail 82 is provided.
  • the guide rail 82 has a downwardly open U-profile, with a central piece 821 and laterally provided thereon side pieces 822, whose inner sides serve as running surfaces for guide elements 13.
  • Below the guide rail 82, which is screwed for example with the sliding element a larger space is kept free within the guide groove 81, in which the guide device 1 are wholly or partially received can.
  • a gap is kept free, through which a tool can be passed (see Fig. 3 ). Due to the advantageous construction of the guide device 1, this gap may have a low height, which allows only the implementation of the tool.
  • Guide device 1 shown comprises a mountable to the ground mounting member 12 and a guide member 11 which is rotatably connected by means of a hinge member 15 with the mounting member 12 and by means of a fixing element 16 can be locked.
  • the guide member 11 is provided with a guide member and a guide wheel 13, which is guided within the guide rail 82 and can roll on the side walls 822.
  • Fig. 3 shows the guide device 1 of Fig. 2 with the guide part 11 which engages with the guide wheel 13 carried by a guide body 14 in the guide rail 82 shown in a longitudinal section.
  • the fixing element or the nut 16 is provided in the recess 129 by means of which the threaded bolt 15 is tightened and the guide body 14 can be fixed on the mounting body 121.
  • a securing ring 126 connected to the mounting body 121 protrudes into the recess, which, however, has only a small height.
  • the nut 16 is therefore held almost directly above the ground and can be with a tool, such as the fork wrench shown, detected and rotated.
  • the open-end wrench can be passed under the front or side of the door to release the nut 16 and tighten again.
  • the guide device 1 therefore does not appear visually and can still be conveniently operated or adjusted.
  • the guide wheel 13 is within the rail 82nd guided, the guide body 14 is complete and the slim-shaped mounting body 121 is added to a substantial part in the guide groove 81 and therefore hardly visible from the outside.
  • FIGS. 4a and 4b show the guide device 1 of Fig. 2 in exploded views, with the mounting body 121 of the mounting member 12 and the guide member 11, which includes the fixedly connected to the hinge element or hinge pin 15 guide body 14 and provided with a shaft 131 guide element or guide wheel 13. Shown is also the fixing element 16, by means of which the hinge pin 15 can be tightened.
  • Fig. 4a are the device parts, subject to the fixing member 16, raised in the vertical direction, on the one hand, the guide body 141 and the hinge pin 15 and on the other hand, the shaft 131 and the guide wheel 13 are interconnected.
  • the guide body 14 comprises a guide pillar 141 and an integrally connected guide foot 142, which is placed on top of the mounting body 121 and thus is not integrated into the mounting body 121.
  • the elongate and asymmetrical mounting body 121 can therefore be made slim.
  • Fig. 7a shows that the width of the mounting body 121 corresponds approximately to the diameter of the guide column 141.
  • the guide device 1 is therefore formed very narrow compared to the guide groove 81 on the underside of the sliding element 8 and can still be adjusted over a wide range.
  • a hinge opening or joint hole 140 is provided (see Fig. 4b ), through which the shank 152, 153, 154, 155 of the hinge pin 15 has been introduced.
  • Fig. 4b shows that the shank of the hinge pin 15 has a plurality of axially displaced and mutually stepped shaft portions 152, 153, 154 and 155, which perform different functions.
  • the shaft part 152 is a connecting part with vertically extending grooves, which are pressed within the joint bore 140 of the guide foot 142, so that a stable and by the operation of the guide device 1 non-detachable connection results.
  • Fig. 4a Therefore, the guide body 141 and the hinge pin are shown as a unit. To secure and relieve this connection, a positive connection between the guide body 141 and the hinge pin 15 is also provided.
  • the guide column 141 has a coupling groove 1411 extending parallel to its longitudinal axis y, which faces the joint bore 140 or the bolt head 151.
  • the bolt head 151 is provided with a cut corresponding to the shape of the coupling groove 1411. The bolt head 151 is therefore held in a form-fitting manner in the coupling groove 1411 and can not be twisted, whereby the connection between the connecting part 152 of the shaft of the hinge pin 15 and the guide foot 142 is relieved when forces are applied.
  • the reduced diameter of the connecting part 152 adjoining the connecting part 153 of the shaft of the hinge pin 15 is rotatably supported within a joint bore 120 in the mounting body 121.
  • the reduced diameter of the passage member 153 subsequent threaded portion 154 is used to introduce into the locking ring 126, which ensures that the nut 16 after release from the threaded portion 154 can not escape.
  • the nut 16 is therefore held between a bracket 124 of the mounting body 121, which is provided with the associated hinge bore 120, and the locking ring 126.
  • the boom 124 and the locking ring 126 are preferably integral parts of the mounting body 121 or are part of modules that positively inserted into the mounting body 121 and are fixed by means of one of the mounting screws 9, for example.
  • mounting holes 127, 128 are provided in the mounting body 121.
  • the first mounting opening 127 is provided approximately in the middle of the mounting body 121.
  • the second mounting hole 128 is provided at one end of the mounting body 121 opposite to the end of the mounting body 121 on which the boom 124 is provided.
  • the mounting body 121 is therefore constructed in the manner of a springboard with a base which is mounted by means of the mounting screws 9 at the bottom and with a stable boom 124, which forms the imaginary springboard.
  • To the boom 124 includes a front bearing shell 125, by means of which at least one side a positive connection between the guide foot 142 and the mounting body 121 is effected, which in turn relieves the connection between the hinge pin 15 and on the one hand the mounting body 121 and on the other hand, the guide body 14.
  • structured contact surfaces 143 and 123 are provided on the underside of the guide foot 142 and on the upper side of the mounting body 121 and the cantilever 124, which have mutually complementary shapes, which in each case form-fit relative to the mounting body 121 in different rotational positions of the guide leg 142 can intervene.
  • the structures of the contact surfaces 123, 143 have regularly arranged structural elements which correspond to one another or are complementary to one another. For this purpose, mutually complementary depressions and elevations in a uniform shape and arrangement can be repeated several times.
  • the recesses may be openings, holes, troughs.
  • the surveys, however, may be formations, cones or wave crests. Interlocking holes and pins give good positive connections.
  • these structural elements can only be solved poorly from each other to make new adjustments. Waveforms that are well spaced from one another are therefore particularly advantageous are solvable and by means of which good positive connections can still be realized.
  • wave-shaped structural elements are provided which partially or as the joint axis x or the joint bores 120, 140, or, as in Fig. 4b shown, completely revolve.
  • the wave crests and wave troughs always run radially to the hinge axis x, wherein the expansion in the direction of the mounting holes 127, 128 at the largest and laterally and in the direction of the bearing shell 125 is greatly reduced.
  • the contact surfaces 123, 143 are therefore formed with their structural elements asymmetrical to the hinge axis x.
  • Number and shape of the structural elements are selected such that the guide member 11 is gradually rotatable and fixable to the mounting body 121 with a pitch in a range of preferably 5 ° to 15 °.
  • the structural elements are preferably an integral part of the mounting body 121 and the rail foot 142 and are coated or processed in preferred embodiments, e.g. hardened. Alternatively, the structural elements can also be provided on a module, which is connected to the mounting body 121 or the rail foot 142.
  • the guide column 141 and the shaft 131 of the guide member 13, which is insertable into an axial bore 149 at the top of the guide column 141 are aligned with their longitudinal axes coaxially with a guide axis y, which is normally aligned vertically after assembly of the guide device 1.
  • the distance between the hinge axis x and the guide axis y is preferably in a range of 5 mm to 25 mm, more preferably in a range of 10 mm to 20 mm.
  • the length of the guide foot 142 is selected accordingly.
  • the guide member 14 can therefore be pivoted to the one or the other side preferably by at least approximately +/- 90 ° outwards, so that the guide axis y, which defines the displacement plane of the sliding element 8 by a corresponding amount to the one or the other side is moved outwards.
  • Fig. 5 shows the mounting body 121 with the boom 124, on the upper side of which the first wavy structured contact surface 123 is provided, and the guide body 14 with the rail foot 142, on the underside of which the second wavy structured contact surface 143 is provided.
  • the securing ring 126 is shown with an annular opening 1260, which serves to receive the securing part 155 of the shaft of the hinge pin 15.
  • Fig. 6 shows the guide device of Fig. 2 in section along the in Fig. 7a shown section line AA. Shown are the elements of the shaft of the hinge pin 15 with the received from the rail 142 connecting part 152, the received from the mounting body 121 and boom 124 through part 153, connected to the nut 16 threaded portion 154 and held in the locking ring 126 securing part 155. Furthermore, the coaxial with the hinge pin 15 extending hinge axis x drawn. Furthermore, it is shown that the shaft 131 of the guide element or of the guide wheel 13 is inserted into the axial bore 149 provided in the guide column 141.
  • the rail foot 142 with the second contact surface 141 provided on the bottom rests on the first contact surface 123 provided on the upper side of the mounting body 121.
  • the hinge axis x and the guide axis y are spaced from each other and aligned parallel to each other.
  • the guide member 11 is held centrally above the mounting body 121 and deflected neither on one side nor the other, which is why the guide axis y intersects the longitudinal axis z of the mounting body 121, which is always cut regardless of the rotational position of the guide member 11 from the hinge axis x ,
  • the distance between the hinge axis x and the guide axis y at least approximately corresponds to the diameter of the guide column 141 and roughly on the diameter of the guide wheel 13.
  • the guide axis y can therefore be pivoted about half the width of the mounting body 121 on one side or the other, resulting in a relatively large adjustment range, by means of which can compensate for larger incorrect positioning of the guide device 1.
  • Fig. 7a shows the guide device of Fig. 2 with the undeflected guide part 11th
  • Fig. 7b shows the guide device of Fig. 2 with the guide member 11 deflected to the right.
