Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mounting device for spaced assembly of at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element on a building comprising a substructure, with a countermeasure, to which the facade panel is fixed by means of a mounting element at a distance from the building.
- the present invention further relates to a facade system comprising at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element and at least one mounting device according to the aforementioned type.
- facades In the field of facade systems for cladding walls, ceilings or similar elements of structures but also for freestanding space separation, a variety of solutions are known, resulting primarily from corresponding building physics requirements for the building.
- the above-mentioned facades are both mounted directly on building structures, as well as being suspended as so-called facing shells with the formation of a ventilation clearance. They are used in a wide range of applications where, in addition to the security against weather influences, such as rain and intense sunlight, the thermal insulation takes up considerable space.
- the known solutions in this field include, inter alia, to arrange the facade elements on substructures, which are formed either free-bearing or supported against the building. Both embodiments are encompassed by the scope of the present application.
- a solution for the installation of facade panels on a building shows the DE 219 238 A1 , in which case eyebolts are screwed into the building, through the eyelet then a fixing rod can be performed in a corresponding mounting receptacle on individual facade elements.
- the mounting rod locks so the facade panels on the eyelet, the supernatant of the eyelet above the building a rear clearance or the like clearance defined, for example, for the insertion of insulation.
- the disadvantage here is that basically only at the edges of these facade panels fasteners can be made. The use of large-scale facade panels is therefore not possible.
- Another facade construction shows the DE 20 2006 000 604 U1 in which a substructure consisting of vertical bars are mounted on a structural body and spaced therefrom via rod elements which are variable in their length. On the vertical latch can then be screwed by means of conventional wood screws facade panels.
- a very common from the prior art construction shows in principle the DE 20 2008 005 153 U1 , in which a substructure of cross and counter blades is provided on a building, are then screwed onto the facade panels with conventional screws. Again, there is the problem that when using large facade panels, the substructure is very difficult to localize. In addition, such a construction allows only limited the formation of a ventilation clearance or the like distance, for example, to use a thermal insulation.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object, a mounting device for the spaced mounting of facade panels or the like wall or ceiling elements the aforementioned type or a facade system of the aforementioned type such that an inexpensive and uncomplicated assembly is made possible in particular by large-scale facade panels to a building.
- a mounting device for spaced assembly of at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element on a building comprising a substructure, with a countermeasure on which the facade panel is fixed by means of a mounting element at a distance from the building, said Mounting counter-element has a metallic mass element, which is designed such that it can be localized by means of a metal detector through a arranged on the countermeasure element facing panel, in order to bring the mounting element accurately with the mounting counter-element in operative engagement.
- a facade system comprising at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element and at least one mounting device according to the aforementioned type, for mounting the facade panel to a building or the like construction.
- spaced assembly By “spaced mounting” is here understood any assembly of a facade panel on a building in which between the facade panel and the building a cavity, even if it is very small and only serves to compensate for construction inaccuracies is formed.
- a spaced assembly relates to a facade system in which a clearance is formed between facade panels and building, which can be used for ventilation or for receiving insulation elements, etc.
- metal detector is to be understood here in particular metal detectors, which serve the detection and localization of metal or the like electrically conductive components. They are known in particular from the construction sector, where they serve to locate electrical conductors, pipes or hidden metal parts.
- the above metal detectors usually work in the pulse measuring method or in the alternating current measuring method, in particular by the device, a magnetic field is generated in metallic objects generated in the environment eddy currents. These eddy currents in turn cause a detectable by the device signal change, which is detectable.
- An essential point of the present invention is that through the use of a metallic mass element, which is arranged on the countermeasure of the substructure, through such a metal detector through a disposed on the substructure facade element, an accurate detection of the countermeasure assembly is possible.
- the mounting element can be brought into operative connection with it by fixing the facade panel to the substructure through the facade panel.
- the assembly is also possible in the central region of the facade panels, so in the field of systems, as they are known from the prior art, the countermeasures could be difficult "hit".
- the present mounting device or the present facade system allows the formation of very small and especially point bearing substructures and in particular the training without the use of vertical or horizontal profiles.
- these horizontal and vertical profiles also serve for the simple fixing of façade panels because, due to the spatial extent, the profiles concealed by the façade panels can be relatively easily removed with a screw or a similar fastening element from the outside of the façade panel. can be met.
- Due to the design of the substructure such that the countermeasure is also detected by an attached facade panel through exactly by means of a metal detector, so that the formation of such spatially far-reaching mounting counterparts no longer necessary. Rather, it is possible to reduce the substructure so that, for example, only punctiform storage areas, or mounting areas result, on which the countermeasure and the inventive metallic mass element are arranged.
- the substructure is made of wood, plastic or a similar heat-insulating material. It is known from the prior art that it is precisely the substructure of a facing shell and in particular a heat-insulating facing shell that has a decisive share in the dissipation of heat from the building to the outside, since the mostly metallic substructures represent considerable thermal bridges.
- the mounting elements with metallic mass elements, it is now possible to produce substructures made of wood, plastic or a similar heat-insulating material, since nevertheless a precise detection of the countermeasure assembly is possible via a metal detector.
- wooden substructures is a very reasonably priced solution. Such a substructure will be discussed in more detail below.
- the mass element extends with a main extension axis orthogonal to the surface of the facade panel in its mounting position. If the facade panel is mounted on a vertical structure, so the mass element extends of course orthogonal to the building itself. However, if the facade panel arranged on a slanted to a building substructure, the mass element then extends orthogonal to the surface of the facade panels and at an angle to building. It has been found that the detection accuracy of the metal detectors known on the market can be significantly increased by such a design of the mass element. It is relevant that the larger the metallic mass of the mass element, the more accurate the detection result. Here, the mass that extends "into the depths" makes a decisive contribution. In addition, the geometric area, which is assigned directly to the facade panel or the countermeasure counterpart, decreases, which in turn increases the detection accuracy.
- the substructure comprises at least one support element which has the mass element at a free end and can be arranged substantially orthogonally with a mounting end on the structure.
- a support element is preferably a wooden or plastic rod, which can be arranged in the form of a spacer element between the facade panel and the structure and thus dissipates surface loads acting on the facade panels into the structure.
- the length of the support element defines the distance at which the facade element is arranged on the building.
- the formation of the support element made of wood, plastic or the like heat-insulating material results in a facade or a substructure, which has very little thermal bridges. Especially with the area-wide Arrangement of insulating panels between facade panels and building results in an insulation system with uniform heat insulation.
- the mass element comprises a cap of metal or the like electrically conductive material, which is pushed over the free end of the support element.
- a cap is easily pushed especially on wooden or plastic rods. Due to their orientation parallel to the axis of the support element and thus usually orthogonal to the mounted facade panel increases, as previously described, the detection accuracy, whereby the mounting element can be accurately screwed into the countermeasure in the region of this metal cap or the like.
- Especially such an embodiment allows the use of standardized and in particular in the well-known hardware stores and tool stores available low-priced metal and in particular line and pipe detectors. It must therefore not be resorted to special equipment due to the inventive design of the metal cap, which significantly reduces the installation costs for the facade system according to the invention.
- the metal cap is attached to the support element via a press-in groove.
- a press-in groove When mounting the support elements with deferred metal cap, it is so easy to postpone the metal cap on the free end and then mechanically provided with such locking the metal cap Einpressnut.
- Einpressnut instead of such Einpressnut also similar press-in depressions are applicable, which should be included here all of the above definition.
- the metal caps can of course also be glued, screwed or riveted accordingly.
- the bottom of the metal cap and / or the free end of the support element at least partially form the countermeasure element.
- a substructure can be formed, which consists almost exclusively of the substantially orthogonal protruding from the structure supporting elements.
- these support elements then the metal caps, wherein the facade panels to be mounted against the bottoms of these metal caps pressed and bolted by mounting elements, such as screws, against these floors and, if necessary, against the free ends of the support elements.
- a positive side effect here is that splitting of the free ends of the support elements is prevented by the particular grooved metal cap.
- a screwed into the free end mounting member locks the metal cap in addition; the locking here corresponds to the effect of an expanding wedge or the "anchor effect".
- the metal cap comprises a mounting plate which projects laterally beyond the bottom of the metal cap and is designed as an abutment for at least one facade panel.
- a mounting plate can also serve for mounting a plurality abutting at their edge areas or facing each other facing facade panels, if required by the on-site conditions.
- a Auflager Scheme or- element can be connected to such a mounting plate, which allows the vertical placement of a facade panel and so the introduction of vertical loads in the building.
- the cladding of a base can be formed with base projection.
- the above-mentioned bracing of the supporting element attached to the structure is preferably carried out via a retaining wire or a similar tension element, which is arranged on the metal cap and guided in particular by a hole in the metal cap and the support member from the top to the bottom and fixed there via an adjustable lock.
- a lock By such a lock then a tilt adjustment of the support element can be made.
- the support member with its mounting end in a bore or the like exception on the building such einklebbar that it protrudes with an open area of the building, wherein it has at least one outlet channel at month range, which is in fluid communication with at least one feed channel in the open area, and wherein the channels are designed such that they allow the introduction of an adhesive via the feed channel to the outlet channel and from there into the bore in the building.
- a support element is basically also possible independently of the use of a countermeasure element detectable by a metal detector.
- Any structural design in which supporting elements or similar rod elements are "pegged" in building structures and in particular glued therein can benefit from the construction shown here.
- the correspondingly designed support element has the advantage of a very precise positioning in the structure, under the definition of a special projection. Under supernatant is understood here the route or the part that protrudes the support member from the Baugroper.
- the support member can be inserted into the bore or the like recess in the building up to a desired projection and then glued by the introduction of an adhesive over the feed channel.
- the inventive design of the support member eliminates these problems, since a fixed amount of adhesive is sufficient to securely bond the support member in the bore, this amount is substantially independent of the positioning of the support element within the wellbore.
- the support element is merely to be designed so that the mouth of the feed channel in the free area, ie outside the bore, and the mouth of the outlet channel are arranged within the bore.
- the outlet channel opens in a recess in the lateral surface of the support element.
- a recess may be a recess, a groove or preferably a recess which extends in a direction parallel to the extension axis of the support element.
- the mouths of the outlet channels are evenly distributed over the circumference of the support element.
- the support element preferably has a net stocking or a similar at least partially adhesive-permeable sleeve on the final assembly area, which sleeve extends from the assembly end over the assembly area up to the free area.
- a net stocking allows, in particular at the onset of the support element in hollow block tile or the like structure with hollow bodies secure bonding of the support element.
- a scale is provided on the lateral surface of the support element, by means of which the supernatant of a support element inserted into the bore can be read.
- a scaling can be, for example, a centimeter scale, which extends from the free end of the support element, that is to say the area at which the metal cap is preferably located, all the way to the mounting area.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the facade system according to the invention 1.
- the facade system 1 comprises a substructure 6, which consists exclusively of a plurality of support elements 14, which are fastened via holes 42 in a building 4 and in particular glued.
- the support elements 14 protrude with a Montageend Scheme 30 in the respective holes 42, wherein they are fixed by an adhesive 36 in particular against forces acting parallel to the extension axis A S of the support members 14.
- the support elements 14 mounting counter-elements 8, which are pushed over in the form of metallic caps 20 on the free ends 16 of the support members 14 and secured by a Einpressnut 22, in particular against removal.
- the mounting counter-elements 8 serve as an abutment for facade panels 2, which are defined by means of mounting elements 10, designed here as screws, which are screwed through the facade panels 2, to the mounting counter-elements 8.
- the substructure 6 of the facade system 1 thus consists only of the relatively thin support elements 14 which protrude orthogonally from the structure 4, finding the mounting counter-elements 8, for fixing the facade panels 2 on the mounting elements 10, especially in the middle facade panel area problematic.
- the metal cap 20 acting as a metallic mass element 12 is provided on the countermeasure element 8, which due to its sufficiently high metallic mass enables detection by means of a metal detector 40 through the respective facade plate 2. Because the metal cap 20 extends in its main extension axis AM orthogonal to the facade panel 2, detection is also possible by means of conventional metal detectors 40 known from the prior art. Just this extension "in depth" significantly improves the detection result.
- facade system 1 which forms almost no thermal bridges between the facade panels 2 and the building 4 due to its preferably made of wood or a similar heat-insulating material supporting elements 14.
- different distances x between the facade panels 2 and the structure 4 can be realized as quickly and inexpensively.
- a tension rod 48 to clamp against the building 4.
- This tension rod is, as described in more detail below, then preferably attached to the counter-assembly element 8 and the metal cap 20.
- the installation of the facade system 1 according to the invention is carried out with the following steps: After holes 42 have been introduced into the building 4 in particular a substantially fixed grid, the support elements 14 can be used with a fixed projection x in the holes 42 and glued there. After curing of the adhesive 36, these are then loadable so that the front panels 2 can be screwed to the arranged in its free end 16 mounting counter-elements 8 and metal caps 20. These are pressed against the floors 24 of the metal caps 20 and screwed with mounting elements or screws 10. To detect the correct attachment point for the screws 10, the metal detector 40 is used, and due to the inventive design of the mass elements 12, so the metal caps 20, almost any known from the prior art, conventional metal, pipe or pipe locator can be used. In experiments it has been found that this is also the relatively cheap available in the hardware store line detectors. Especially this embodiment guarantees the very cost-effective production of the facade system 1, as does not need to resort to expensive special tools.
- FIG. 2 Shows the mounting device according to the invention in a detail and in particular in the connection region of the facade panel 2.
- the support member 14 at its free end 16, the countermeasure member 8, comprising the mass member 12, here formed as a metal cap 20, is arranged.
- This metal cap 20 is pushed over the free end 16 of the support member 14 and fixed via a Einpressnut 22.
- the mass element 12 is made of metal both in the bottom region 24 and on its lateral surface 25, which extends with its main extension axis AM parallel to the extension axis A S of the support element 14. Just this extension guarantees its safe detection of the outside 3 of the facade panel 2 by a commercially available metal detector 40 (s. Fig. 1 ).
- the facade panel 2 rests with its back 7 on the bottom 24 of the metal cap 20 and the countermoving counter 8 and is screwed by the mounting member 10, shown here schematically as a screw, against the bottom 24 and the free end 16 of the support member 14.
- both the free end 16 of the support member 14 and the metal cap 20 and its bottom 24 acts as a counter-assembly element 8.
- here serves as the mass element 12 formed Metal cap 20 as impact protection, so that the support member 14 simply into the bore 42 (see Fig. 1 ) can be taken if necessary.
- Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of the mounting device according to the invention, which differs from the embodiment Fig. 2 only differs by the arrangement of a mounting plate 26 on the bottom 24 of the metal cap 20.
- This mounting plate 26 increases the support area for the facade panel 2 (see Fig. 2 ), so that in particular in very soft facade panels 2, the impressions of the very narrow bottom 24 in the back 7 is avoided.
- such a mounting plate 26 allows the fixation of two or more abutting facade panels (not shown), in which case the mounting member 10 (s. Fig. 2 ) is not screwed into the bottom 24 but preferably in the mounting plate 26.
- the detection of the mounting plate 26 takes place here as already described above, wherein the worker then of course has to take into account that he is in the detection of the metal cap 20 through the facade panel 2, because only this is due to their sufficient mass and in particular their "depth extension" detected, upon insertion of the mounting member 10 from the detection point must move by a certain amount to meet the mounting plate 26, if desired.
- the 4 and 5 show two further embodiments of the mounting device according to the invention, in which case the support member 14 in each case by a pull rod 48 and in particular a pull wire in the structure 4 (s. Fig. 1 ) is tautened.
- the puller wire 48 is in each of these two embodiments arranged on the metal cap 20, wherein it penetrates through a bore (not shown).
- a locking element 50 is arranged for locking, which allows an adjustment of the support member 14 via an actuator 52.
- bracing 48 is on the one hand in the safe introduction of vertical loads in the building, on the other hand, but also in the additional fixation of the metal cap 20 against peeling loads, as on the one hand the puller wire 48 absorbs tensile forces and the other in the metal cap 20th introduced bore and the passage of the puller wire 48 cause a splint fixation.
- the two in the 4 and 5 illustrated embodiments differ essentially by the formation of the mounting plate 26, which in this case protrudes beyond the bottom 24 of the metal cap 20 in both cases.
- the embodiment in Fig. 4 includes at the edge region 27, a support element 29, which allows the placement of a facade panel 2, in particular with its side edge so as to initiate vertical loads effectively (not shown). Such an embodiment is preferably applicable to the connections to basement areas to the ground.
- Fig. 5 shows a relatively similar embodiment, in which case the support element 29 is formed in the region of the bottom 24. In this way, for example, two facade panels can be encountered, wherein the support element 29 again serves for the vertical force introduction of the upper facade element 2.
- Such an embodiment is in Fig. 1 shown in the upper part of the page.
- Fig. 6 shows a detailed view of the support member 14, which as already described at its free end 16, the countermeasure element 8 with mass element 12 in the form of the metal cap 20 has.
- a Montageend Scheme 30 and in particular its mounting end 18, it is glued in a bore 42 in the building 4.
- a scale 46 is mounted on the support member 14, which allows easy adjustment of the required supernatant x.
- all known from the prior art devices and methods can be used here.
- Fig. 6-8 is shown in detail the embodiment of the support member 14 according to the invention to glue it with an adhesive 36 in the bore 42.
- a feed channel 34 is introduced in an oblique bore, which is in fluid communication with a plurality of outlet channels 32, which also act as a Oblique bore in the mounting end portion 30, so the area which is located within the bore 42, are introduced.
- the outlet channels 32 open into recesses 38 which, when the support element 14 is inserted into the bore 42, form a free space between the structural body 4 and the support element 14 or its mounting end region 30.
- an adhesive 36 can now be introduced via the outlet channels 32 into the recess 38 and the free space formed thereby by means of a complementary feed snorkel (not shown), so that the support element 14 is securely bonded in the bore 42.
- the recess 38 extends parallel to the extension axis A S of the support element 14, so that the adhesive 36 distributed during insertion via the feed channel 34 and the outlet channels 32 parallel to the extension axis A S of the support member 14. In this way a secure bonding in the bore 42 is achieved. It is clear that the quality of this bond is almost completely independent of the depth t of the bore 42, almost always the same amount of adhesive.
- Fig. 8 shows one to Fig. 7 identical embodiment, wherein the structural body 4 is designed here as a porous and in particular hollow block brick.
- the cavities or the like having recesses, it is advantageous to provide the mounting portion 30 of the support member 14 with a net stocking 44 or a similar adhesive-permeable sleeve extending from the mounting end 18 to the free area 28.
- This sleeve 44 prevents the uncontrolled leakage of the introduced via the channels 34, 32 adhesive 36 on the recesses 38 also in the recesses and cavities of the porous structure. 4
- Fig. 6-8 and in particular 7 and 8 illustrated special embodiment of the mounting device can be used in principle with the use of support members 14 or other rod elements to be glued into the structure 4, regardless of whether they relate to a mounting device that has the inventive countermeasure element with mass element or not.

This object is achieved by a mounting device according to claim 1 and a facade system according to claim 15.
In particular, this object is achieved by a mounting device for spaced assembly of at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element on a building, comprising a substructure, with a countermeasure on which the facade panel is fixed by means of a mounting element at a distance from the building, said Mounting counter-element has a metallic mass element, which is designed such that it can be localized by means of a metal detector through a arranged on the countermeasure element facing panel, in order to bring the mounting element accurately with the mounting counter-element in operative engagement.
Moreover, this object is also achieved by a facade system comprising at least one facade panel or the like wall or ceiling element and at least one mounting device according to the aforementioned type, for mounting the facade panel to a building or the like construction.
By "spaced mounting" is here understood any assembly of a facade panel on a building in which between the facade panel and the building a cavity, even if it is very small and only serves to compensate for construction inaccuracies is formed. Preferably, such a spaced assembly relates to a facade system in which a clearance is formed between facade panels and building, which can be used for ventilation or for receiving insulation elements, etc. Of course, here also supply lines or similar elements can be performed. The term "metal detector" is to be understood here in particular metal detectors, which serve the detection and localization of metal or the like electrically conductive components. They are known in particular from the construction sector, where they serve to locate electrical conductors, pipes or hidden metal parts. The above metal detectors usually work in the pulse measuring method or in the alternating current measuring method, in particular by the device, a magnetic field is generated in metallic objects generated in the environment eddy currents. These eddy currents in turn cause a detectable by the device signal change, which is detectable.
An essential point of the present invention is that through the use of a metallic mass element, which is arranged on the countermeasure of the substructure, through such a metal detector through a disposed on the substructure facade element, an accurate detection of the countermeasure assembly is possible. After the localization of the countermeasure element, the mounting element can be brought into operative connection with it by fixing the facade panel to the substructure through the facade panel. Especially in the assembly of very large facade panels as in a very simple way, the assembly is also possible in the central region of the facade panels, so in the field of systems, as they are known from the prior art, the countermeasures could be difficult "hit".
In addition, the present mounting device or the present facade system allows the formation of very small and especially point bearing substructures and in particular the training without the use of vertical or horizontal profiles. As already mentioned, in addition to the static stabilization of the façade, these horizontal and vertical profiles also serve for the simple fixing of façade panels because, due to the spatial extent, the profiles concealed by the façade panels can be relatively easily removed with a screw or a similar fastening element from the outside of the façade panel. can be met. Due to the design of the substructure such that the countermeasure is also detected by an attached facade panel through exactly by means of a metal detector, so that the formation of such spatially far-reaching mounting counterparts no longer necessary. Rather, it is possible to reduce the substructure so that, for example, only punctiform storage areas, or mounting areas result, on which the countermeasure and the inventive metallic mass element are arranged.
Preferably, the substructure is made of wood, plastic or a similar heat-insulating material. It is known from the prior art that it is precisely the substructure of a facing shell and in particular a heat-insulating facing shell that has a decisive share in the dissipation of heat from the building to the outside, since the mostly metallic substructures represent considerable thermal bridges. By using the mounting elements with metallic mass elements, it is now possible to produce substructures made of wood, plastic or a similar heat-insulating material, since nevertheless a precise detection of the countermeasure assembly is possible via a metal detector. Especially the use of wooden substructures is a very reasonably priced solution. Such a substructure will be discussed in more detail below.
Preferably, the mass element extends with a main extension axis orthogonal to the surface of the facade panel in its mounting position.
Preferably, the substructure comprises at least one support element which has the mass element at a free end and can be arranged substantially orthogonally with a mounting end on the structure. Such a support element is preferably a wooden or plastic rod, which can be arranged in the form of a spacer element between the facade panel and the structure and thus dissipates surface loads acting on the facade panels into the structure. The length of the support element defines the distance at which the facade element is arranged on the building. In order to derive vertical loads, in particular as a result of the weight of the facade panels, it is possible to carry out both the facade panels as self-supporting facade panels, as well as to clamp the support element accordingly against the building upwards. This embodiment will be discussed in more detail below. The formation of the support element made of wood, plastic or the like heat-insulating material results in a facade or a substructure, which has very little thermal bridges. Especially with the area-wide Arrangement of insulating panels between facade panels and building results in an insulation system with uniform heat insulation.
Preferably, the mass element comprises a cap of metal or the like electrically conductive material, which is pushed over the free end of the support element. Such a cap is easily pushed especially on wooden or plastic rods. Due to their orientation parallel to the axis of the support element and thus usually orthogonal to the mounted facade panel increases, as previously described, the detection accuracy, whereby the mounting element can be accurately screwed into the countermeasure in the region of this metal cap or the like. Especially such an embodiment allows the use of standardized and in particular in the well-known hardware stores and tool stores available low-priced metal and in particular line and pipe detectors. It must therefore not be resorted to special equipment due to the inventive design of the metal cap, which significantly reduces the installation costs for the facade system according to the invention.
Preferably, the metal cap is attached to the support element via a press-in groove. When mounting the support elements with deferred metal cap, it is so easy to postpone the metal cap on the free end and then mechanically provided with such locking the metal cap Einpressnut. Of course, instead of such Einpressnut also similar press-in depressions are applicable, which should be included here all of the above definition. In addition to press-in grooves, the metal caps can of course also be glued, screwed or riveted accordingly.
To increase the accuracy of detection, it is conceivable to arrange further metal layers in the metal cap depending on the thickness of the facade panels to be mounted in order to increase the detection accuracy. Thus, for example, it is possible to use corresponding metal disks on the bottom of the metal cap which are then fixed there after the metal cap has been pushed over onto the free end of the support element.
Darüber hinaus arretiert ein in das freie Ende eingeschraubtes Montageelement die Metallkappe zusätzlich; die Arretierung entspricht hier der Wirkung eines Spreizkeils oder der "Dübelwirkung".Preferably, the bottom of the metal cap and / or the free end of the support element at least partially form the countermeasure element. In this way, a substructure can be formed, which consists almost exclusively of the substantially orthogonal protruding from the structure supporting elements. At her free ends, these support elements then the metal caps, wherein the facade panels to be mounted against the bottoms of these metal caps pressed and bolted by mounting elements, such as screws, against these floors and, if necessary, against the free ends of the support elements. A positive side effect here is that splitting of the free ends of the support elements is prevented by the particular grooved metal cap. In addition, a screwed into the free end mounting member locks the metal cap in addition; the locking here corresponds to the effect of an expanding wedge or the "anchor effect".
Preferably, the metal cap comprises a mounting plate which projects laterally beyond the bottom of the metal cap and is designed as an abutment for at least one facade panel. Such a mounting plate can also serve for mounting a plurality abutting at their edge areas or facing each other facing facade panels, if required by the on-site conditions. In addition, of course, a Auflagerbereich or- element can be connected to such a mounting plate, which allows the vertical placement of a facade panel and so the introduction of vertical loads in the building. Depending on the positioning of such a support area, for example, at the lower end of the protruding over the bottom of the metal cap mounting plate, for example, the cladding of a base can be formed with base projection.
The above-mentioned bracing of the supporting element attached to the structure is preferably carried out via a retaining wire or a similar tension element, which is arranged on the metal cap and guided in particular by a hole in the metal cap and the support member from the top to the bottom and fixed there via an adjustable lock. By such a lock then a tilt adjustment of the support element can be made. Here are basically all known from the prior art embodiments applicable.
Preferably, the support member with its mounting end in a bore or the like exception on the building such einklebbar that it protrudes with an open area of the building, wherein it has at least one outlet channel at month range, which is in fluid communication with at least one feed channel in the open area, and wherein the channels are designed such that they allow the introduction of an adhesive via the feed channel to the outlet channel and from there into the bore in the building.
In this context, it should be mentioned that such a design of a support element is basically also possible independently of the use of a countermeasure element detectable by a metal detector. Any structural design in which supporting elements or similar rod elements are "pegged" in building structures and in particular glued therein can benefit from the construction shown here. In particular, in connection with the above-mentioned design of the countermeasure element, the correspondingly designed support element has the advantage of a very precise positioning in the structure, under the definition of a special projection. Under supernatant is understood here the route or the part that protrudes the support member from the Bauköper. Thus, the support member can be inserted into the bore or the like recess in the building up to a desired projection and then glued by the introduction of an adhesive over the feed channel.
Although such adhesive bonds are known from the prior art, they usually have the disadvantage that the quality of the bond depends in particular on the depth of the bore. Thus, according to the prior art, holes are filled with adhesive and then the support member is inserted, in which case the adhesive between the bore wall and the lateral surface of the support element urges in the direction of the surface of the building. However, if the hole is too deep, it may happen that very little adhesive penetrates towards the outside and so the bond is inadequate. If, on the other hand, the hole is not deep enough or if too much adhesive is introduced, it is possible that either the support element can not be completely inserted into the borehole, or that adhesive penetrates uncontrollably between the support element and the bore wall to the outside.
The inventive design of the support member eliminates these problems, since a fixed amount of adhesive is sufficient to securely bond the support member in the bore, this amount is substantially independent of the positioning of the support element within the wellbore. In this case, the support element is merely to be designed so that the mouth of the feed channel in the free area, ie outside the bore, and the mouth of the outlet channel are arranged within the bore.
Preferably, the outlet channel opens in a recess in the lateral surface of the support element. Such a recess may be a recess, a groove or preferably a recess which extends in a direction parallel to the extension axis of the support element. Of course, it is also possible to guide the recess completely or partially spirally or circularly around the support element. Adhesive which penetrates from the outlet channel into this recess, so unhindered, even with a very accurate fit between the borehole and the support element, run along the support element and so stick the support member wide area. Of course, it is also possible as a recess to reduce the support element completely radially, in particular at its mounting end and its adjacent area, so that adhesive can run there almost unhindered along.
Preferably, the mouths of the outlet channels are evenly distributed over the circumference of the support element. For example, it is possible to drill in the support element circumferentially every 90 ° an outlet channel, which then preferably meets in free area with one or more feed channels, so that a fluid connection is ensured.
The support element preferably has a net stocking or a similar at least partially adhesive-permeable sleeve on the final assembly area, which sleeve extends from the assembly end over the assembly area up to the free area. Such a net stocking allows, in particular at the onset of the support element in hollow block tile or the like structure with hollow bodies secure bonding of the support element.
Preferably, a scale is provided on the lateral surface of the support element, by means of which the supernatant of a support element inserted into the bore can be read. Such a scaling can be, for example, a centimeter scale, which extends from the free end of the support element, that is to say the area at which the metal cap is preferably located, all the way to the mounting area. When inserting the support member into the hole then the worker can read very carefully with which supernatant the support member protrudes from the building.

Since the substructure 6 of the facade system 1 according to the invention thus consists only of the relatively
The result is a facade system 1, which forms almost no thermal bridges between the
The installation of the facade system 1 according to the invention is carried out with the following steps: After
