Definitions
- the invention relates to a connection profile for completing a wall made in a stand construction, in particular a Drempels or a circular wall, which is placed on the top and / or bottom end sides of the at least approximately vertically erected upright profiles of the wall, said connecting profile with two by the width of a Profile web of spaced side webs, which are interconnected by the profile web and is complementary to a U-shape, wherein the profile web is cut such that the fastening tabs are cut out of the profile web, that these fastening tabs to each of the side web with the Connecting web connecting deflecting edge are pivotable.
- connection profile is from the German utility model DE 20 2006 004 085.4 previously known.
- connection profile also relates to the problem that U-profiles are connected to create a drywall-manufactured stand wall or a wall with the floor and the ceiling of a building must and especially for this purpose in the horizontal direction of the arranged connection profile must be braced and secured.
- These upright profiles are preferably CW profiles whose names derive from the C-shape of the stud profiles in question. These profiles are then planked on one or both sides - possibly with the interposition of a thermal insulation, sound insulation or appropriate installation levels. As usual planking come gypsum boards or chipboard into consideration.
- interior and exterior walls can be made in metal or wood frame construction and planked accordingly.
- Drempel the vertical wall, between the load-bearing roof construction, so usually the beams and the top floor ceiling, so essentially the extension of the house outer wall up and under the roof. Depending on the roof pitch and degree of expansion, this wall can be made different levels. In many cases, the Drempel is only kniehoch trained, so that in these cases, there is widespread talk of a so-called "knee stick".
- the problem is how the upper connection profile, which is predominantly formed as a U- or L-profile, on the one hand to connect with the vertically erected uprights and on the other hand is attached to the usually inclined roof beams, so that in dry construction created stator wall is thereby reliably fixed.
- connection profile which was developed primarily in U-shape, has two side webs, which are interconnected by a common profile web.
- fastening tabs are incorporated in the profile web on both sides, which can each be bent about their respective articulation, so that this results in the possibility by means of these fastening straps that can be adjusted in an angle corresponding to the roof beams, to attach the connecting web to the roof beams and at the same time to connect the two side bars as intended with the vertically mounted upright profiles.
- connection profile was based on the idea to incorporate the attachment tabs on both sides of the profile web, so that always the same connection profile for attachment to a left side of the connection profile extending roof beams or if necessary right-handed roof beams can be secured by either the left side arranged mounting straps be used for fastening or arranged on the right side of the connection profile attachment tabs.
- the invention has for its object to provide an improved connection profile for a dry wall created wall, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art mentioned in principle and opens up further applications.
- the solution according to the main claim provides for cutting out the fastening tabs from the profile web in such a way that they are pivoted only at one and the same deflection edge of the respective connection profile.
- the attachment tabs are therefore not formed on both sides of the profile web, but only on one side of the profile web.
- connection profile for both left-side and right-side fasteners in roof trusses or other roof substructure, can be solved simply by the fact that the corresponding connection profile, at least after it is cut to the desired length locally, can be reversed so that the arranged on the left side mounting tabs are arranged on the right side after a 180 ° rotation about the longitudinal side of the connection profile.
- the cutouts of the fastening tabs from the profile web are each designed so that the fastening tabs bounding cut edges are at least partially removed from the respective adjacent profile web so far that the mounting tabs around the respective deflection can be easily pivoted in place to the each desired angle of the respective mounting tabs easy to adjust.
- the width of the slots is chosen so that the usual radii of curvature - can be realized - for example, to realize a stator wall - but on the other hand, the required inherent rigidity of the connection profile is maintained.
- a further cutout is machined in an at least approximately right angle to the longitudinal extension of the connection profile in such a way that this section extends as far as the respectively opposite other deflection edge of the connection profile.
- connection profiles according to the invention also for clamping in on-site adjustable radii, ie in conjunction with the formation of circular walls or other curved wall sections.
- the further cut-out incorporated in the profile web which projects beyond the other deflecting edge which lies opposite the fastening tab, is guided into the adjoining side web. This results in a defined starting point for the above-described incision in the respective side bar.
- connection profile according to the invention on site, in particular their adaptation to the respective local conditions, in particular in connection with the tension of the stator profiles to form a circular wall, is.
- both the attachment tabs and selected areas of the profile web to be provided with additional mounting holes to fix the connection profile unproblematically to a roof substructure, such as a roof beams, or on a footing for a stud wall as intended.
- connection profiles according to the invention can be manufactured by a single stamped forming stroke from a flat strip.
- connection profiles can therefore be manufactured industrially from a corrosion-protected sheet steel or plastic, primarily in a cold rolling process.
- connection profile in a preferred use of the connection profile according to the invention, a stand wall can be easily realized by a lower connection profile along the desired wall course is fixed on the ground, then an upper connection profile is fixed about a slope in the manner explained then the required uprights in the U-profile the lower and upper connection profile inserted and fixed ibenda. Subsequently, the stator wall can be planked as intended.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a connection profile 1, as it is used to be connected in at least approximately horizontal alignment with the arranged at least in approximately vertical orientation of a stator stand made in drywall construction on the one hand and on the other hand with a not shown here slope of a ceiling or roof construction.
- connection profile 1 has an at least largely U-shaped cross-section, which is formed by a profile web 2 and two side webs 3, 4 connected to one another by this profile web 2. There are by appropriate Sections 5 cut out of the profile web 2 fastening tabs 6. The fastening tabs 6 are arranged only on one side of the connection profile 1.
- the fastening tabs 6 are thus all articulated about the same one deflection edge 7, which is connected to the one side web 3 and the profile web 2.
- the incisions 5 are for forming the fastening tabs 6 from the profile web 2 to further cutouts 9 to the opposite other deflecting edge 8 reaching complemented.
- two mounting holes 10 for the need-based attachment of the connection profile 1 are incorporated in the roof construction, not shown here both in the attachment tabs 6 as well as in the profile web.
- the cuts 5 and the other cutouts 9 and the mounting holes 10 can be incorporated by means of a single punch stroke in the connection profile 1 and in principle in the same hub, the substantially U-shaped profile, are made of a flat band.
- the other sections 9 as shown in FIG. 1 be guided into the other side bar 4 on the other deflection edge 8 and, if necessary, locally supplemented by corresponding additional cuts 11, such as a conventional electric or metal shears.
- the further cuts 11 are carried out as intended in such a way that, in conjunction with the further cutouts 9, they sever the entire other side web 4 in this region.
- the overlap of the further cutouts 9 in the other side web 4 serves as a positioning aid for the further cuts 11 and moreover ensures that these cuts 11 are made at each meaningful point in the connection profile 1.
- connection profile 1 After the corresponding incisions 11 have been introduced locally if necessary, it is possible to bend the connection profile 1 by the weakening in the region of the other side web 4 in the respective desired radius such that one side web 3 has a predetermined inner radius and the other side web 4 Describes a predetermined outer radius of the connection profile 1, so that the connection profile 1 is also suitable for building a curved wall so a round wall profile in stand construction or other curved wall section.
- the connection profile 1 can first be attached to the curved course of the stud wall by means of the fastening tabs 6 on the footing.
- the stator base wall In this U-shaped profile of the support strength and wall shape according to the stand, preferably CW profiles, the stator base wall inserted and locked to the connection profile 1.
- connection profile 1 which is also pre-bent according to the course of the wall, is connected via the pivotable fastening straps 6 to a slope, other ceiling or the ceiling construction.
- the fastening tabs 6 are simply screwed or nailed to the ceiling or ceiling construction and then pivoted the connection profile 1 in total to the deflection edges 7 of the thus fixed fastening tabs 6 in the intended position.
- the uprights are determined to be at least substantially vertical and latched in the region of their front ends in each case with the top and bottom open U-profiles of each involved lower and upper connection profile.
- the stator wall construction is so simple and fast.
- connection profile 1 according to the invention in such a way that it is also suitable for fastening the stator profiles of the circular wall.
- connection profile can be used as intended to connect the required to create a stud wall stand profiles with a slope, other ceiling, roof construction or a roof substructure by at least some fastening tabs 6 are attached to the roof construction and then the connection profile 1 total is bent around the respective deflection edge 7 so that it is in a position adapted to the respective roof slope.
- connection profile for straight stud walls as well as for round walls can be used and adapted on site to the respective conditions with the simplest tools.

Description
- Fig. 1:
- ein Anschlussprofil in perspektivischer Darstellung,
