Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stollen für einen Schuh, insbesondere für einen Golfschuh, der an der Unterseite einer Sohle anbringbar ist, wobei der Stollen einen mit der Sohle verbindbaren Stollengrundkörper aufweist, wobei am Stollengrundkörper ein sich in Richtung Boden erstreckender Fortsatz angeordnet ist und wobei die vertikale Projektionsfläche des dem Boden zugewandten Endes des Fortsatzes zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, außerhalb der vertikalen Projektionsfläche des Stollengrundkörpers liegt. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine mit einem solchen Stollen versehene Sohle sowie einen Schuh mit einer derartigen Sohle.
- Stollenschuhe sind im Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannt. Dabei kommen nicht nur rotationssymmetrische Stollen zum Einsatz, wie es dem üblichen Anwendungsfall entspricht. Die an der Unterseite der Schuhsohle befestigten Stollen können vielmehr auch asymmetrische Formen aufweisen.
- Ein Stollen der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der
US 2006/0090373 A1 , aus derUS 6 705 027 B1 und aus derUS 2003/0188458 A1 bekannt. Eine andere Lösung zeigt dieWO 00/64294 - Die
WO 00/15068 A1 FR2 818 876A1 - Die Stollen erstrecken sich dabei zumeist mit ihrer Längsachse in vertikaler Richtung, d. h. normal auf die Sohlenoberfläche.
- Die
DE 30 32 268 A1 zeigt Stollen, die auch (im Randbereich der Sohle) schräg angeordnet sind, d. h. zur Seite weisen. Eine ähnliche Lösung zeigt dieDE 28 28 561A1 . - Für manche Anwendungsfälle ist es wünschenswert, dass zwar die grundsätzliche Wirkung eines Stollenschuhs erhalten bleibt, dass jedoch bezüglich eines seitlichen Abrutschens des Fußes auf dem Boden in eine definierte Richtung ein spezieller Widerstand entgegengesetzt wird. Ein typisches Anwendungsbeispiel ist ein Golfschuh, der aufgrund der Kinetik beim Schlag mit einem Golfschläger eine besondere Griffigkeit am Boden und insbesondere auf Rasen haben muss.
- Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Stollen, eine damit versehene Sohle und einen mit der Sohle ausgestatteten Schuh, insbesondere einen Golfschuh, vorzuschlagen, der bzw. die sich durch eine verbesserte Griffigkeit am Boden auszeichnet, wobei der speziellen Kinetik beim Golfspiel Rechnung getragen werden soll. Die hier auftretenden Kräfte sollen gezielt in die benötigten Richtungen übertragen werden können, um dem Fuß des Golfspielers einen optimalen Halt am Boden zu bieten. Ferner wird angestrebt, einen derartigen Stollenschuh in besonders wirtschaftlicher Weise herstellen zu können.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stollengrundkörper eine im Wesentlichen halbkugelförmige Gestalt aufweist, wobei sich ein einziger Fortsatz vom Stollengrundkörper aus in Richtung Boden erstreckt.
- Man kann also sagen, dass am Stollengrundkörper ein einziger Fortsatz angeordnet ist, der sich in Richtung Boden erstreckt, wobei der Fortsatz mit seinem dem Boden zugewandten Ende die vertikale Projektionsfläche des Stollengrundkörpers verlässt. Der vorgeschlagene Stollen zeichnet sich also dadurch aus, dass neben dem eigentlichen Stollengrundkörper ein Fortsatz mit definierte Ausrichtung vorgesehen ist, der aus der vertikalen Projektionsfläche des Stollengrundkörpers heraustritt, wodurch sich ein besonders guter seitlich gerichteter Halt des Stollens am Boden ergibt.
- Der Fortsatz weist dabei bevorzugt eine längliche Form mit einer Längsachse auf. Die Längsachse des Fortsatzes schließt zur vertikalen Richtung bevorzugt einen Winkel zwischen 20° und 60° ein, besonders bevorzugt einen Winkel zwischen 30° und 50°.
- Der Fortsatz hat nach einer Fortbildung in einem Schnitt senkrecht zu seiner Längsachse zumindest abschnittsweise eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Form.
- Der Stollengrundkörper und der einzige Fortsatz sind bevorzugt als einstückiges Spritzgießteil ausgebildet. Der Stollengrundkörper und der einzige Fortsatz bestehen dabei bevorzugt aus thermoplastischem Elastomer auf Urethanbasis (TPU).
- Damit der Stollen gut in der Sohle befestigbar ist, sieht eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vor, dass der Stollengrundkörper Verankerungselemente zur Verankerung in der Sohle aufweist. Diese können als sich in vertikale Richtung erstreckende Zylinder ausgebildet sein, die vom Material der Sohle umspritzt sind. Bevorzugt ist eine Anzahl Zylinder um den Umfang des der Sohle zugewandten Endes des Stollengrundkörpers angeordnet. Bevorzugt ist weiterhin vorgesehen, dass die Verankerungselemente an einer Scheibe angeordnet sind, die wiederum mit dem Stollengrundkörper verbunden ist.
- Eine für eine besonders wirtschaftliche Fertigung bevorzugte weiterbildungsgemäße Lösung sieht vor, dass der beschriebene Stollen Bestandteil eines Stollenelements ist, das eine Trägerplatte aufweist, auf der mindestens zwei der oben beschriebenen Stollen angeordnet sind.
- Die mindestens zwei Stollen und die Trägerplatte sind dabei bevorzugt als gemeinsames Spritzgießformteil einstückig ausgebildet.
- Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Stollenelements, mit dem eine einfache und schnelle und damit wirtschaftliche Bestückung einer Schuhsohle mit Stollen möglich ist, sieht vor, dass auf der Trägerplatte drei Stollen angeordnet sind; dabei hat die Trägerplatte bevorzugt aber nicht zwingend die Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks.
- Die Trägerplatte kann weiterhin eine Ausnehmung aufweisen, die zwischen den Stollen angeordnet ist.
- Die Fortsätze der verschiedenen Stollen auf der Trägerplatte können alle in die gleiche Richtung weisen; sie können auch in verschiedene Richtungen weisen.
- Die vorgeschlagene Schuhsohle weist mindestens einen derartigen Stollen auf. Dabei ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass mindestens zwei Stollen auf der Sohle angeordnet sind, wobei die Fortsätze der mindestens zwei Stollen in mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Richtungen weisen.
- Kommt die vorteilhafte Ausführungsform mit Stollenelement (mit mehreren Stollen pro Element) zum Einsatz, kann vorgesehen werden, dass die Trägerplatte auf dem Sohlengrundkörper festgeklebt ist. Eine Alternative hierzu stellt das Festschweißen der Trägerplatte auf dem Sohlengrundkörper dar. Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte, weil wirtschaftliche, Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Trägerplatte vom Material des Sohlengrundkörpers durch einen Spritzgießvorgang umspritzt ist.
- Eine alternative Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Stollen auf der Trägerplatte und/oder die Trägerplatte an der Sohle lösbar angeordnet sind, beispielsweise und bevorzugt mittels einer Schraubverbindung. Damit ist eine Austauschbarkeit untauglich gewordener Stollen bzw. Stollenelemente gegeben.
- Die Erfindung kommt mit besonderem Vorteil bei einem Golfschuh zum Einsatz.
- Das Material für den Stollen und insbesondere für dessen Fortsatz ist vorzugsweise so gewählt und der Fortsatz so dimensioniert, dass seine Verformung unter der Last des Trägers des Schuhs möglichst gering bleibt, so dass der Fortsatz im Boden durch Eindringen in denselben einen möglichst guten Halt findet.

- In den
Figuren 1 und2 ist ein Stollen 1 dargestellt, der auf der Unterseite 2 einer Sohle 3 eines Schuhs verankert ist. Der Stollen 1 weist einen Stollengrundkörper 4 auf, der im Wesentlichen die Form einer Halbkugel hat. Betrachtet man den Stollengrundkörper 4 - s.Fig. 1 - kann festgestellt werden, dass er eine Projektionsfläche AG definiert, die aus vertikaler Richtung V betrachtet ersichtlich ist; diese ist im Ausführungsbeispiel kreisförmig. - Die sichere Verankerung des Stollens 1 in der Sohle 3 erfolgt durch eine Anzahl Verankerungselemente 6. Diese sind im Wesentlichen als zylindrische Stifte ausgeführt, die in vertikale Richtung V weisen und beim Herstellen des Schuhs bzw. der Sohle im Spritzgießverfahren umspritzt werden. Eine saubere Anlage des Stollens 1 auf der Sohle 3 wird durch eine Scheibe 13 erreicht, die die Verankerungselemente 6 trägt und ihrerseits mit dem Stollengrundkörper 4 verbunden ist. Der Stollengrundkörper 4, die Scheibe 13 und die Verankerungselemente 6 sind als einstückiges Teil ausgeführt.
- Wesentlich ist, dass am Stollengrundkörper 4 ein einziger Fortsatz 5 angeordnet ist, der sich in Richtung Boden erstreckt. Dabei verlässt - wie es am besten aus
Fig. 1 hervorgeht - der Fortsatz 5 mit seinem dem Boden zugewandten Ende die vertikale Projektionsfläche AG des Stollengrundkörpers 4. D. h. die (im Ausführungsbeispiel rechteckförmige) vertikale Projektionsfläche AF des dem Boden zugewandten Endes des Fortsatzes 5 liegt zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise vollständig (wie im Ausführungsbeispiel), außerhalb der vertikalen Projektionsfläche AG des Stollengrundkörpers 4. - Der Fortsatz 5 ist dabei stabförmig ausgerührt, so dass eine Längsachse L definierbar ist, entlang derer sich der Fortsatz 5 erstreckt. Diese Längsachse L schließt mit der vertikalen Richtung einen Winkel α ein, der im Ausführungsbeispiel bei ca. 40° liegt.
- Wie in
Fig. 3 gesehen werden kann, hat der Fortsatz dabei im Wesentlichen eine rechteckige Querschnittsform (s. Schnitt A-B gemäßFig. 1 ). - Mit der vorgeschlagenen Ausgestaltung wird es möglich, zusätzlich zum bekannten Stolleneffekt - hervorgerufen durch den Stollengrundkörper 4 - einen gezielten seitlichen Halt des Stollens 1 am Boden zu erreichen, was durch den Fortsatz 5 bewerkstelligt wird.
- Eine mögliche diesbezügliche Ausgestaltung ist für einen Golfschuh in
Fig. 4 illustriert. Hier ist die Sohle 3 des Golfschuhs von unten zu sehen, auf der eine Anzahl Stollen 1 befestigt sind. - Ein jeder Stollen 1 hat einen Fortsatz 5, der sich in der in
Fig. 1 gezeigten Weise erstreckt. Die Projektion auf den Boden liefert die Ausrichtung des Fortsatzes 5, die inFig. 4 zu erkennen ist. Es ist zu sehen, dass die Fortsätze 5 in unterschiedlicher Weise ausgerichtet sind, d. h. nach verschiedenen Seiten weisen. Namentlich ist zu sehen, dass sich ein Winkel β definieren lässt, den der Fortsatz 5 in seiner Projektion auf den Boden zur Schuhlängsachse R einschließt. Dies ist für den mittleren Sohlenbereich inFig. 4 für drei Stollen 1 eingetragen. - Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß
Fig. 4 ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest einer der Schuhe eines Schuhpaares entlang eines gedachten Bandes 7, das sich über die Breite der Sohle 3 von der Sohleninnenseite 8 bis zur Sohlenaußenseite 9 erstreckt, mit Stollenelementen 1 versehen ist. - Deren Fortsatz 5 im Sohlenaußenbereich 10 ist unter einem Winkel βA zwischen 60° und 135° zur Schuhlängsachse R seitlich nach außen ausgerichtet. Im Sohlenmittenbereich 11 ist der Fortsatz 5 unter einem Winkel βM zwischen 135° und 225° zur Schuhlängsachse R nach hinten ausgerichtet. Im Sohleninnenbereich 12 schließlich ist der Fortsatz 5 unter einem Winkel βI zwischen 90° und 180° zur Schuhlängsachse R seitlich nach innen ausgerichtet.
- Das gedachte Band 7 erstreckt sich dabei von der Sohlenaußenseite 9 unter einem Winkel γ zwischen 30° und 90°, vorzugsweise zwischen 40° und 50°, zur Schuhlängsachse R in Richtung Sohleninnenseite 8. Weiterhin setzt das gedachte Band 7 an der Sohlenaußenseite 9 etwa mittig zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren Ende der Sohle 3 an. Wie zu sehen ist, sind entlang des gedachten Bandes 7 vier bis sechs Stollen 1 seitlich nebeneinander angeordnet.
- Die Ausrichtung der Stollen 1 in der erläuterten Weise hat den Vorteil, dass die aufgrund der Kinetik beim Schlagen eines Golfballs auftretenden Kräfte, die über den Schuh auf den Boden zu übertragen sind, in optimaler Weise weitergeleitet werden. Dadurch ist insbesondere beim Golfspielen ein verbesserter Halt des Schuhs am Boden gegeben.
- Die Ausrichtung der Stollen 1 in der erläuterten Weise trägt dem Umstand Rechnung, dass beim Schlagen eines Balles mit einem Golfschläger über den Verlauf des Schlages Kräfte in unterschiedlicher Weise vom Golfschläger über den Spieler und dessen Beine auf den Boden übertragen werden müssen. Bei der Ausrichtung der Stollen 1 mit ihren Fortsätzen 5 insbesondere innerhalb des gedachten Bandes 7 werden diesbezüglich optimale Ergebnisse erreicht.
- In den Ausführungsbeispielen ist jeweils ein einziger Fortsatz 5 am Stollengrundkörper 4 angeordnet.
- Die beiden Sohlen eines Schuhpaares müssen dabei nicht zwangsläufig gespiegelt mit Stollen 1 versehen sein. Es kann sich als sinnvoll erweisen, dass die beiden Schuhe in unterschiedlicher Weise mit Stollen ausgestattet sind.
- Um die Sohle des Schuhs in einfacherer und wirtschaftlicherer Weise mit Stollen der beschriebenen Art ausstatten zu können, schlägt die Erfindung ferner eine Lösung vor, wie sie in den
Figuren 5 bis 8 zu sehen ist. - In
Fig. 5 ist ein Stollenelement 14 zu sehen, das als separates Teil gefertigt werden kann, bevor es mit der Sohle 3 verbunden wird. Hier weist das Stollenelement 14 drei Stollen 1 auf, die jeweilige Fortsätze 5 haben. Die Stollen 1 sind mit einer Trägerplatte 15 verbunden, d. h. vorliegend sind Stollen 1 und Trägerplatte 15 durch einen gemeinsamen Spritzgießprozess hergestellt worden. - Zur Gewichts- und Materialersparnis ist bei der Lösung gemäß
Fig. 5 vorgesehen, dass die Trägerplatte 15 eine Ausnehmung 16 aufweist. - Wie
Fig. 6 entnommen werden kann, ist die Sohle 3 mit einer Anzahl - hier: sechs - Stollenelementen 14 versehen, wobei es möglich ist, daneben noch einzelne Stollen 1 auf der Sohle 3 anzuordnen. - Die
Figuren 7 und 8 zeigen Varianten der Ausbildung der Stollenelemente 14. Die Stollenelemente 14 sind jeweils mit drei Stollen 1 versehen. InFig. 7 ist zu sehen, dass Fortsätze 5 alle in die gleiche Richtung ausgerichtet sind. GemäßFig. 8 ist dies nicht der Fall; hier zeigen die Fortsätze 5 in verschiedene Richtungen. -

Claims (15)
- Stollen (1) für einen Schuh, insbesondere für einen Golfschuh, der an der Unterseite (2) einer Sohle (3) anbringbar ist, wobei der Stollen (1) einen mit der Sohle (3) verbindbaren Stollengrundkörper (4) aufweist, wobei am Stollengrundkörper (4) ein sich in Richtung Boden erstreckender Fortsatz (5) angeordnet ist und wobei die vertikale Projektionsfläche (AF) des dem Boden zugewandten Endes des Fortsatzes (5) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, außerhalb der vertikalen Projektionsfläche (AG) des Stollengrundkörpers (4) liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Stollengrundkörper (4) eine im Wesentlichen halbkugelförmige Gestalt aufweist, wobei sich ein einziger Fortsatz (5) vom Stollengrundkörper (4) aus in Richtung Boden erstreckt. - Stollen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (5) eine längliche Form mit einer Längsachse (L) aufweist.
- Stollen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (L) des Fortsatzes (5) zur vertikalen Richtung (V) einen Winkel (α) zwischen 20° und 60°, vorzugsweise zwischen 30° und 50°, einschließt.
- Stollen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (5) in einem Schnitt senkrecht zu seiner Längsachse (L) zumindest abschnittsweise eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Form aufweist.
- Stollen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stollengrundkörper (4) und der eine Fortsatz (5) als einstückiges Spritzgießteil ausgebildet sind.
- Stollen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stollengrundkörper (4) Verankerungselemente (6) zur Verankerung in der Sohle (3) aufweist.
- Stollen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungselemente (6) sich in vertikale Richtung (V) erstreckende Zylinder sind, die vom Material der Sohle (3) umspritzt sind, wobei die Verankerungselemente (6) vorzugsweise an einer Scheibe (13) angeordnet sind, die wiederum mit dem Stollengrundkörper (4) verbunden ist.
- Stollen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Bestandteil eines Stollenelements (14) ist, das eine Trägerplatte (15) aufweist, auf der mindestens zwei Stollen (1) angeordnet sind.
- Stollen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Stollen (1) und die Trägerplatte (15) als gemeinsames Spritzgießformteil einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Stollen nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Trägerplatte (15) drei Stollen (1) angeordnet sind, wobei die Trägerplatte (15) die Form eines vorzugsweise gleichseitigen Dreiecks aufweist.
- Stollen nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (15) eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, die zwischen den Stollen (1) angeordnet ist.
- Schuhsohle (3) mit mindestens einem Stollen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Schuhsohle (3) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (15) auf dem Sohlengrundkörper festgeklebt, festgeschweißt oder vom Material der Sohle (3) durch einen Spritzgießvorgang umspritzt ist.
- Schuhsohle (3) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (15) lösbar, insbesondere mittels einer Schraubverbindung, an bzw. auf dem Sohlengrundkörper angeordnet ist.
- Schuh, insbesondere Golfschuh, mit einer Sohle (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14.
